I was told to wait 6 weeks before reopening my account after I sent them a complaint. I agreed and waited 6 weeksmessaged rizk.com to reopen myaccount and got told my account had been reviewed and a permanent block has been placed.I lost a fortune on Rizk.com explain my complaint very clearly and politely.I got a copy and paste reply every time for weeks then finally got a real person to interact with.the 6 week stand down was rizk.com giving me a cool off period. the permanent ban, was uncalled for.and insulting really Some weekly checks on casinos RTP should be put in place. for players peace of mind.I don’t recommend Rizk.com one positive about Rizk.com there bonus on there bonus wheel is better than Spinbet.

I was using the site, as per usual. Nothing unusual was going on. Then I got this message (after placing a bet on the blackjack table) I got an error saying “please refresh the page” so I did so, as instructed. The site took my money and no hand was delt to me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this site. I contacted support but in order to get this money back I would have to get their technical team to have a look at the issue. Rizk is legit, however there ask for verification documents such as a photo of your credit card can be an issue. I am always happy playing at Rizk. At forst I was skeptical because I thought it was a scam, however when I withdrew money it always came through. The verification process is quite quick. It only takes roughly 24hrs to be verified and bank transfers usually takes 24hrs to be into your account. I have lost much money at Rizk, but also have had some big wins. On my first day playing at Rizk, I won a few times which equated to $1000NZD. I withdrew the money and it was in my account the following day. An issue I found with Rizk is that the method that you deposit with is the method that you withdraw with. Unless if you use a paysafe card then you can choose a method of withrawl.

Risk was my absolute favourite online casino. Don’t sign up. They let you deposit then ban you if you win I won only 250 they immediately deny my account access require loads of information which they got and then it takes forever to have a withdrawal be accepted. Few days ago played almost 3000€ in bets with around 400€ wins and all extra rewarded was 2x 5 free spins that paid around 10c each…Anyone with basic math skills can see this should be illegal. Most ridiculous website I have ever been on. Customer support is a joke. They don’t accept any sort of verification documents. I sent pictures of my card multiple times with 4 digits covered at the front and cvc covered at the back, I sent a bank statement which all were rejected. Pretty fishy when I sent documents to other websites and they were accepted. I assume its because they’re scammers and want to steal your money. Have access to your bank card and all. Ridiculous!! I singed up to Rizk and I am regretting it now, very easy to deposit money very hard to withdraw money, nothing about verifying your account until you want to withdraw I send all the right documents to only be told that a proper bank statement from my bank is not good enough it’s for customers protection they hold you to ransom when it comes to withdrawing money, they play every trick in book to fob you off even blamed your bank I rang the bank they never stop a payment going in to your account.They have my passport and a utility bill and still not verified my account. I just get passed around and fob off. This as been going on for 5days now and it’s not even a lot of money I lost more than what I want to take out. Took 14 days to sort my issue out. Overall live chat very paitent and good when small wins fast no problem very good first time ver I have won bigger amount what a problem vertication the said gave wrong bank so can’t confirm that but when got correct bank with my bank even contacting them bank stamped documents I can’t use my full name on bank statement and bank sent email this still can’t be vertifyed. i won 33 000 norwegian kroner (3000€) they wiped my balance, set the withrawel status as completed but i never recieved the funds. i contacted support and they said it was an error that i won money. basicly the site is an entire scam. if you win more than a few hundred euro they blame internal errors and scam you out of your funds. No idea why there’s so many bad reviews here. RTP is actually much higher than other non cryptocurrency casinos. 96-97% on my favourite games compared to 94% on competitor casinos. Verification only took a few hours and was easy, and withdrawals were quick. Almost instant for small amounts and only a few hours when I tried to withdraw a few grand. Great selection of games and decent rewards however I am close to giving up with this site ,they block your account from depositing constantly because they repeatedly ask you to send statements and payslips every 3 months even though it’s clear I can afford my small stakes. you also have answer stupid questions by email repeatedly and on the phone otherwise yourAccount remains blocked. Endless issues getting my account verified, gave them phone bill, passport scan, payslip… still not enough now they are wanting a copy of my works contract and a full bank statement. I’m a very loyal player at rizk, like a grand each day as deposit loyal. Unfortunately I had problems with a payment that went missing that was sorted out wherby my account was blocked for a month. And now I’m still depositing 1k at least daily but due inactivity my account manager is not avaible because they had blocked my account.
