Scam betting site. Had me betting against myself in the same bet!!! It always seems to freeze as you’re placing a bet, then makes its own bets up! Arsenal v Crystal Palace….. Had me betting on Arsenal to win and Crystal Palace to win in the same bet!! Even I’m not that stupid!!

Awful morals from Sky bet, I use them most weeks purely for football, I get a free £10 bet builder to use on a football selection, I have never bet on horse racing yet they have given me a free horse racing bet, purely to tempt me to start betting on this sport, this is so wrong on many levels as it is inticing the customer to part with more money, for this reason they have lost me as a customer and can stick their free bets

I recently changed my phone and when I logged back into my account I found my account had been cleared trying to speak to an actual person is harder than speaking to the king, so after 2 x chats and ko help even though there is a distinct change in bets I got no help whatsoever.

Love sky betting sight my only issue is they should give you the free bets as soon as you spend the 30.00 you need to spend to get the 3bets been a customer for a few years now but also sometimes use suspend betting when u have a chance to cash out and the game is in play ad if use no gona be a goal other wise love betting no matter how many hours a,spend on line my motto if you can’t take losing then don’t gamble

Wouldn’t bet with anyone else always helpful when I have a problem and on top of that they do a great job at making me feel a valued customer and like I am getting the most out of the experience with promotions and great odds on sport. Had a bet on the boxing, Went with 2 draws. The 1st one came in (Ashfaq), The 2nd fight (Bateson) went down as a technical draw. They voided the bet, Sky are my go to for sports but thought this was a bit naughty

I spoke to Jayshree and they were very friendly and helpful. I requested to reopen my account and the questions they ask are completely reasonable and as long as you tell the truth and aren’t using the site dangerously they will happily allow you to reopen.

Sky bet has got to be one of the tightest betting sites going. Now they have removed all best price guaranteed races on their site unless your spending at least £30 a week on their site the week before. On top of this even if you meet this criteria on approximately a quarter of races are included, absolutely no incentive to bet with them waiting for football season to finish and will be closing my account. The only way this site could be improved is to give punters a fair shout!

Omkar was my customer service, I had trouble verifying, I used my passport and driving licence, but received an email to say document out of date! Contacted CS and the issue was resolved.Downside, Sky have forgotten that there is a generation out there that are not tech-savvy (taking photos/uploading/having mobile phones etc).
