Had a bet on Saturday which was settled as a losing bet despite having won. Went on live chat and spoke to Thomas and within minutes bet was resettled and the money was in my ac account, credit where credits due , well done

Very poor, they restricted my husband’s account so he wasn’t allowed any promotions or free bets. His crime not gambling enough I presume. As a pensioner he enjoys the occasional flutter of maybe just 50p ew on the horses, & would also do an occasional free build a bet offer. More often than not he loses anyway so it’s not like they’re paying out a fortune to him. I thought they encouraged responsible gambling. Apart from that they pay the worst odds on the market, & don’t even pay the best odds on Win only bets when they are offering extra places or money back on 2nd & 3rd places, which is of no benefit to win only bets. Is there no bookmakers that cater for people that just like a little occasional flutter without punishing them .

I cannot understand that when I place a Win bet I don’t get best odds because you are paying extra places.Extra places will not effect my win bet in anyway.Example I have placed a £20 bet on 5/1 horse it won at 8/1 however, I didn’t get best odds because you were paying 4 places instead of 3.Explain how that being it’s my WIN bet.

The offer of ‘Money back as a free bet if your horse finished 2nd, 3rd or 4th’ came upon my app. I know very little about the horses but gave it a go. My horse came 2nd but apparently I don’t qualify for the offer so didn’t got money back.Why allow me to select the offer in my app and then refuse to honour it. How about the radical idea that you only show offers to people who qualify for them!!!

Sky Bet , what a miserable , miserable experience they used to offer the SKY BOOST most weekends then that stopped.Then they caught up to all the other sites and decided to offer a free spin of a wheel that is manipulated to win a miserable 10p bonus EVERY single time you win and that’s not that often.Oh with the option to use it on a terrible scratchcard game where you never win anything anyway.Lots of star faces on there like Carragher , Stelling etc from their football coverage to sucker you in but miles and miles behind a lot of other sites out there.

Every day skybets prices are the shortest in the industry on every race! To make it worse they offer extra places at a 5th instead of a quarter is the normal but no best price even if your not backing ew!?? Do you think punters are stupid? Who would back at shorter industry odds with no best price???the first show a horse is 11/1 but skybet go 8/1 because of the extra places scam you can only get8/1 regardless of sp there’s a 16/1 (skybet) 22/1 and so on ACCOUNT CLOSED!

Very poor from Skybet! So I had a 4 fold footy accumulator that was coming in but a game that had finished 10/12 minutes earlier was still saying suspended, stopping me being able to cash out, which would have been a profit of around £150. Very convenient indeed! They blame it on a technical issue yet the game had finished, even while it was in-play, it was saying suspended from the 90th minute and still was able to tell me that Bolton had scored a second & things like who was in possession/who was attacking & more importantly, it had finished. The Murdock family must be hard up at the moment that they have to rip their customers off! Scum bags

On October 6th, I received an email welcoming me to their website followed by an email congratulating me on upgrading “my” membership account. I do not gamble. Also this company is based in Ireland/the UK. I am an American! I have no idea how someone from there got a hold of my email to open this fake account. After some online research, the only thing that could make sense to me for someone to use someone else’s email is to seem “legitimate” while using this gambling site to launder money. Meanwhile, I’m getting all these emails that have nothing to do with me and potential risk for the email being linked to my credit report and looking shady. I emailed Skybet’s customer service same day with all the research and information I could find with the name that was attached to the account (if it’s even the con artist’s real name??!) and absolutely no response. I don’t know if they even care if their site is being used for money laundering. Maybe they’re in on it? I don’t know, but for a website/company that claims to have excellent customer service, they have NONE! It’s been one month. Plenty of time to reassure me this will no longer happen or that my email has been removed from their system or anything. But no, only silence and enabiling bad behavior online!There is NO SECURITY and NO CARE for Skybet! Beware this shady company!

