I needed to contact live chat today about a promotion that, it seemed, hadn’t paid me as stated. Jerome was extremely helpful, investigated the problem and, it then transpired that the issue was actually my fault. However, Jerome was very kind and helpful and rectified the issue with no fuss, in a friendly and efficient way.

I made a complaint about the service which was very poorly handled. I flagged this up and the next thing……my account is suspended. I called the (very rude) suspension team who told me my account had been closed.Shockingly poor company…avoid

Be careful.. Shows its a fix when you set a deposit limit all slots then become impossible to win with fewer scatter or bonus games.. please please don’t bet a sky bet or sky Vegas.

They voided a winning bet, I dared to make a complaint. So they have suspended my account, can’t access my balance to withdraw my funds, some would call this theft. Advisors are rude and unhelpful, scamming company, reported to IBAS.

I sign up, they didn’t provide me no ID verification link or portal just a TOS I deposited £5 won’t give me a refund after I asked why I got no email response for suspension. All I want is a refund and they asked my to send private documents through email which isn’t safe nowdays, much rather do it through a gov app. Can’t get a refund to the original card, and they want me to send a full photo of my bank card, when I provided them the transaction ID and card number. Scam company

Sky Bet scammers! Place an in play bet at 50-1 and 4 minutes later it came in, I should have won £300 but they decided to void the bet. Gave some lame excuse and sent me their terms and conditions via a hopeless live chat session. They don’t mind taking your money and in my accepted my bet, its the pay-out that they squirm with. Disgraceful behaviour. I will be closing my account with them, I suggest you do the same before they scam you.

It was a bit of a pain finding the Live Chat option and then a bit of a wait, but once chatting with Vara all went well – very friendly, tolerant, patient and helpful. Problem regarding sending additional verification document solved pretty easily.

Only signed up for a 1 in 50 new user offer to bet on something that would definetly win. Spent time making an account, deposited the £5 minimum only to find out the odds are really 50 in 1… Seriously?? Then I thought “okay it is what it is I’ll just withdraw my money and close my account”. Only to find out these bastards have restrictions on withdrawing: there must be at least £10 and you must verify your ID. WTF?? I deposited money and I could have placed that shite bet all without ID, but now I need to verify to withdraw. Taking the piss. Also their app design is absolutely terrible. Whoever developed that needs sacked. This whole company in general needs sacked. Nothing Sky does is quality and genuine. They’re a bunch of fraudsters. They don’t do anything right, from their broadband services, to their streaming services and even their betting services: all shite. Use Bet365 instead. If you have sky anything just cancel that shit too, especially their broadband.

Customer services was amazing at getting things sorted but I would rather have spoken to him than wait one hour for a chat on line. I want to stress that it’s not his fault at all but things need speeding up as most people don’t have this amount of time to wait around.
