Had to wait a little time to try and and get an answer fir a special "request a bet" I fancied.... Arsenal and or Man City unbeaten PL this year. Young lad Lavan said that particular team were closed but he would ensure he got back to me. Will respond back on here if he doesn't. Like I said explained to Lavan other betting apps and companies have a market for unbeaten... its only a little fun, let's face it at 1000/1 from others it's worth a ten spot. ;)

Skybet is missing a trick with not using a sub function on their build a bet. I don't use skybet for football build a bet anymore, I use paddypower for this very reason. Putting a build a bet on and having it over in the first 5 mins due to injury is very annoying, lucky with paddy power this now doesn't happen. Skybet you need to up your game.

After using this company for many years i have been stopped from using promotions also receiving free bets when i have queried this via live chat i am not told any reasons for this, either a contact number to speak with someone.

I had a problem with 1 of my cards, I had to get a new one as I got my card used fraudulently. I needed that card removed, but it wouldn't let me do it. I got intouch with Sky Bet, and it got sorted straight away.

Skybet addressed my complaint. However it's a 'sticking plaster': Skybet needs to fix its software so that one's selection of a Reward is maintained and not usually defaulted (at 11:59 on Sunday evening?) to 2x Soccer Build-A-Bets. I have to ask to change this (back) to 2x Horse-racing accumulator bets nearly every week :<(

The agent was very good however, someone created an account using my email, my account was not hacked and didn't have any loggings. They created an account to which Sky cannot change so now I have to use a user name I did not create.

Won a couple of £100 + bets using the Sky freeze. Then had an email telling me I was suspended from using the freeze option. Customer service was useless and didn't want to know. Happy to take your money when you're losing but when you win a few pounds they stop you from doing it. Better betting Apps out there that treat you properly!

Received a rude email, telling me I had been barred from promotions. Geez, I only have small bets and have broken no rules. I suppose they did some analysis and decided they weren't gouging enough money from me...why run promotions then bar customers from them. Account closed.

Got an email, after holding an account for about 7 years advising me that I could no longer take part in various promotions (free bets etc). The decision is final with no right of appeal. No indication why. Suspect it's because (in line with bookies marketing campaigns) I have kept it fun with generally small bets. My profit with Skybet in last 12 months was just over £25 - so hardly a threat to their business.Warning- if you close your Skybet account, you'll lose access to other areas too such as Super 6. Very disappointed with this company. Look elsewhere is my suggestion.

All the latest postive reviews are fake. This company has paid people to post postive reviews. Sky bet is a joke of a company. Just google all the bad things they have been involved in. There games are all rigged and its a joke they still have a license to operate. They also have the worse betting odds of any online betting site

I made a mistake with a bet/promotion and the live chat team resolved it quickly by awarding the promotion to me. There's aspects of skybet I don't like such as football player shots on target getting scrubbed off after Opta had already classified them as completed, but the live support team are good at what they do. All bookies are profit driven more than customer driven so it doesn't surpise how they behave when it comes to fine margin decisions.

I've only had good experiences with Sky Bet. The app works brilliantly on ym android and I like the Match 5 feature. I've also limited my account which means I'm not getting in trouble with the wife and I'm not putting in more than I'm comfy with.

A couple of years ago I got notification that my account was blocked until July 2024 because I'd self excluded. I was puzzled as I had not remembered self excluding but assumed during the sign up process many years before id ticked a box to say self exclude after losing a certain amount. I obviously tried to contact them with no success. Fast forward to July 2024 I assumed the exclusion would be over. Oh no apparently id self excluded forever. Lol.This time I did have the misfortune of speaking to their customer service. I explained that I had never self excluded and they had made a mistake. However they would rather believe a faulty process rather than a human being. If tempeh just looked at my account they would see I bet £3 here and there every second month. Bonkers that they're not fit for purpose processes trumps a customer saying they have made a mistake. To make matters worse the more I complain the more I look like someone that had self excluded and was trying to change my mind. Anyhow have zero confidence in them as a business and looking at the reviews im not alone.

I was having fun using sky bet getting the spin every day and some other good promotions .Now they have taken all my promotions off me and without an explanation why , can’t use free spins that gets given me . I deposit pretty much every month or , i mean 10-20 pounds should be enough I though but I’m obviously not depositing enough and I think that’s the reason why they took the promotions off me , So now I’m wandering why coz it’s not to much where I’mPutting my self at risk so where’s the gamble awareness now eh ?
