Ruby Bet Review

The first time I have used Ruby bet and it will definitely be the last. I tried to withdraw my balance 4 days ago and it hasn’t even been processed yet, despite their website saying it is 1 day maximum and me live chatting multiple times. The customer service is appalling, do not use if you want to get your money out.

Sign up offer is not bad but just be wary of the “rewards scheme” if you have points and buy a “free bet” the wager requirements ar 10x what ever your bet wins…. so you win £100, you have to use that to win £1001 to withdraw £1. Doesn’t read that way in the advertising eithier, also massively limited slots. Avoid

Sent all documents to verify which they kept rejecting had £650 in withdrawals pending keep getting told different things by different agents it’ll take 2 business day it’s now been 3 it’s been processed it will be processed 😡 still waiting been told it was payed yesterday it would usually be in account next day! Never had a problem before this but this has been terrible with customer service so closed my account just hopin eventually I’ll get my money 🙄

OH dear, don’t do what i did and read the reviews after you deposit BBBAADD move… i deposited £100 playing away sitting with £65 left balance .. so DOWN by 35 and they randomly kicked me out of my account, balance and bonus showing as zero.. contacted live chat aka Richard who can do nothing.. not a thing.. repeating over and over someone will contact me soon.. as my account is now restricted.. no reason why, never withdrew a thing .. not had any big wins but lost £100.. i think its time i stepped away from casinos lol dont do it guys! not worth it il update if i ever get the £65 that was sitting on the account or even better a full refund (im not very hopeful)Update: they refunded the £65 that was in my account within the day

I must say I was sceptical with this site with so many poor reviews.However my sign up was easy,as was verification.Withdrawals were pretty fast.The only negative side was my bonus got cancelled after making a withdrawal.I wasn’t aware of this,but was in the terms and conditions.

Uploaded my documents got rejected twice so went on live chat after explaining my issues was left waiting over 40 minutes and then disconnected. Emailed the customer service team on numerous time just to be ignored. I have a pending withdrawal now for over a week and no signs of receiving this. I would never use this company ever again

I was worried at first when I made my first withdrawal but I uploaded all my documents before they asked and it took 1 day to receive my withdrawal. The second time I withdrew it took less than two hours too hit my bank so can’t complain. The only down side is they charge you a fee to withdraw but I can live with that would definitely recommend.

£20 buy in promotion looked good for new signups. I loaded the website into a different browser to read T&C’s and £10 buy in for the same benefits looked even better! So I logged in to that browser and the promotion disappeared. Bad tactics.

Won £3300 Verified account and payed out 3 days from start of validation ot cash in bank…Cant complain about that. Gave the wife 2 grand so she will not complain about me staying up half the night…LOL..Two things thou Should tell you to validate your account before you deposit and the £3 charge for withdrawals. Apart from that all OK.

Terrible, just awful customer service. Just copied & pasted their t’&c’s to me when I queried something. I had deposited £110 to qualify for a free bets promotion. I withdrew additional cash that I had in the account not realising this would affect the bonuses. I made a genuine mistake. They were wholly unsympathetic. If this was a bank I’d be taking them to small claims court. As all the other reviews here say AVOID AVOID AVOID

I tried to withdraw £100 I have been with ruby bet over 12 months depositing £50 a month first time I withdraw that need a copy of the documents they have ended up saying keep it not worth the hassle keep away allright taking deposits but paying you is a different matter keep away

Shocking, do not use this firm they really are terrible.Still trying to verify my address and as a result my withdrawal for £255 is stuck in “pending” status. They are quick to accept your deposit and take your bets but as soon as you win / withdraw they do everything possible to p!$$ you off.

Avoid RubyBet at all costs. In 20 years of gambling online, this is the worst experience of any gaming company I have used. It’s the only company ever to NOT pay out winning proceeds. The worst part is it was for a mere £280 won on Live roulette. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common theme. RubyBet takes 3 days to “review” your withdrawal. This should be a warning signal right away. Then with no other comms they say you have not produced the correct Verification docs. So after you upload these they then take another 3 days. This time I was informed my winning proceeds were Null and Void as I had apparently contravened their terms and conditions of Roulette. “playing more the 24 numbers and building a balance whilst changing betting patterns” I’ve never heard so much nonsense. This is LIVE Roulette. Currently going through a complaints procedure purely so I can raise a complaint with the Gambling commission. Avoid Ruby Bet at all costs !

