The way I judge online casinos is:1, How easy is it to get withdrawls into my account2, how good is the support when there’s an issueThe site itself is simple, straight forward and with a great range of games. Withdrawal Issues Scam Site PerhapsI have NEVER had withdrawal issues like this site!!! I’ve had the pleasure of playing on other casino sites and this is the first one that is trying desperately in every way to make my withdrawal of my winnings of $2100 impossible. I think they purposely have you wait 5 days for you to receive your withdrawal so that they can say it’s your bank that is is causing the delay and that your bank is to blame for the reason you have not received the funds. That’s funny because my bank has received many many many of my winnings from other casino sites with absolutely no issues. I don’t buy that excuse for one moment. I do not believe that it’s my bank that is not accepting the transaction. I believe they have my winnings on hold still and haven’t even forwarded it to my bank. My bank would have advised me about a declined transaction and would have sent it back after a few days. With all this aggravation I have asked them to retract my withdrawal request and asked them then to decline my withdrawal and put it back in my account and they said they no longer have it. So my question is where is it? They said my bank it holding it and to contact them. So is this going to be a “he said she said” situation causing more issues? I still don’t buy it! Banks don’t hold funds like that! They told me they have to escalate this because it has past the 5 day requirement. Ya ok. I have to show proof now and show my bank statement. Which is fine but now causes another delay!! Really!! If you play on this site and win, show your bank statement and deposit information right away to show proof so they won’t make you wait like me to collect your winnings. They will try everything to make you jump through hoops!!!! Make sure they see your name and deposit date information right away. Now I have to go to my bank and get a current bank statement. I’m not happy with this site and after this experience I don’t think it’s worth the aggravation. In regards to customer service in the beginning they are right there to help you and then watch out they do not like you asking questions. Once you do, they start to avoid you and make you wait for lengthy amounts of time!!! I laugh because you get a response email (a generic one of course saying we are sorry etc..,) do these complaints and do people get their winnings situation get rectified? I just can’t stop laughing at how terrible their customer service is. They don’t understand basic problems, which leads to stupid suggestions on how to solve them; lazy support, they mix your name with someone else in the email. They send me an email with half a message; the rest is hanging somewhere. It is really terrible. And they are extremely slow, below industry standards.

Have deposited plenty of money with no issues. I finally get what for me is a big win of $800, when I tried to withdraw it declined twice without notifying me or giving me a reason. I have provided all verification documents, and then after I went on to a live chat my account has been disabled. Total scam and obviously not going to be getting my money. Plan on taking this further with the gaming commission.

They are scammers and never paid me when ever i won anything more then $100. They made every possible excuse which was totally unrelated to the winning so that they don’t have to pay. They will ask details of expired credit card which I used 6 months ago to pay you for the winning amount today. They go dig in past n find excuses to make it impossible for winners to pay money. so they are doing this fraudulent activity and still functioning. I think government should’ve taken initiative to stop this scanner in Canada at least.

Compete Scam, they will not let you withdraw any money. Don’t waste your time, if you contact support they will find plenty of reasons to reject your documents and finally block your access to their website. It’s a sister company of leovegas, they will let you deposit without any verification and while you try to withdraw you will all sorts of problems. Check recent reviews in app state and play store , don’t get misguided by fake rating.

This casino was going fine, I was winning and went to withdraw some of my winnings only to get an error that my balance was too low to withdraw. But I have $4,000 in the account?!? The live support said I had to clear my cache (on my phone?) and log out then back in again because on their end everything was fine. Finally I went to log back in and try again and now I can’t gain access to the site at all. The login page is broken as of June 3 at 2AM. It is now June 4 at 9AM and I still can’t gain access. This is not how a proper online casino should work. I think I’ve lost my money

I am so disappointed and frustrated. I won almost $600 and trying to withdraw is impossible. I have done everything they’ve asked me to do, submitted all the documents did the verification process, I don’t see what more I can do.

