I have played at probably over 100 casinos, I mainly play sports betting and this site has sports betting. But I move around a lot, there’s a few things to be adjusted here, especially if you play on mobile. The withdrawals are quick, and customer service is key. The customer services I have recieved over the years is very hit & miss. Spoke on 24/7 live chat. I cannot praise enough David, who works the night shift for the nocturnals amongst us. Very clear, concise, friendly and supportive. In my opinion wasted in the casino industry.

I signed up for Space Casino a few months ago, and haven't been hugely active but have the odd punt every now and then. Recently, I had a couple of decent-ish wins. I then tried to log in last night, and received a message telling me to contact support when I did. Support said my account had been closed and couldn't tell me why.Notably, they had not bothered to email me to tell me my account was being closed, and also did not automatically refund my balance when they closed it. If I hadn't messaged live chat and asked for the refund, pretty sure I'd never have seen that money again.Steer well clear, very unethical company.

Luckily I cashed out, however tried to log in today, log in advised to contact customer service, contact said they can't tell me why but my account has been closed and sent me a link to their possible justifications for closing an account. It's interesting how many people have put after largish wins accounts get closed! Steer clear it seems your custom is only okay if you loose!

I accidentally withdraw to the expired card on my account and they have now closed my account because according to them"we utilize fraud prevention software and undertake Responsible Gambling and Anti-Money Laundering checks and monitoring. In circumstances where you fail these checks or are found to be in breach of any of these terms "Wouldn't trust them if they're willing to close an account for something as innocent as that. Also I was fully verified and had sent photos of my bank account, my old expired card and the new card so there was no reason for this to happen.

Excellent customer service! That’s what makes them stand out. Whenever you need something, someone polite is available to help. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 as sometimes free bets are not automatically credited, which is a shame, but as mentioned above, luckily they have great support who can assist you with this.

However it seems you have to get in contact with them every time you want to activate a free bet out bonus, and then enter the specific bonus code they give you. Very cumbersome given other betting sites simply award free bets automatically once the criteria is met.
