The worst casino ever!
On Saturday, August 8, I received an email asking if I wanted to verify my account. done as they asked. I was told that I would receive a message within 24 hours if everything was okay, 24 hours past nothing. decided to contact the casino and I was told that everything was approved. I now try to log in so that I could collect my wins. The screen says (your account is under cooling down until 15-8) I contacted them again and asked why my account is on cooling down, while I never requested it myself. unfortunately the couldn’t not tell me, to cooperate they had to ask someone else who nows more about that . Until now, no mail or whatever still waithing. I took al screen shot of every chat, winnings, emai, but they still cant give me an anser. I lost so many hours on this without getting any further. I never advise anyone to sign up here. my father is a judge and he also indicates that something is not correct here. I always want to try and fix it my self first, but if it does not work, my father will look into if for me😡
