I wouldn’t recommend this company. Contacting them about a withdrawal and they blocked me on Facebook messenger and so I emailed them to be blocked there too. I’m giving them a 2 star because I got the withdrawal but don’t think much of their customer service at all.

This casino has to be a scam, there is no way on earth it’s a legitimate business. I have gambled for untold years and have never see a site with such low RTP, I would honestly say RTP could be 5%! Please please gamble elsewhere, if you gamble here I guarantee you will lose, and you won’t just lose you’ll be taken to the cleaners!

This company commit fraud and use your details illegally. I appreciate that some people are having good experiences as we all would have had in the initial play time with them. Once they have enough information to essentially clone you then they will suspend and close your account citing ‘business decision’.Spread this far and wide and report them so they are closed down.

Managed to win myself 21kmade three separate withdrawals and as soon as i had done that. they suspended my account. Asked me for various documents which i provided. They emailed back saying withdrawals should be with me today but they have closed my account – i never asked for them to do so and they won’t reopen it back up. I wonder if they will put my withdrawals through, closing my account and not reopening seems very fishy to me. I will come back with a response if they have or haven’t but for now, it is very poor.

Seemed ok at first. Really enjoyed the gaming experience for the day I used it. However, when I started to withdraw multiple sums, suddenly they said my account was suspended for business reason and that I would have 7 days to withdraw any funds that I still had in my account. I find this laughable as I am sure they would be happy to take money if I was not winning and kept depositing, I asked why but they said they did not need to tell me as per T&C’s when I signed up they reserve the right to suspend the account at any time for any reason. I mean, this could mean absolutely anything. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. I understand they are a business but withdrawing £600 should not be a big deal. Hopefully they send me my winnings 😂 big thumbs down from me. I am considering looking into this further with the gambling commission so that this does not happen to anyone else looking to have some fun 🤩 but not being persecuted for withdrawing when winning NOT an obscene amount.

I wish I read the reviews before depositing! Deposited won withdrew £100 now says my account is suspended for absolutely no reason told me that it’s because I tried to log in wrong multiple times which isn’t true said i can now log in and nope still suspended!! AVOID!

After reading my review they had paid me . So they are a reputable casino rhinobet. So I have now changed my rating. Obviously I was just impatient. However they had cleared the funds to my account by £200 over the weekend. As well as the money which included £50 . Which had bounced through trustley . They just never provided me the withdrawal to another bank card .

It’s a nightmare trying to withdraw money from this casino.They do not do bank transfers to your other account when requested .Also I still have £50 I had deposited on a debit card through trustly which never showed on my Rhino account and the £50 cleared my bank account and never showed on Rhinobet .Definitely a fraudulent trading company.Who owe me £200 now.

Decent at first. I was using Rhino for a few months and had no issues until one day, out of the blue, my account was suspended. It wasn’t due to ID or verification or anything as I’d done this with no problems previously. Crucially there was no communication from Rhino as to why my account was suddenly suspended. I tried to email and ask but received no response.There is no facility to resolve queries by phone or live chat, so the only hope you have of speaking to anyone is via email. I never did receive an explanation. It’s also important to note that funds with Rhino are not protected like they are with a lot of other bookies. If they get into difficulties then customer funds can be used to settle their liabilities. Overall not a bad website or app, but when there are so many options out there, Rhino have fundamental drawbacks that mean you’re better off using other companies.

Absolutely brilliant! Good range of games – I enjoyed playing. Made a decent size withdrawal on Sunday eve and money was in my account by Mon before midday. I was a bit concerned because there’s no live chat and I thought I might get stuck in a dead end email exchange but couldn’t be happier. Would recommend.

Stay away! Nothing like the top sites. Take your money, then as soon as you start winning they susspend your account! Still trying to claim my withdrawal. Have so far given them a copy of my driving licence, passport, most recent payslip and as requested a picture of my bank card attached to the account, and guess what!!!! We require further proof!!Stay away.

I opened an account and deposited some money, which was all OK, I then won some money on one of the games and they suddenly blocked my account for verification purposes to which I sent my details. They replied that the account was closed and I won’t get my winning. So unless you loss they don’t want to know.

Followed an advertisement link and deposited 50 gbp.most companies are doing bet 10 get 30 in bonuses.I recieved no bonus whatsoever and when I queried this I was told i id not qualify for any bonus as the link could not be confirmed. Can’t enjoy games because you get kicked out of games several times with pop up messages such as “session was ended, please log in”. “Internal service error” and many more and each time I was logged in to my account! DO NOT JOIN THIS SITEI made that mistake can only spin a few times then says error message and throws you back to home page then when u try and launch any games says you are not logged in. Seems to spin OK on spins that don’t pay soon as its a spin that’s going to pay throws you out. I got a bonus on 2nd spin thre me out. After about 12 attempts of logging in and out managed to play bonus and get what at the end threw me out of game and didn’t pay the winnings. Same issues with game problems on 20p bonus roulette twice didn’t credit a winning spin to my balance total about 40 pound which is not huge but lost all faith in the reliability of games on their site. I thought I’d give this casino a go on the off chance. Read reviews before depositing. In fact do not deposit at all.the casino is an awful. (I’ve only tried slot machines) So I deposited money and every game I went to play it kept crashing, then logging me out, I finally found a game I could play then after 3 spins it crashed saying technical error. So I decided to contact customer support and explained my issues as I thought it was just a technical issue, maybe just a coincidence, baring in mind it took 72 hours for a reply. I was completely gobsmacked with the reply I received. The email i received (coincidentally with no name) just regards was. Do you want to close your account!!! No apologies or explanation. Good site but had a lot of bad issues , constantly getting logged off and games closing within a few spins and messages saying I’m logged out when I’m not , withdrawals used to take 2-3 hours now taking days and still waiting on £400 , my £600 and £1300 withdrawal took a few hours , lots of issues with the site with gameplay dropping out but apart from that good selection of games and easy to navigate , only major con is no customer service contact on website.

I would have definitely given 5 stars, if there was video to watch.However, saying that, 4 stars is well deserved.I had no issues placing a bet, little to no issues navigating the site.I had no issues on withdrawal.Overnight withdrawal back to my card, email at 9am, when they started processing, back on my bank(barclays) by 11am.Thats pretty quick, but sometimes delays can be due to banks.. Barclays are pretty quick on this point… Versus Santander who are one of the slowest around.So all in all a pretty good experience, except for the live feed.Id recommend these guys.KAS(Keith)

Used to be really good but lately it’s been terrible. Constant issues with payments system. Always getting logged out. Games crashing mid play. Customer support very slow. No loyalty bonuses or cash match etc.Finally, withdrawals taking ages to get processed by rhino before my banks processing times.Plenty of better casinos out there so I’d avoid this one until they get their act together.

Had some bad experiences with online sites , but rhino paid out next day and was a Sunday and was a reasonable amount . I do understand peoples frustration regarding playing live casino and it kicks you back to Home Screen, not sure what reason behind it is. But a decent site no scam issues here. Does need a live chat option, seen some reviews saying they wernt regulated but looks like they are to me.

I’ve only been gambling online with Rhino for a short period but credit where it’s due, I’ve had so much bull…. from other online gambling companies that it’s a pleasure and relief to find one that so far seems to be straightforward and efficient. Email support has been very prompt and withdrawals have reached my bank the next day.