Please please please AVOID this joke of a site at all costs.They refuse to verify my address despite me sending them genuine PDF bank statements from Virgin Money.They say it’s not a “traditional bank” and won’t accept them and won’t give me my winnings.Do not even bother wasting your time in the live help as they absolutely powerless and can’t do anything to help you.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Dont do ruby bet they are a bunch of crooks you always get same person on chat i had had 30 pounds sports free bet got up to near 300 pounds had 60 left in bonus funds left with 2 bets still to be settled which were in and pending about 260 pounds in wins when settled they took 60 bonus that was left and out the winnings put 40 pounds cash real money in and kept the 60 plus 220 of the winnings took 50 out not been giving it yet and takes up to 72 hours to settle some bets please stay clear there just robbing not saying the next word

I have had no issues what so ever. From deposits to free bets and withdrawals. I have gone with 4 stars as I think the website could be more user-friendly. It’s difficult to navigate your account and see the specifics of your bet history.I have used the casino yet. Not sure you can give them 1 star because you lost though Reading some reviews here I was wondering. Happy to report that my withdrawal has gone fine.

Placed a £5bet on Koepka each way in Masters they paid out on that then i placed my free £10 bet on Johnson to win , there refusing to pay out saying my bonus bet had expired, well if it had expired why is it still in my account to use. I checked my bet history and it says winner £45 so they took the bet , they are refusing to pay despite several chats with them, ive withdrawn what id won and thst cost me £2.50..Avoid this betting company stick to well known ones there a disgrace.

Update. So now 6 weeks in from my withdrawal request and still no sign!! I’ve sent in 18 legitimate docs and still they’re asking for more and refuse to pay out! IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND AFYER A FAIR BOOKMAKER THAN STAY AWAY!!

I have tried on numerous occasions to Un-subscribe from Ruby bet. Yet I am still receiving messages etc from them. Is there anyone who can help, and provide myself with the details as so I can stop receiving offers etc from these people

so I opened an account with the company and the email hd a typo in it they will not allow me access to the account and said its under review has been for 9 days..message and apparently management dont talk to people great service there…. quick to take peoples money but not returning what is mine.i have reported them t the highest level

Cant understand all the negative reviews.I had won £2300.Withdrew on Sunday 5th July.Added my documents on the monday as I missed doing them on the sunday. (Yes there is a £2.50 charge which is a pain but it isnt the end of the world) Account was verified on the 7th July I messaged customer support asking how long until the transfer was complete at around 9am monday 08th July, got a message saying up to 3 days as it had now been processed, was in my account by 11am.No problems with this site at all.

Their withdrawal process is frustrating and convoluted. Not only is it a £2.50 charge to withdraw your money they refused to pay it back onto the card I made a deposit with. They insisted I open an Ecopayz account which then cost me a further £9 to withdraw from there. I wouldn’t bother. There are more reputable bookmakers out there who will pay your money quickly and in full.

I feel the need to comment as I have used some cowboy betting sites in the past. Won £2k and got paid 4 days later then won £4K and got paid 3 days later. Probably the best gambling website for approving documents and paying winnings without any issue. Paying £2.50 on withdrawals is a bit harsh but you should make yourself aware of the pros and cons when you join any betting sites.

I would give zero stars if possible!They charge £2.5 per withdrawal, no matter what the amount and they take several days to even ‘process it’, it’s then another several days before you actually get it.But WORST OF ALL! I just had my account suspended because I won £950 (not part of any bonus) on a slot game and when I withdrew it they said they needed to review my account. Cancelled the withdrawal and are currently saying I’m not entitled to the winnings!

Don’t use them! Withdrawal takes a long time. Says 3 business days, but they take an unreasonable amount of time. They also charge you for the privilege of withdrawing your own cash. I will be making a formal complaint about them to the gambling commission. I’m sure charging someone to withdraw money shouldn’t be allowed.Bad UX design on the app, makes the user journey very difficult.

Shocking terms and conditions on free bets. “get 25 free bet” but can actually only win £20 of it? charge £2.50.If you are a matched bettor then from a £25 free bet you can realistically only make £8 with a lot of work to do so? service and conversation with agent is just shocking and the site itself is hard to navigate at its very best
