I deposited $100 and won about $500 in total. It has been over a week now and nobody is telling me why my account has been blocked and where my withdrawn money is, even though I have completed the verification process in full. Why is this taking so long and why has support stopped communicating with me? This is unacceptable.24/7 customer support says that they aren’t allowed to tell me why my account is blocked and why my money is being withheld, but that I will get an email explaining why, if I asked for it. The email I got from the support team also told me that they didn’t know why my account was being blocked because they don’t have access to that information because it’s “not their department.” They are now ignoring the emails I send asking for an update.

Roberto helped me multiple times, when I was struggling to make an account and then had some issues getting the sign up promotion to work – he was very patient with me and lots of back and forth and made sure that I still go the bonus from the promotional offer. Closed my account saying “As a responsible operator Space Casino runs security checks on customer activity to ensure we are playing our part in keeping fraud and crime out of gambling. Whilst conducting our checks your player account was flagged and the appropriate block was put in place.”This is absolutely not true and I feel it is libellous to be accused in such a way. They claim they have every right to close an account, fair enough, I can take my business elsewhere, but to accuse me of fraud or criminal activity is outrageous and a slur on my character. I will be taking this matter further.

Awful company and I’m currently investigating if they are licensed in the U.K. they took over £7k in deposits off me over four months and the first time I withdraw, they won’t pay.
