rollbit became illegal for users in the netherlands. i have family in portugal where it is legal so i thought i would le tthem manage my account since that was legal. My family member whent to do to the kyc with a portugese passport and my account instantly got terminated with over 50k of nfts (the price of the nfts at the time). This money is alot for me and had great impact. I never had any mallicious intent, after it happened all i wanted was to just sell my nfts and close down my account. But they never gave me that option

Beyond frustrating. God forbid you make a mistake while depositing, they will hold your money ransom for days, and just keep going on about how you need to wait. Do not ever even consider putting any money there this people are gonna take your money and not gonna explain themselves. I was playing there for like 4-5 years and they ban my account (took all the funds rewards etc.) beacause i wrote to the support team in a joke way that i am gambling addict. I'm going to move into the building. I don't know how I feel at the casino yet. I'm having problems trusting the $200 deposit before withdrawal issue. If somebody could please let me know that everything will be okay or if everything is not okay that'd be great. I see the reviews and it's about 50/50. I hate taking chances on 50/50 but I'm willing to do it especially now that I have the $200 to spend and maybe to lose. AVOID THIS Website! They will scam you. My account is fully verified I won 2k in sportsbook played some casino game, and when i wanted to withdraw my funds they said i have other Rollbit account. When i asked more details they didnt answer to it just repeating that i have list my other accounts like for next 90% people here. When truly we all have one and the first account in the Rollbit. So I wil create email where all you guys can send me your complains and i will send them to Curacao and later we can look for a lawyer in the UK and seek justice by coming together as one and showing that we are simply victims of criminals. I am also considering finding a journalist who could conduct an investigation and create a report on YouTube about these unfair practices, which I believe could help many people avoid such problems in the future. I am still trying to believe that everything can be resolved and that this is simply a human error on the part of Rollbit employees. Rollbit.com is a scammer site. I didn't take the time to explain my case but read carefully what happened to me.I played sports betting normally and the day I wanted to withdraw they closed my account, being merciless. I carried out the in-depth KYC (I have never had so many supporting documents to provide compared to other bookmakers but it doesn't matter, I provided all the supporting documents). In addition, they wanted to verify my identity by doing a Google meet session (knowing that I do not speak English well). I could barely hear the person on the other end of the line, I didn't understand what they wanted to say to me. When I hung up, I wanted to write to support to let them know that I couldn't hear well and that they could call me back. And it was not my surprise that my account was definitively closed because I did not validate the KYC process and that I abused sports betting (I must have made around twenty bets...) and of course that the balance would not be returned to me. Waiting over a week for my complaint over a total loss of thousands of dollars. A Rollbit agent asked me if my email is linked to my account and after my response they simply left the conversation as they realized I’ve left over 100.000$ on their platform. Further Rollbit erased my account and blocked me on Twitter to show me how much they care about..Rollbit is a 100% scam and will do anything to take what’s your- better search for another website like stake to gamble. I’ve never experienced something like that. Stay safe and never ever get on that website !

This site is the worst site I have ever used, its full of minors, the odds ooooo the odds...I have played many case sites, I play on actual casino sites. I under stand the games I play but not being able to hit 2 gems on 11 mines let alone 3 or 4 or 5 which a blind monkey could do as its pretty easy is literally harder then playing 20 mines and hitting 2 gems on any other site. its normal to lose this isnt about loss this is about game integrity. many times i flipped a gem over then poof its suddenly a skull and i said I regulary play on 20 mines anywhere else, the games are actually rigged, the cases are insanely rigged also. meaning you will roll and land on an item it will stop on the item then move to the lowest one, if you land on the lowest one it will not move forward in the same manner. it will either do that or just dead spin and give you a tiny "win" then repeat. I feel like some kids hit on a case site and opened their own lol even the mods are rude to users calling them useless and to depo which was o.O not normal.There is no Kyc which is apauling considering its theme, and it shows.. the look of the site is great though but that house edge is WAY up there.Also many people have lost the robux they deposit do to a "linking error" as i was told in chat, and they cant even withdraw. They are scammers. My account was closed due to KYC circumvention without any transactions. They told me it was due to a problem with KYC, but didn't give a specific reason. This is the response from the customer service staff: “Your account has been closed for KYC circumvention and will not be unlocked. This account cannot be re-enabled. Any remaining funds are forfeited due to breaching our Terms & Conditions. Your accounts were closed for KYC circumvention. We have nothing further to add here.” This is a garbage platform. I have never encountered such an operation in BC and STAKE, confiscate users' money。

Real scammers! They closed my account without explanation and on that account I have placed bets in amount of several hundred dollars and those bet slips are still active, but they will not say at all why the account was closed nor return me my stake. They do not respond to emails, the only piece of information I've got from live support is some bullocks that both of my accounts are closed, which was supposedly the problem, which is a complete lie of course because I only have one account. A real shame what they do. Something like this has never happened to me or anyone I know. DO NOT place any bets on this site EVER if you want to see your money again.

