I’m still waiting for my issue to be resolved. I was Brought to the site because of a promotion. Upon depositing £10, I won £7 so I withdrew my winnings, only to find my account suspended. Received no email about what’s going on but my daughter helped me to get through to customer care. Agent was rude at first and treated me like a criminal, chat delay disconnection in little as a minute while I’m providing my details specifically how they asked. Show this, hide that…I said let me send everything then and they were dismissive. I sent my card detail more than 3 times(same card I successfully registered online with), sent bank details 2times and my driver license. Now it’s the wait game. I feel scammed and disappointed. I’m trying to live a lil in my old age and can’t even do that with my own money. I understand they are being protective but I provided all documents to verify myself. 1 day using site and I won £7 and account suspended. Come on. Sigh. I just want back my money at this point then cancel this account. Wouldn’t recommend. I’m sorry.

How can they be sitting at 3.6 with 66% bad reviews my calculations should less thank 2 stars, just played over 700 spins at a £1 and was lucky if I got 1 win within 25 spins and if more it was 50p wins, on my last £177 I won £24 in total highest win £3 couple of £2 wins the was 50p , getting a total con on this site , the is no way 94% return to customer , no wonder skybet doesn't respond to feedback, but I am sure they pay their subscriptions to trustpilot and that's why ratings better than average, couple months ago they were down to 1.6 would love to know how they crept up to 3.6 reading bad reviews they are getting quite a few everyday

1. Advisor chats end prematurely or conveniently time out. They also make promises they do not keep.2. Receive different information from different advisors.3. Promotions not clear or do not work particularly place a bet on a particular event & get free spins.4. £5 free bet after a £30 per week spend cannot be a spent bet on what you want.5. You can’t go back (⬅️) on the app to where you were before. 6. Expected bets & or odds can be missing & when reported to customer service it takes ages for them to become available.7. Cash out tab has conveniently disappeared so it now takes longer to find your cash out bets.8. When you make a complaint they don’t track it properly & ask for information you have already provided or give you an e-mail address they want you to respond to which works out to be non deliverable e-mail address.Generally Sky Bet has become awful which is disappointing. Used to be 5/5, now an easy 1/5.

I've just gotten a new phone and I was trying to log into super6 but I was getting an account suspended message.I hopped on the online chat support and Keerthana sorted it all out in under 10minutes after discovering I was using old login details.Exceptional customer service and thanks again, Keerthana. Well I was using sky bet and skyvegas for a little while, until I had my account restricted on skyvegas for absolutely no reason (their email didn't even tell me why just accounts been restricted). Their help system is non existent have fun trying to get through to an actual person let alone get your problem sorted. Now when I win free bets on their free games on skybet I don't even receive them. Absolute joke of a service and very scummy. Better off with paddy power at least they try and help you and have actual people help you out 👍

Whilst on the whole they’re pretty good they have the ****ing annoying habit of shortening racing prices every time you click on them (even when hours away from the off) then lengthening again as soon as you’ve made your bet. 🤬

The worst platform i have ever signed up for. Pathetic and poor customer service. Non professional people who ask absurd amount of questions just to sign up and when you send them all the details they ask for 72 hours wait. I have never been in this much pain than dealting with this platform and their poor customer service. They hold my money when i ask them for a refund. They said we will only refund when your account gets verified which technically means i have to wait 3 long days for this BS.

Spoken to customer service advisor Lorraine B who was extremely helpful with my query and even compensated me for the issue I had, all in a very swift manner. Never have had customer service like that/a lovely gesture like that from a betting company so this was worth the review!

Beware of "MuchBetter" Wallet. It is a Scam!! They are taking customers' money. They stole my money. They message you asking for the transaction details when you notify them, but they will say things like "We can't find the transaction with code you provided". Me and Coinbase had no problem finding and verifying that it was sent and successfully received. They will just lie to you. If you want to read the horror stories for yourself then look at their reviews on "TrustPilot".

So annoyed you did a money laundering search on my credit file when I only joined and did not complete my registration by not giving a bank account etc.I did not give you permission to do a credit search and you should not do one before I had fully completed my registration which I certainly won’t be doing now.I have tried deleting my account but I can’t see a way of doing it and followed instructions but the account settings are not visible.So disappointed in Sky Bet and once again I don’t think your actually anything to do with Skytv but a company called Bonne Terre Limited.

Skybet were offering a bet £10 and get £10 back I placed my £10 bet on a short favourite .But skybet did not pay me instead they was asking for photo of the offer after 3 weeks I could not remember , Im 77 years of age I will never have another bet with skybet can not believe there quering a £10 bet when i have been betting £50 a week for years .Robert

Max h helped me when other chat advisor would not.. I’m sure I selected my sky bet reward but found it had defaulted to one I wouldn’t have selected and would not have used… max managed to credit me the correct one.. massive thumbs up. Things like this make a difference to which bookie I spend my money with for the next week or two!! 👌🏻

I beg to differ as I have been bombarded by emails declining all the identification documents I have sent, maintaining I have set up a different account, with a different address. Providing me with a date when I apparently did this, which I didn't. The date provided didn't make any sense - account created on the 9th which was yesterday (according to my calendar, yesterday was the 19th). A complete farce and shambolic in every sense of the word.

I had an account with skybet from end of january. I made initial deposit of £400 to my account! Everything was good untill i was loosing money and once i started winning and my balance was £1850, They suspend my account and reuested me to send them documents including selfie and deposits clealry showing in the statement. Which i did.After few days i recieved an email that my account is permanently closed and i was returned only £400 instead of £1850. I bet in different sports (football, basketball, rugby and cricket). I will raise a concern regarding the issue i have experienced with my account. I do not believe i have voilated any of their terms and conditions.I will gave skybet opportunity to resolve the matter directly and release the rest of the funds timely.This is my first review here after i will post this review on their twitter, facebook and other social platforms for public awareness.I believe SkyBet is acting in violation of Gambling Commission rules. I will report them to UK Gambling Commission and make a dispute in IBAS and FOS with additional interest charges for the funds they holding!I strongly advise others to think twice before using SkyBet, especially if you value access to your funds and proper customer support.

The money back as cash offer sounds too good to be true, and for some it is.Skybet offer this to all customers, however hidden in the t and a's is a clause allowing them to ban customers from this promotion AFTER the bet is placed. This is why the bet takes 24 hours to settle, so they can go through the accounts they want to place restrictions on. The customers who bet regularly with Skybet will get the offer. But those who only bet on occasion are seen by Skybet as customers they can afford to lose. This is why the offer exists, because although skybox stand to lose money to the customers who bet regularly with them, they make it back from the customers who dont bet regularly with them.While the legal side of this is a grey area, it's certainly immoral. The advice would be to stay away from these offers if you dont bet often with skybox, because they will ban you after you place the bet but also take your bet without a moments hesitation.