Not sure why so many negative reviews. I deposited few weeks ago and play live games then slots. Ended up cashing out 15x my deposit. Then made a couple more and lost, then again made a deposit and won 1300$ on one slot with a 1.50$ bet. They took about 1 day to verify account, and withdrawal was quick. You can even restrict yourself while you’re waiting for withdrawal. The only 2 reasons I am not giving 5 stars Is because the don’t have some of my favourite slot games and you can only have 1 pending withdrawal at a time. So if you end up winning more you have to cancel pending and submit a new request with different amount.

Wow. Just terrible. I sign up, deposit $100, and lose it all in less than 20 minutes. I feel like I was just scammed. Just so many dead spins and not even a single feature. Still waiting on my withdrawal from late December. Royal Panda says that “outside company’ does the payout and in order for them to ‘troubleshoot’ I had to send them my personal banking statement to PROVE that I was not paid. This is the FIRST step to get resolve instead of asking this ‘outside company’. I provided that statement on Feb 2nd and now I have to wait for the investigation results. It has been 2 full weeks since proving to them that I was not paid. During this 2 months of not being paid I did not receive one single update from Royal Panda to let me know what is happening with my money. I have to inquire about it every 3-5 days. DO NOT GIVE THESE CRIMINALS YOUR MONEY. PLAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Read anything on their site carefully before you join. I only lost 100.00 (in five min). Games do not pay much at all so money goes quick. Any bonus they offer needs a 3,000.00 deposit. That wasn’t clear in their write up. I feel it’s a scam too like a lot of other people.

withdrew $831 at the end of December /23. Was not paid. When inquiring about it they told me that I had to send in my bank statement so that they can check that I was actually not paid!!!!! I use to enjoy this casino but be aware big wins and bonuses are extremely difficult to get and if you do get one expect a low payout. Spent thousands at this casino and never ever came close to a good win. The drop bonus program is also useless never win anything even after playing 3k betting only $1. After 3 months signed up to this casino, I started to win. I requested 2-3 withdrawals per week for about 3 weeks straight and without any explanation, they blocked my account! I got on a lucky streak and clearly they didn’t like it. I am still going back and forth with their customer service to try and find out why I’ve been blocked and there’s still no answers! At all! This casino makes it appear that registration is easy with a few simple identifiers. Then after you play and look to make a withdraw, they go through an incredibly difficult process requiring multiple pieces of identification. In my case, I had sent eight different documents to them and they still did not except my proof. I had such a bad experience with this Casino Site. This is a scam and do not expect any help from customer service. When I joined the Royal Panda, they did not ask for any verification. They let me withdraw a few times. But suddenly they asked for the documents to verify. I submitted my Id and address proof. I used 2 different cards to put some money as a deposit. First of all, it was shocking that they were asking for a debit/credit card picture to upload. But I still uploaded the debit card picture but they kept rejecting the document as they wanted me to upload both the card. It was so illogical to ask for pictures for both my cards then I talked to this customer service representative named Simon. He was doing the same thing just asking me to upload both card pictures. He was not even responding properly and reading what I was writing. With all the frustration I just closed the account without withdrawing my money from Royal Panda. my experience with Royal Panda Casino was a complete disaster. From the frustrating website design to the unhelpful customer support and convoluted withdrawal process, it’s clear that this casino falls far short of providing a satisfactory gaming experience. I’m from Ontario and I had made an account a year ago.Yesterday I deposited $40 and ended up winning $120. Upon withdrawing, Royal Panda decided I needed to make a new account under their new Ontario license, removing all my funds completely. So essentially they let me play, spend money and then when I won they decided I’m not aloud to keep the money. I wouldn’t recommend Royal Panda for shady business practices.

An additional maximum of €60 m will be paid in a 12 month earn out if the following targets are met. The company must achieve at least €50 m in Net Gaming Revenue (NGR).
