Placed a money back as cash bet at the odds and amount required. Bet lost and money back wasn’t issued as advertised. Customer service is poor and very difficult to get any help from a human … when i did they sent a load of terms and said this offer didn't apply to me and cut me off …Be aware not everything is as advertised - very poor from such a major name .. seriously thinking about cancelling by sky tv also ..

I signed up to take offer of the £30 free bets, deposited my £5 and took a bet on the football, ended up winning only later to find my account "suspended". No email or anything. Asked the live chat why im suspended and they say they need to verify my ID. Submit it all to find out it's not good enough....needs to be this or that petty stuff. Then they start wanting bank statments and they then may "reopen my account". made to feel like a criminal and they have my winnings , Avoid.

I had placed a bet on an NFL match to receive a free bet. That was granted with a 7 day to use. There were no NFL matches within that time frame so they changed to all sport free bet.

Agent was brilliant at helping me but it's the website they need to sort out the sky bet club u pick Ur reward on Monday then on Sunday it changes it to build a bet which is the most crooked bet out and the hardest the cut the price of all odds on it and that's why they have it as their default bet

The person was very friendly, after I asked for a free bet they said it's not something the routinely do bug said they will offer me a one off £5 which appeared on account instantly, feel very valued after a very good service thank you.

Their verification process is torture. I've had fully visible and clear documents rejected several times. Never experienced a single issue with other gambling firms. They're like a cross between the computer says no and multiple alan partridge sketches. [Without the laugh]

AVOID AVOID AVOID.....There are many other more professional sites available. Despite 'restrictions' being placed on my account (no reason given but presumably because i was in small profit over past 12 months).I received cash boost refund promo, placed bet which lost but no refund! They say because of restriction on account but why advertise the promo to me? I would never have placed the bet if this was the case.Sky not interested. I will take my custom elsewhere, shocking underhand and unclear practices.

Had a boost on Sheffield utd to have a shot on target in first 15 minutes diaz had a shot and it's clear to see the keeper saves it at near post and put it out for a corner it's originally given but the opta change it to a cross so bet has lost .There's literally video footage of it but they won't change their decision.Opta can say whatever they want along with sky bet and it's final there's nothing anyone can do.They have just made themselves a lot of money from a shocking decision

Bet on Sheff Utd shot on target in first 15 mins, had one after 3 mins, goalie saves and corner awarded.Their own Sporting Life website stated ''4'Attempt saved. Ben Brereton (Sheffield United) left footed shot from the left side of the box is saved in the top left corner. Boosted sheff Utd to have a shot on target in first 15 minutes, 3 minutes in Diaz tries doing keeper at near post. Keeper puts it out for a corner makes the save. Registered as shot on target, quick phone call to opta and guess what? Confirmed as a cross/pass, who on earth was he passing too? 😂😂 Always hiding behind opta blatant cheating

Was helped by someone called Babatosin. He was helpful but only given 4 stars as the whole process has been very difficult. My account needed verification and needed photo ID, which I don't have. To get my account verified I needed birth certificate, utility bill, certificate of residency, and finally my marriage licence, as my name had changed from my birth certificate (born 1961, married 1986).

Shocking support from their supposed help desk. For some reason they are verifying their accounts. I have a SkyBet account which is running fine, but back in 2015 I opened a second account to use in the local Super 6 League, which costs £10 each. The second account was called WandaNeale and if you haven't guessed all scores entered were one nil (geddit?). Now they want it verifying and have suspended the account until I do. The trouble is they wnt accept a NHS letter showing name & address. They want a bank statement or utility bill. Well sorry but this is the digital age, a paperless society, so of course I don't have either of those. But still they won't verify the account which means I miss tomorrows games which means I lose points in the league I am in (at a cost of £10 remember). Shocking service. I mean, why do a verification in the middle of a season is anybody's guess. The helpdesk (the two I communicated with were Pathan and Vara, both just trained to say the standard scripts, were most unhelpful so in the end I am closing my kosher account down and going to PaddyPower. I would advise you all to do the same because power-mad SkyBet treat their customers like something they have just stood in.

Happy to take your money. But if you win they will suspend your account and ask for everything short of a DNA test to get it back.But only after you have spent, and not before. Odds are week, casino games are badly rigged. Just generally a bang average betting site,with some strange rules. Get ready to send in some blood if your acca comes in.

What a disgraceful business they have turned out to be. I have been a customer since 2018. Yes I should have written a positive review. But unfortunately I have to write a scathing review. It appears my account has been hacked. This game about when I made an enquiry into a strange event on my account. Despite me making the query and giving correct information, they cut contact and suspended me. Now I can only get a chat bot and unable to contact a real person. It's not just about my balance but there is a security issue and Skybet have completely frozen me out. Disgraceful behaviour.

I have made many attempts to get a resolution to my issue, even earlier today. But the previous agent just dropped the chat without the accurate answer. Thos call was different and very helpful and friendly. This agent sorted me out and was kind and patient but all the previous time's were lacking in information and the emails were generic.

When sky bet first came out it enchanted a massive percentage of gamblers,the site was fantastic,very slowly its becoming terrible,paying extra place racing so best odds is not given,they hold back on the proper horse odds,always in some cases 2 points lower,so when your horse wins at say 6/1 all you got was for example 4/1,when honest bookies (🤔)give higher market odds.all stall tactics in their favour.

I have a sky bet account purely for my local village super six league. We put in £20 a season and away you go, it’s great fun competing with your friends. Then five days ago my account was suspended with no reason given. I have spent hours on their chat line with different people and eventually I was informed that it was for security reasons, I submitted all the documents they have asked for including my bank statement, they said I would hear from them within 12 hours, that was five days ago I spoke to their chat line earlier today and apparently my documents are in a queue! I have missed out on recent predictions and slipped down the league. It is so frustrating you cannot speak to anyone and on the chat lines you can wait hours, as they are chatting to numerous customers at the same time. With modern technology available this is the worst site I’ve ever encountered for your own good stay well clear.
