Just so everyone is aware. Once you start playing and all a sudden it refreshes the page again and not by you doing it your self you can kiss your money goodbye. Got a email few months ago requesting more documents than the usual such as proof of income last 5 years. bank statements for 3 months etc etc and had to update my licence as well. I had 30 days to provide all this otherwise account would be closed. 23 days after I was winning on jackpot city and accounts were shut down. I have sent all relevant documents and still waiting over 2 weeks for a outcome which is not the timeframe they say on website also do not keep to what they state in terms and conditions.
