This company is complete fraud when you try to withdraw money they ask to upload all documents and once approved if you try to deposit and withdrawal they rejected to approved documents and ask you to produce new documents. Trying to block your money for withdrawal

One of the worst casino ,very weird!! Documents for approve a withdrawal, you can't to cover anything and a withdrawal take so long time!! I had chosen to use bank tranfer for my withdraw, usually another casino don't need many different documentation and use only 1 day for a withdrawal, only your card and you have to cover some numbers on your card to be safely but not here!! WEIRD!! …and they tok so long time for a withdrawal!! Be careful!!

Have to disagree with all the negative comments. Site is great and had no issue with payouts, I bet small but had some decent wins and paid out promptly.

To those saying they didn't win, well it's a casino, what do you expect, it's not somewhere you can top up your wages, you are never guaranteed a win and if you can't afford the losses don't bet, simple as, customer support was also great, reckon a lot of the reviews are sour grapes!

They are so quick to take your money but when you request a withdrawal it’s like pulling teeth. Won a couple hundred bucks but my documents kept getting denied with no reason behind it. This site, and leovegas are some of the worst casinos I have tried. Their customer service live chat is terrible. If you don’t answer within 2 mins they will close your chat then you have to wait in a que all over again. I wish I read reviews before trying this site. Save your time and find a different casino

Very bad service! Account closed bc I said something in chat!! I said something what all hosts also confirm. Then they say that I said in chat “ lost to much money” lol. How if I recently cashed out a big amount of money.

And now I’m in a queue for a update for my account, for over a month now. How many people are blocked for something you said in chat? The moderators are blocking you anyway for every little thing you say and for royalpanda it’s not enouhg they block your whole account.

I think it’s because I won to much. Keep away from this casino. Bad support and not friendly. They block you for not valid reasons guys.

Absolute rubbish site fraudulently misleading advertising once deposited and never to be used again,the customer service was very poor,having said that,actually played ok and went up and down but the impossible to reach wagering assures you of losing.Not to mention the witholding of their offers.180 fs and no deposit top up for a first deposit is NOT worth going to this site.A lesson in how to lose customers and a day of rage reviews.

It is about a month now since my first win with Royal Panda. Since that win, I had a few more. After many, many excuses and lies from the casino (and I contacted the licencing authorities as well), I have still not received a single cent of any of my winnings. I completed all the verification and all was approved. I have the emails about this. I also have the emails which say that my winnings were approved. Shocking!!!! They are supposed to be licenced etc – the licencing authorities also don't seem to care. So everyone, please do not even trust the licenced casinos – you have no protection really. Be very cautious about ever putting in too much, or ever think you will receive any large winnings. Royal Panda does not even pay out small winnings!!! They deserve to be blacklisted and removed for cheating, lying and stealing (if they still don't pay me out) player's winnings.

My most recent message to this casino Royal Panda:
Hi, over the past three weeks and a few days I have won many times and made withdrawal requests. I completed all verification requirements – which the casino Royal Panda, took a while before asking me to do these. All the verification has been approved. I have evidence of this.

I have had multiple chat conversations with different Royal Panda chat people, and each time I am being told something different about the status of my withdrawals. Once I was even told that my first winning withdrawal made around 19 June 2021 was due to be in my bank account my midnight. This was around 26 June. After many, many different and conflicting, contradictory messages (some of which I have recorded) – I have still not received a single cent. I checked with my bank (I have proof) about whether they have received any deposits (other than what appear on my account as normal from other sources – like my income). They told me that no other money has come through. The casino has not responded to complaints I sent to the complaints email address I was given during a chat conversation. Today, in a further chat to find out what is going on, after previous promises I was now told that I am in some sort of "queue." I really do not know just what to believe anymore. By now all of my withdrawal winnings should be due to be paid out. This has been a shocking experience. I advise all never to join this casino – or expect a single cent of any winnings. You may receive many promises. If they do decide to pay me out (nearly a month after my first win!!!)- I will post that if ever it happens. I will still doubt this casino as being trustworthy.

I really do not believe negative reviews about Royal Panda because I have gambled for several months and I did not face any problems except once. My advice to everyone is not loose your hard earned money to royal panda. If you are new customer then your winning will be more to attract you and forced you to deposit big amounts by giving huge bonuses. But after that you will start to loose. There software is set up in that way. So don't fall in there trap and loose money. I think here 4 and 5 stars are there people. Why they are doing like this I don't know

As a Canadian I would not recommend this site. There customer service is horrible. They close chat windows on you after you wait in queue with them. I use a virtual card for their site and when I try to withdraw it becomes a nightmare. I have lost the money I spent plus they will not send me my winnings. Do NOT play on this site. The customer service does not even try to help you!!! I do not recommend it. It does not matter how long you have played there They still did this and would not give me my winnings. RUN AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!

If you are on Royal panda just wait!!!! you will maybe be fine as long as you are dishing your money to them .. I accumulated a lot of points and started to use them which the opportunity is there and that's why they give you the loyal points for you to use I had something like over 7,000 so I decided to use them and that's when they just decided its not my money I'm spending it's theirs ..so they didn't like that so they closed my account….. Royal panda is a real scammer. Be aware of it. It will simply withdraw your small funds. When you have some big amount in your account they will close your account like mine.
