Made an account, deposited, account closed instantly. No refund yet (4 days later) despite supplying them with all documentation asked for, repeatedly recieved the same automated email up until 2 days ago and now i’m being totally ignored. Disgusting company.

Honestly a great website pays out quickly no nonsense with asking for documents when trying to cash out, paid out within 20 mins. Would highly recommend to use. Not a bot either to anyone looking for good sites live support is great and answers your questions perfectly

I would strongly suggest avoiding this company. I have been a loyal user for a couple of years and they just closed my account without any warning or explanation.Terrible customer service.

Used them for over a year on and off as they aren't a great site anyway poor design. Tried to log in today as had some free spins from their Euro 2024 offer only to find a message to contact support. Hadn't even logged in for over a week due to being on holiday.Turns out they just decided to close my account for no reason at all. Can't even say I had any big wins, or even wins recently. Seems they just don't want to pay out on the offer. Still have a pending bet that if it wins will need to claim the money from them.Absolute scumbags, they don't even notify you the account closed, and don't return your balance. Clearly on a mission to steal money from people.

But I move around a lot, there’s a few things to be adjusted here, especially if you play on mobile. The withdrawals are quick, and customer service is key. The customer services I have recieved over the years is very hit & miss. Spoke on 24/7 live chat. I cannot praise enough David, who works the night shift for the nocturnals amongst us. Very clear, concise, friendly and supportive. In my opinion wasted in the casino industry.

I then tried to log in last night, and received a message telling me to contact support when I did. Support said my account had been closed and couldn't tell me why.Notably, they had not bothered to email me to tell me my account was being closed, and also did not automatically refund my balance when they closed it. If I hadn't messaged live chat and asked for the refund, pretty sure I'd never have seen that money again.Steer well clear, very unethical company.

Luckily I cashed out, however tried to log in today, log in advised to contact customer service, contact said they can't tell me why but my account has been closed and sent me a link to their possible justifications for closing an account. It's interesting how many people have put after largish wins accounts get closed! Steer clear it seems your custom is only okay if you loose!
