Absolute disgrace of a company – quick enough to take your money but, by some chance you actually win, they suspend your account and refuse to pay your winnings !…..they then request 2 forms of id, I sent a screen shot of the funds going from my bank account to Skybet- still won’t pay out……this was 6 weeks ago !!I have requested my original money that I placed be credited back and will close my account – they refuse to pay me back the money I originally placed !!……shocking – why isn’t the gambling commission closing this company down ?

Deposited a total of £4,180 and made a profit of £1,130 within 6-8 hours. I withdraw my profit (was successfully transferred into my account) and continued to use my initial deposit to fund further possible winnings.I play a mixture of baccarat, poker and sometimes small stakes on roulette. Whilst betting on baccarat, all of a sudden I was signed out of my betting account. I attempted to log back in only to be notified my account has been suspended. I didn’t even receive an email of documentation requested in order to reactivate my account m. I had to contact support to find out which documents are need. The following:- Bank statement showing all transactions from sky betting for card ending 5203- bank statement showing all transactions from sky betting for card ending 5810- picture of passport or driving licence – picture of me holding my passport (selfie)- Picture of debit card ending 5203- Picture of debit card ending 5810I have submitted this on 17th June 2024 after being told it would be reviewed with 72 hours of receiving these documents. It has now been 148 hours and I’ve still not had a single response from sky betting & gaming with regards to my suspended account. I’ve been contacting support live chat every single day requesting an update and all they have to say for themselves is to wait. I’ve been lied to with the reasons as to why it’s taking so long, first being complaints are dealt in chronological order. 2nd your documents are currently being reviewed. 3rd reviews are taking longer than expected due to the football euros 2024 taking place and 4th, 72 hours is not the estimated time frame for this type of review (even though the automated email received after submitting my documents clearly says within 72 hours).At this moment is time all I want to do is close my account and receive my money as I have lost complete faith betting with Sky.

This company on numerous times if a bet is winning suddenly it goes suspended then miraculously un suspended if its about to lose. Last weekend 4 legs of a tennis were winning giving a cash out when all were winning by 1 set one match went suspended so I went on other sites William Hill bet Fred livescore bet and paddy Power the match in question was fine went back on sky bet was showing a live stream for the match but suspended so I spoke to there live chat they said it happens sometimes due to unreliable streams so I said don’t all betting companies online use the same stream there response was sorry for the inconvenience not a inconvenience when its happened at least 7 times they do it on purpose. Had issues with them couple years ago with a tennis bet showing on lots of sites that Andy Murray won with most aces least double faults but again they said not from our sources but we are unable to share which source our traders get there information by far the worst betting site its only the most popular because its the easiest to navigate around, there customer service are none existent if they don’t like a answer they just end the chat will be using others in future

I’ve been placing 0.25pence ew lucky 15 bets for a couple of years now and for the past few months I’ve been getting messages saying I’ve reached my limit for this type of bet and they’ve only allowed me to put on 15p ew. Today I’ve been told I’m no longer able to place ANY lucky 15 bets and I wasn’t even able to place a £2 ew single. After waiting 40 minutes in the chat queue this was verified by them and said the decision was final in accordance with their rules. Been doing super 6 for years and logged on to my account yesterday to see if there was a euro 2024 one only to find my account has been suspended. Made contact with Skybet through Facebook messenger as this was the only way I could and after giving all my details they tell me my account has been closed and it is a business decision and that we do not have to give reasons as to why. Been with Sky for 10 years , generally broke even/ small loss each year , took a 28day timeout at end of season . In 2018 i closed a Paddy Power account , they did not like that . At the end of my 28day time out, Sky refunded the 98 quid left in the account, without me wanting it and closed my account using PP 2018 Closure as a excuse .not a great loss but why ?

On the whole Sky Bet are great, and they offer you many promotions, where you can win free bets etc. The Super Week is very generous.However, my advice is do not accept or use their free bets! They don’t like it.If you win, and use free bets, they will place a ban on you receiving any future free bets or promotions.I’ve used my account with them responsibly, placing regular real money bets, but I’ve just been banned from taking part in any future promotions.It feels like if you actually use their promotions they will shut you down, so, if you want an unrestricted account, don’t actually take part in their promotions – or do what I will, and switch over to one of their rivals who value their customers.Sky Bet – Thats Betting Better….. unless you play their promotions!

I don’t normally write reviews but this is by far one of the worse online casinos I got suspended within 1 hour I legit deposited £10 to see what it was like then withdrew the £10 but got suspended and since its suspended nothing will happen till they unsuspend it which is taking ages as I sent them all my documents over at 5pm on the 28/05/2024 and still heard nothing back never even got a email saying my account was suspended with steps on how to go through the process if I don’t get back into the account I will most likely make sure to take further action as its not just me this is happening to.

Terrible customer service with sky bet.. I’ve been trying to unlock my suspended account since the 28th April, and despite numerous mails, messenger chat & sky bet app chat.. all anyone can do is inform me it sits with the security team .. and if I make another enquiry it will go to the back of the queue… I’ve even raised a dispute over 10 days ago which I’ve not had a reply to.. the contact number has been out of service for nearly a month.. I have been using Sky Bet for over 2 years now. I bet on football most days and have won numerous times. Never once have they not paid out and the transfer is instant.