Basically had an account for more than half year , played deposited and cashed out no problems, account overall in minus -10k. Yesterday I hit 5000$ win and tried to cash out 4000$ , got hit with KYC which never happened until then. Upon completing LV2 verification, I was struggling to complete level 3, once I explained why and sent my picture of me holding my ID to prove myself, ticket has been raised. After this and waiting for an answer for almost 12hours, my account has been closed and funds or withdrawals are forfeited, explanation I previously had a account on self exclusion in that chat of self exclusion said if I play ever again and they notice my funds will be forfeit, I can't recall this message ever. This month alone I lost on this website 1900$ without any problems, but since I won hey let's flag me up and don't let him cash out at any price, amount has been forfeited so that means that remaining 4600$ in my account is now gone, just before Christmas life changing amount, I don't know what to do anymore, account is banned , funds are lost. Away on holidays and they restricted my account. This was the only casino I recommended until this happened. Support was ignorant about it. Pretty much going to have to cut my holiday short as I can't trade 😂 Pretty much a disgrace not to mention they singled me out. When you respond to this review rollbit just know that the evidence is on YouTube for all to see 😁 you can't restrict someone based on where they go for a holiday 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂Oh and (edit) my IP is new Zealand based for those who play from new Zealand rollbit could do this to you!If you are from Australia I suggest you remove any crypto you have with rollbit and find somewhere else to trade and hold your crypto. They have closed accounts with large Sums in them before then tried to hush the player with phone calls and abuse!Just for Rollbits reply I logged into an Australian VPN and logged into my rollbit account traded gambled etc before I went on holidays to make sure I could do it. However at the time of restrictions ip was still new Zealand based. So you guys have restricted the account based on literally a person being away on holidays. Once again kyc was completed to be able to deposit and withdraw upto a certain amount! You guys are just sore losers 😢Edit/reply Seems your browser is set to new Zealand. 😂 That would suggest that's where I'm playing from haha. It's fine DW I got more videos to post 😊

The website itself was quite confusing. Jason responded with condescending comments like, “Brilliant, as I can see you haven’t read this correctly,” before attempting to backtrack and sound professional. He frequently blamed “tech issues” for the problems, which felt like an excuse rather than a solution. Honestly, my five-year-old sister could have handled the conversation with more patience and courtesy!

Scam casino with rtp close to 0. Made over 10,000$ in deposits never ever won even 100$. All positive reviews here are fake and paid by rollbit. They are online scam station. Reporting them to authorities

I wanted to share an experience I’ve had with Rollbit to see if anyone has advice or has faced something similar.Background and Initial KYC AttemptA couple of months ago, an underage or US (cannot remember exactly, we're online buddies - just bottom line he couldn't verify) friend of mine had funds locked in their Rollbit account. I know this wasn’t ideal, but in good faith, I decided to try to help him by completing the KYC on his behalf, hoping to help him access his funds and close the account. To be clear, there was no fraudulent intent or involvement in anything suspicious like money laundering—just me trying to help a friend in a bit of a predicament.Rollbit’s team, including a representative named Razer, quickly recognised that the KYC was not from the account owner. The KYC was rejected, and they specifically requested that the account holder themselves complete the KYC to proceed. This step clearly shows that Rollbit acknowledged the account did not belong to me, and it ended up working out – my friend was able to withdraw his funds, and the account was then closed.Creation of My Own Rollbit Account and Subsequent BanFast forward, I decided to create my own Rollbit account, made a $1,2000 deposit, and completed KYC under my name, thinking everything was straightforward. However, shortly after, I was hit with a ban for "ban evasion." Along with the ban, Rollbit seized $1,200 of my funds. I reached out to explain the situation, but they maintained the ban and refused to release the funds. I completely understand that attempting to KYC on behalf of someone else is against policy, and I’ve acknowledged that to Rollbit. But given that my KYC attempt for my friend was rejected, and they explicitly acknowledged that I was not the account owner, it’s clear there was never an attempt to create or control a secondary account. I believe the fact that Rollbit treated the accounts as separate during this process underscores that they were indeed independent accounts.While I understand the ban may still apply, I feel that seizing my funds doesn’t align with the actual events and circumstances. It seems a bit extreme, especially when there was no intention to deceive, and Rollbit’s own actions demonstrated their awareness of the account separation.Acknowledgement of Rollbit’s Right to Seize Funds for Ban EvasionI acknowledge that, according to Clause 4.2 of the Terms of Service, Rollbit may restrict accounts and withhold funds if multiple accounts or “ban evasion” are detected. Additionally, Clause 5.1 allows Rollbit to withhold funds if it suspects an account is being used improperly or for a third party’s benefit.However, in my case:Initial KYC Separation: When I attempted KYC for my friend’s account, my submission was rejected, and Rollbit’s team, including Razer, explicitly acknowledged that I was not the account holder. This recognition and subsequent rejection demonstrate that my personal account was separate and independently verified.No Deceptive Intent: My personal account was funded and verified without any intent to evade previous bans or to deceive, as Rollbit’s own verification process demonstrated.Request for Fund Withdrawal Based on Terms and Account SeparationWith this context in mind, and in light of Clause 5.3, which states, “If we close Your Rollbit Account, and believe […] that any portion or all of the remaining balance is due to You, we will inform You of the available means to withdraw that remaining balance,” I respectfully request that my remaining funds be withdrawn. I believe this clause applies here, given the account’s independent verification and clear separation.
