Good UI and betting experience. 2 star because of long time withdrawal time. If im losing i can withdraw my money in a few hours only. But im winning good for like a week straight, you wont be able to withdraw your money. They do this in purpose for you to cancel your withdrawal until you lose all your money again.

This is ridiculous customer service. They take my Bitcoins and never deposit into my account. At first they tell me to contact their payment partner to void the transaction as the payment failed. Then after a few tickets back and forth the payment partner informs me that there is nothing they can do and that Rivalry never should have told me to contact them but Rivalry has to be the one to contact. Then when I contact Rivalry again they "find" my money and deposit it into my account (now 10 days after the LOL world finals that I wanted to bet on) and then at the value of bitcoins 10 days ago (has increased 50%) in the meantime. Now suddenly they cannot void the transfer... NEVER doing business with them again.
