Having used this site a few times a month for several months and completed verification, I had two largish wins quite close together. Luckily I cashed out, however tried to log in today, log in advised to contact customer service, contact said they can’t tell me why but my account has been closed and sent me a link to their possible justifications for closing an account. It’s interesting how many people have put after largish wins accounts get closed! Steer clear it seems your custom is only okay if you loose!

Stay away. I accidentally withdraw to the expired card on my account and they have now closed my account because according to them”we utilize fraud prevention software and undertake Responsible Gambling and Anti-Money Laundering checks and monitoring. In circumstances where you fail these checks or are found to be in breach of any of these terms “Wouldn’t trust them if they’re willing to close an account for something as innocent as that. Also I was fully verified and had sent photos of my bank account, my old expired card and the new card so there was no reason for this to happen.

Excellent customer service! That’s what makes them stand out. Whenever you need something, someone polite is available to help. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 as sometimes free bets are not automatically credited, which is a shame, but as mentioned above, luckily they have great support who can assist you with this.

Customer support is helpful and prompt to respond and resolve issues. However it seems you have to get in contact with them every time you want to activate a free bet out bonus, and then enter the specific bonus code they give you. Very cumbersome given other betting sites simply award free bets automatically once the criteria is met.

. The WORST verification process EVER… If I could I would give 0 because they not worthy even 1 star. It’s been 10 days since the withdrawals and still no money. they received all the documentation they needed and there is no update … if you read reviews and people glorifying their customer service what a big nonsense… they been useless and can help with anything regarding verification and it also makes you suspicious about the reviews because a gambler you rate the gaming or betting or withdrawal system but normally you do not need customer service if everything runs …. Please stay be careful before you deposit because you don’t know how long it will take you to get your withdrawal….

Verification Process a JokeHave been waiting nearly a week for my driving licence to be verified have sent numerous emails and numerous photos with me alongside my license and even lodged a complaint. Everything else bank cards letter was verified in hours….But with a pending withdrawal no sign of licence verification ( has to go for a further review????) Customer service can’t give you an update as it’s not there department and no phone number Word of advice verify yourself before playing otherwise they’ll have you waiting indefinitely for your winnings (Trust pilot verified me within seconds using my licence!!!!)

I deposited 10 and was unable to play. I tried to withdraw it however a pop up blocked it. Spoke with customer services who tell me that 2 cards I used over 6 months ago need to be verified! I explained I no longer have these cards but the card I used to deposit is verified already!. Refused to send back my money until I send bank statements (BLACKMAIL) in which again this was done at the time I verified the most recent card! They can stick the 10 quod where the sun don’t shine. Do not touch these cowboys!! Just glad it was only 10 quid! Which I will recall from my bank anyway! amounts to nothing less than theft! Absolutely disgusting behaviour

I would be very wary of Space Casino.I am a happy member of Bet365, Ladbrokes, Virgin Games and many other bookmakers. These bookmakers all have strict ID requirements to verify your accounts which can be frustrating but are do-able and possible.This issue is, Space Casino go beyond industry norms to require documentation which they know most people wouldn’t be able to obtain so they can keep your funds. Most websites you’d expect to send a picture of your drivers licence, possibly passport if you didn’t drive and a bank statement. Some more panickity casino’s would require a selfie with your drivers licence in hand.Space Casino, however, do not accept bank statements as proof of address. If you’re in the situation which I am in, in which your partner is the bill-payer then expect never to be able to have your Space Casino account to be verified and your funds to be kept by them.You can send Space Casino your drivers licence (front and back), pictures of your debit card and a bank statement however this is all obsolete if you don’t have any government letters, whatever they may be. Rishi Sunak tends not to write to me often. If you don’t pay the gas & electricity in your name DO NOT USE THIS CASINO BY ANY MEANS. Obviously, they reject mobile bills as utility bills.Please enjoy my £128 at your next staff do. The money is a lot to me but clearly means a lot more to yourselves.
