Had a bet on the boxing, Went with 2 draws. The 1st one came in (Ashfaq), The 2nd fight (Bateson) went down as a technical draw. They voided the bet, Sky are my go to for sports but thought this was a bit naughty

I spoke to Jayshree and they were very friendly and helpful. I requested to reopen my account and the questions they ask are completely reasonable and as long as you tell the truth and aren’t using the site dangerously they will happily allow you to reopen.

Sky bet has got to be one of the tightest betting sites going. Now they have removed all best price guaranteed races on their site unless your spending at least £30 a week on their site the week before. On top of this even if you meet this criteria on approximately a quarter of races are included, absolutely no incentive to bet with them waiting for football season to finish and will be closing my account. The only way this site could be improved is to give punters a fair shout!

Omkar was my customer service, I had trouble verifying, I used my passport and driving licence, but received an email to say document out of date! Contacted CS and the issue was resolved.Downside, Sky have forgotten that there is a generation out there that are not tech-savvy (taking photos/uploading/having mobile phones etc).

The customer service is excellent here. The staff are very friendly and with one of my queries I had that went on for a couple of days. I spoke to a few of the staff members and everyone was very helpful each time but can’t thank Long M enough for resolving the issue for me.

Acca freeze. Not first time when I choose big odds to freeze Skybet got technical issue. Or you just can’t freeze is not warranted. Yes many bets lost because of that issue. Funny is that same bet acca freeze small stake can freeze big no option to freeze.

Agent was very helpful, unlike the previous one who was very rude and couldn’t understand my query and just ended the chat (like slamming the phone down in my face, virtually). Eventually got sorted and given a free bet for the inconvenience

I have created an account and deposited my money to start playing. After depositing my money within a minute they have suspended my account. I was very disappointed and contacted customer service.. They were very rude from starting of the conversation and asked some of my documents. I have sent them all. Its been almost 2 weeks for now, still they’re saying its in queue to verify them. I have been contacting them more than 9 times but very helpless and rude. I guess i have lost my money in this scam. Please i suggest everyone not to deposit any money.

Got to chat no problems and resolved my problem for me in no time. Still can’t get back into my account as yet but got only another 11 month the I can hopefully get my weekly coupon on again. Stupid thing I did excluding myself for 5 year regret it now.

I enquired to see if there would be opportunity to bet on various Winter Sports thus coming Winter. Sports such as Biathlon. Cross Country Skiing or Cyclicross. Iw told they don’t offer such bets but person on Chat Line couldn’t give me a reason.
