Rivalry Review

This is ridiculous customer service. They take my Bitcoins and never deposit into my account. At first they tell me to contact their payment partner to void the transaction as the payment failed. Then after a few tickets back and forth the payment partner informs me that there is nothing they can do and that Rivalry never should have told me to contact them but Rivalry has to be the one to contact. Then when I contact Rivalry again they “find” my money and deposit it into my account (now 10 days after the LOL world finals that I wanted to bet on) and then at the value of bitcoins 10 days ago (has increased 50%) in the meantime. Now suddenly they cannot void the transfer… NEVER doing business with them again.

Scam and Rigged Casino!!!What a joke online casino. While playing wild bounty, I hit multiple scatter but when I hit my 3rd scatter I got nothing. Then I tried contacting support. They said it’s not 100% even of you hit scatter.

Joke of a casino managed by bunch of clowns. Spent 150 Canadian dollars on 1 slot. 2 dollars a round and when I’m down by that much I’m expecting a scatter or a big win. The site has a misleading responsible gaming program. There is also a lack of ability to search for specific games and overall very long withdrawal timelines. I would not recommend this site to anybody, they are an absolute headache to deal with.

They say they offer a 100% BONUS after you play a matching real money bonus. Then when you do they tell you the bonus is only good for sports better on their site not casino. This is not stated clearly when you sign up and opt in for the bonus. Basically the site took my money fast and no bonus!!

Customer service agents always not available and replies late like – 3 – 5 hours.Withdrawal process takes 3-5 days. In this modern era, that would have taken in minutes or hour.Very poor system and structure.

Deposit takes only minutes to complete but the withdrawal really sucks. It takes you 4 days up to week to processs the withdrawal. This is very frustrating. Better to avoid this site.

Rivalry removed $1500 from my account 5 days after a winning slip settled. The reason: “The markets for this match were unexpectedly kept open longer than anticipated”. 1. This is their responsibility and the user suffers for it. “Sorry we’re taking your money back because of our mistake.”2. This explanation can apply as they see fit. Would you trust a book that’ll throw out a winning slip on their own fault? 3. No other sportsbook cancelled this match, my funds are untouched on other sites where I bet the same game. 4. Rivalry customer chat is fast but as a user you really just care if your winnings get paid. And they removed my win because of their negligence. That’s a red flag for me. I’ve also been betting for years on Pinnacle and Betway but have never had a single winning slip reversed. So in conclusion if you’re looking for a trustworthy betting site – no I don’t recommend Rivalry.

The chat support was good, and will check more on it in the future. Certainly needs more improvement for the emailing system tho. I didn’t try another betting site, rivalry is my first betting site I try. I want to recommend it to my friends but since the withdrawal is super annoying and slow. I don’t recommend this sites. LOL. Why they need to validate your own money and winnings when you want to withdraw it. It doesn’t make any sense and sometimes there’s a chance they will rejected your withdrawal. They banned my account just after a registration with the words: ” it has come to our attention that your account has breached these rules, resulting in a permanent ban.”But the fact is that, I did not touch anything, I even didn’t make any bets and other things in the interface and I got a permanent ban. That is really funny, because I tried to pass verification form a supported region with my original document. Be aware of this scam website, because you can be banned anytime with the same phrase. You don’t have any wrights. Nobody will not tell you the truth and nobody don’t want to deal with your problem.

Why Trustpilot rated this betting site a 3? When I could not find a single good review??Also using there website in processing a deposit using online bank/cash (Debit/Credit) is not possible Always get an error “refused to connect” on any bank I try. Also customer service forces you to use payment method via phone app for some reason. Which I do not recommend because you cannot really dispute payment transactions with payment apps. Their customer service via chat/email is really bad.
