Scam! They take your money no questions asked but when you want to withdraw they sky you to provide all the possible proofs, I'd, address, pictures... Account suspended they told me but I first deleted it! They want you to lose your money

This morning, I called the Leeds office and spoke to a person from the safer gambling team, from the first conversation he was very rude and inconsiderate as I explained the situation . I then decided to not give him full details to what I work as, and he was very abrupt and said ‘well, your account is going to be blocked’ . He also questioned if I ‘use my last single penny’ when my account got restricted over a month ago, so it’s clearly not an issue for it to be blocked. I speak to people every single day and would never make anyone feel as awkward as he did. What I thought was just a normal chat about the reasoning my account got restricted, made me felt humiliated as he demanded what I worked as and to find the exact name .

Used to spend 25 pounds and get 5 pounds to spend how you like. Now it's 30 and can only be used for certain bets. ONE MAJOR THING WITH SKY BET IS MOST OF THE TIME THE PRICES YOU SEE ON THE TV DO NOT MATCH SKY BET, THE LATTER IS NORMALLY ALWAYS LOWER AND IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. THERE ARE SITES THAT ALSO OFFER BEST ODDS GUARENTEED BUT DON'T REALLY GET THIS ON MANY RACES NOW. mY REVIEW SPANS MULTIPLE YEARS AND DATE CHOSEN MAY NOT BE RELAVANT. On the plus side and sorry about the caps, I have always been paid from sky and in the past have won on free money to spend on slots, terrible prices though these days.

The person I was speaking to Theo and Afroz in a live chat were extremely helpful and knew what they were doing. The two other I was speaking to the day before Bulund and Raza completely and utterly should not be working in customer service or live chats or anything else interfacing with customers or assisting them because they dont want to be there, they are hanging up and disconnecting chats on customers without even advising them and because I got through to the same guy 3 times everytime he disconnected on purpose. But what he doesnt know is I submitted a survey with 0 on it and also sent a complaint but Sky have all calls and interactions monitored and can tell how many calls were dropped and disconnecting on purpose I really hope they get a bad probation review.

Sky bet betting better erm noo worst betting. I've had many issues with this company 1st time they didn't pay out a bet ,so I closed account when I wanted to reopen account 2yrs later i was treated as if I was a gambler out of control, but then I put a bet on f1 George russle was disqualified Hamilton won they never paid out! .. so I closed account . Never go back they are worse betting app

Sky bet are the biggest load of scammers going they lie about there football stats so it looks like 1 team has had no shots but 3-0 up they play the opposite way so you more chance of losing I've lost loads threw there lies. 1percent chance of winning put it that way I'd stay well clear if your a gambler because they will crush you then when it appears you may win they will suspend your game for half hour so you cannot cash anything out I'm tired of the unfair ripp off these play. They should be banned for the things they do I get gambling is your problem but when it's played like they do its wrong.

Gosh! The amount of 5 Star reviews on the first page makes me believe I must've been all wrong about Skybet (Aye, right!). Staff must be on a bonus for writing to Trustpilot.I had previously, about a year ago, written an honest and scathing review about them and it seemed to be fairly typical of all reviews submitted at that time.

Have tried numerous times to open an account. They make it impossible. Sent bank details twice driving licence, passport. Still unable to join so I have given up. Worst company ever will stick with the high Street bookmakers. I will be keeping an eye on my bank account and the other items I sent they did say they were safe so will wait and see.
