Banned for winning. I have had an account with Skybet for a long time, a couple of years ago I was banned from free spins and the promo game, wasn’t really bothered. Now I have been banned from any promotions for no reason, I’ve done nothing out of the ordinary and have won a small amount. They seem to close people off who win a little. Scam company.

Messaged the Live Chat team regarding a technical issue on my cashout that after cashing out didn't get sent to my account. Wouldn't look into the issue and tried to fob me off with please read this page without actually looking into the query. They also state you cannot escalate any complaints. So in theory for any issue you have with Skybet you have to trust a person who dosnt even know the betting ID number to tell you if your wrong or not. Bizarre and I'm sure this isn't the case and I've been lied to mislead by your Live chat team. Also when asked to be put through on multiple occasions to your complaints team the line also was discontented by the Live chat team conveniently.

If you deposit no issues but if you lucky and start winning your account gets suspended and asking you so many paperwork and have to wait days until they check.

My favourite rock Group are called Nothing But Thieves. Also perfectly sums up Skybet in my humble opinion. Hardly ever pay SP of higher than the odds when staked. Majority of races they prefer to offer additional places but not SP. Had a couple of occasions when best price was active but they paid at the lower odds when staked. One recent occasion paid 6/1 when SP was 16/1. Actually trying to complain /speak to someone on line is an absolute joke. Cut off twice. Had to keep repeating bet information. Then said SP wasn't paid as bet was staked before 9am!!!! This has happened to me several times now so am moving my custom elsewhere. I know others who have done the same.

The app logs out at random times for no particular reason which is hugely frustrating. Full WiFi connection or 4/5G and the app refuses to log in due to being unable to find location outside UK & Ireland when I am inside my house in England. If this is an intentional ‘glitch’ to prevent Cash Outs then please get rid of this sly trick.

Once you can find the live chat, helpful and quick to deal with issue. A direct Contact Us button on main page would help. Instead of having to go throug FAQ'S on your way. Helpful and polite.

NEVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!! so I signed up for sky vegas when I seen 100 spins no deposit card registration.. all well registered my account accpunt was verified no problem added my card and granted the 100 spins received a promotion deposit 10 pound recieve 100 more all well. Deposited 10 received the promotion as stated. Successfully played the welcome promotions gaining my trust and no doubts deposited several times after escalation over 300 pound my own choice and no harm. BUT one withdrawal of 25 pound was absolutely problem free then deposited 20 all well.. HOWEVER this 20pound gained me a win off 860 pound so I decided nice withdrawal. Requested the withdrawal no problems said Successful withdrawal didn't recieve my withdrawal in time frame. I tried to sign in to check status ACCOUNT SUSPENED no email no requests nothing. Contacted customer support they advised kyc terms they requested additional documents beyond the account being fully verified I requested a reason or explained reason why this wasn't requested previous customer service refused to speak just advising it was just kyc reasons. Sent the documents contacting them several times refused to answer and everything requested documents that had been forwarded. Then 13 times of contacting I was advised the documents weren't the reason and that it was failed security closed my account and refuse to discuss or explain or advise where my funds are or what steps I need to take absolute scam. NEVER FUND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS SCAM

I'm on most betting sites and none of them are perfect but skybet is the best one for giving you the best chances of winning in my opinion.They occasionally offer money back as cash which no other site does. There are freebet opportunities every day and completely free games like match 5 and skyvegas daily free spin. Freebets are credited quickly and I've not once had to contact them because of a delay/fault.

Sky bet fully restricted my account because I had won a few bets, using offers provided by them. I had been with Sky bet for over 10 years. I’m not a heavy gambler and place weekend football bets. I was fortunate enough to win 3 bets over the Christmas period (not huge wins either) and because of this, they fully restricted my account. I believe if I’d lost then nothing would of been restricted…… my advice go with someone else…. This company are only happy if you lose and will keep tempting to do so with offers, if you win everything gets restricted. Absolute CROOKS
