I take back what I said. So on the 27th October I made an account got fully verified. I redrew £85 total in different bits got all the payments fine. Decided to play yesterday. I spoke to live chat just to question how much I won, total, how much am I in credit or am I in losses. They said overall winning was £400 in credit £60 said thanks for intimation enjoying this app. Tried to go on it 2 hours later to get told speak to customer service can’t access account so I spoke to Scott who I always do and he didn’t know why either do raised it to higher up people. Got email today to say we are sorry to say as a business account we are closing your account under section 3.5 which then says they don’t have to give you a reason as to why. So it’s funny how I made decent money to then get closed the very next day. I wouldn’t waste your time with this app. My boyfriend tried to make an account and they suspended him before he could even log in and play. Don’t risk it guys there’s better apps out there. Bet Goodwin is better than this I won £90 yesterday on it and got money fine account still open

Beware, this company took my money but then closed the account before allowing me to use the welcome bonus.I reached out to them but they would not give me a specific reason. I have never had this from ANY other casino I am a member of. There are many to choose from best to steer clear of this one.

I will be writing daily reviews on here whilst my solicitor is drafting his letter to your company . Day 2 . No communication on the status of the check at all. So my withdrawn money (around £1100) is still held with you. My account is still frozen. And there is nobody to ring and speak to . Or complain to. Simply will have to “keep patient” and wait until whenever the relevant team can be bothered to carry out the check . No timescale given . And nothing I can literally do further in terms of your customer service options . My solicitor has been notified . Will keep everyone posted what happens tomorrow

Absolutely ridiculous . I am owed money from a withdrawal which I made . Now my account is blocked as they say they need all of my bank statements which I sent straight away . Surprise , surprise , no response from them after that. Therefore they are simply holding money owed to me and have frozen my pending withdrawal . Make that make sense. Spoke the customer services and obviously they can’t help as it’s a different team . And only option is to wait for their email . Horror show and literally zero options for me to do anything about it. Shame on you

*BE WARNED!I thought this platform was trustworthy from looking upon other reviews on trustpilot. It seems only the unverified reviews are positive and other verified feedback here are coming against the same issue I am.Once you withdraw, your account is then closed and the only message you receive from SpaceCasino is them quoting ‘your withdrawal is with another department’ claiming they cannot do anything about this. It’s now been a week. I have sent all verified documents upon account creation. I haven’t seen any other reviews updated with this issue saying their withdrawal has been processed. I will update this review if my withdrawal is processed.I have deposited £1.1k and managed to win £2k and was greatly happy with my outcome, little did I know I was not going to receive this. If this is a scam I am beyond words and will be taking this further. Gambling causes me no frustration but being scammed for your hard earned money does.I truly hope this isn’t a scam and will update this with the withdrawal time as soon as if my funds are received. I deposited $100 and won about $500 in total. It has been over a week now and nobody is telling me why my account has been blocked and where my withdrawn money is, even though I have completed the verification process in full. Why is this taking so long and why has support stopped communicating with me? This is unacceptable.24/7 customer support says that they aren’t allowed to tell me why my account is blocked and why my money is being withheld, but that I will get an email explaining why, if I asked for it. The email I got from the support team also told me that they didn’t know why my account was being blocked because they don’t have access to that information because it’s “not their department.” They are now ignoring the emails I send asking for an update.

Roberto helped me multiple times, when I was struggling to make an account and then had some issues getting the sign up promotion to work – he was very patient with me and lots of back and forth and made sure that I still go the bonus from the promotional offer. Closed my account saying “As a responsible operator Space Casino runs security checks on customer activity to ensure we are playing our part in keeping fraud and crime out of gambling. Whilst conducting our checks your player account was flagged and the appropriate block was put in place.”This is absolutely not true and I feel it is libellous to be accused in such a way. They claim they have every right to close an account, fair enough, I can take my business elsewhere, but to accuse me of fraud or criminal activity is outrageous and a slur on my character. I will be taking this matter further.

Awful company and I’m currently investigating if they are licensed in the U.K. they took over £7k in deposits off me over four months and the first time I withdraw, they won’t pay.
