I've been with rhino for a bit now and up until today couldn't really fault them. However today has marked the end for me. When you're over 15 minutes into a game and over £100 down and the game kicks you out and resets the progress in the game. Annoyed, yes, but I moved onto a different game only for it to do it on that game after 5 minutes and roughly 40 quid in its closes. Reload said game for it to do it again only this time I'm down 70 quid and all accumulated spins to the bonus have gone. It strikes me as completely suspicious. So all in all I'm down for the session. I would fare better in the bookies on a FOB machine.

Absolute disgusting company to deal with.This is a betting company that does not provide a live chat service, any form of telephone communication and very rarely responds to emails. When I asked what Country they were operating from them refused to provide this as it was "Company Policy".When I messaged them to raise an issue with them via FB Messenger (as they refused to reply to emails) they blocked me and closed my account. Hopefully only a matter of time before they are caught out and closed down for good. Would not be surprised if they are currently under investigation by IBAS.

Absolute scumbag casino site, I deposited in total £4,000 and I played 20p roulette. I was only doing £50-£70 spins completely robbed me. Putting me next door to my big payout numbers constantly.