Offered a cash out but once I clicked it wouldn’t allow me to cash out. Tried over & over again. Spoke to live chat & still nothing. I then went on to lose the bet as it didn’t allow the cash out. I screen recorded it not allowing the cash out to which I was told there’s nothing they can do & I can’t be reimbursed.

Never reply to questions when they fail to payout or their website suspends in play bets for no reason. Acca freeze suspended the whole bet and would not release it, winning team suspended for 30 minutes meaning no cashout available. Shot on target bet didn’t pay me but paid a friend who had exactly the same bet!

A truly shameless con of a company. The extra places con is the worst. No guaranteed price on extra place races. So what if your each way selections win? They fix the price artificially low so as you get stuffed. 14/1 and 16/1 actually won at 16/1 and 28/1. They even had the nerve to put a 10p rule 4on the second winner. Made about £280 difference in the payout for the double. Always underpriced. A scam and complete con. AVOID.

Put on one of there request a bets on a 6 fold accumulater, it was 2 players to have 5 shots on target between them in 90 minutes odds of 15/2, both players didn’t start the game and come on in the 70th minute which leaves me 20 minutes to get 5 shots on target from 2 players odds would be 500/1 in that time!!! any other betting site on the planet that bet would have been voided not sky bet tho says because they played more than 10 minutes the bet stands! Even worst wouldn’t let me cash it out before the game when I seen the line-ups pathetic other 5 came in of course. Sky bet are the biggest scammers they will hold your money even though you won they will find any reason not to pay you out they will suspend games untill your in a losing position or even to the end of the game. They lie about the sports stats so you think 1 team is doing loads better then boom your team is losing and the other team hasn’t had a shot haha there the worst for pointing you in the right direction. I had my football bet win at 100/1 when It had won they only paid me 7/1 due to ‘mistake’ to which it ovbs wasn’t. Well been with Sky sports for many years but find there extra place horse races which then terminates best odds guarantee end up taking lots of points from me, today backed a horse in the CESAREWITCH at 66/1 ends up 100/1. another one in the 13 50 back it at 16/1 finishes 22/1 this is just today, thats not to say at times the extra place hasn,t worked for me at times, but the odds constantly drift to there favour over time, i don,t have time to sit and wait untill the last minute to place my bets, yankees are deadly with extra place horses, ie four places instead of three then theres the 1 fifth of the odds on a place,need i go on?

My account was suspended a week ago. I didn’t receive any email or information about the suspension so I had to contact them on LiveChat. I was then asked for information to send through which I immediately sent. 3 days later I received a further email asking for the same bank card I explained I no longer had in my initial email. I came onto LiveChat and was told to submit my new card, I did so immediately. 2 days passed with no update so I went on LiveChat again to be told my card was deleted as it was not sent in the correct format as the security code was not blanked out. I was asked to submit it again by LiveChat. I did so immediately.I have now received an email telling me the card is in the incorrect format (the original email I sent) and I need to resubmit. I was also asked for my ID to be submitted again in a different format despite it initially not being an initial. Clearly I was lied to as my original submission has not been deleted because that’s what they used to ‘review’.I’ve now submitted the same card I submitted 2 days ago on LiveChat which I was assured would be reviewed. Go round and round in circles with different requests made each time.Slightly ridiculous as I have used this account for over a year, multiple wins and losses of fairly high value and randomly they decide to do this.Appreciate they have checks to carry out but other companies manage to do this swiftly and without fuss without multiple and repeated requests. Had the same documents requested by WilliamHill and they verified my account (using the exact same documents) within 6 hours and not a single challenge – it’s not a regulatory problem, it’s an internal issue.When my account is finally reactivated, I’ll withdraw and go elsewhere. Complaint submitted by no doubt that’ll go nowhere.

Iv writing reviews regarding skybet previously and been happy in general what they offer but recently online sky Vegas I can’t get a free spins or big wins and I play regularly. I don’t hear my friends saying they are having better luck than me so it’s right over the board. You say keep it fun well we would if you played fair with us . It’s no fun putting 100quid into a game and winning 10p and 20p occasionally. Maybe time for a change 🤔
