So basically as title states, i am unable to withdraw the funds available to me. I had complied with their verification processes and got to the point where i was able to submit a withdraw request but as soon as this stage was completed the withdraw never came through and is sitting on hold in my account. I contacted the live support and they informed me that the withdraw was frozen until i completed even more verification. So i have now given the remaining verification and it is sitting there unreviewed or keeps getting denied. Tried to reach out to live support with and automated 'An agent will attend to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your co-operation' and have not heard back. Dissapointing

Well hello all, firstly I am from New Zealand and have been playing R.Panda for over a year now, just a tiny reminder the jackpot is at 50m last I looked.Is it really going to go, is there a time frame set, a year is a long time for a jackpot to be rolling, I must be honest I haven't had a shot at the wheel for over 6 months but when I did I got something like 2grand and it was paid out within 4 days.
