I joined this casino and made 3 deposits from my bank. The first one appeared as credit but the last 2 didn’t register as credit, but we’re both withdrawn from my bank account. I got in touch with live chat for help to resolve this issue. But all I got back was send us a screenshot to prove this. We all know screen shots are not allowed on a secure site such as on line banking. So basically I lost my last 2 deposits of £100 and they have just said without proof there is nothing they can do. So my advice is think very hard before making any deposits to this gaming site as you may be robbed like I have just been

Be very concerned about the number of reviews from customers trying to withdraw and having difficulty verifying your ID.A company that is happy to accept your money and then starts to put roadblocks in your way when it comes to them departing with their losses should be avoided. If they had a verifying process at the start of this there would be no issue but they wait until you have placed your risk and then try to do everything they can to prevent a withdraw.Avoid like the plague. They don’t give free spins and no wagering requirements to give you money!

Deposited £10 and won £58. Tries to withdraw. Account got suspended and I had to verify my identity. What a nightmare. They are so picky!! Every piece I sent they would not accept and my PayPal screen shot I had to send it 4 different times until it was eventually accepted. Tomas sorted things out for me and once he had done this the money was transferred immediately. But this has put me off ever using the site again.

Should not even be a 1 star!! Only played because the reviews were good!! Only one day of playing, took all my money, played different games at low amount, just played me like a fool!! Had a feauture on the games a handful of times but didn’t win much, then kept skipping the feature until all my money had gone!! Didn’t even have a good run, also kept dipping out!! Wouldn’t be so bad if I had a good run, but no just a rip off site!! Please don’t read the fake reviews saying how good this site is, please read all the bad reviews because they are true!! I used this site for about a month, had no issues with the site operationally and I have no issues with games, RTP but I do have an issue with their account review process and team. I have now been waiting for 2 weeks having provided every document requested and acknowledged, but every attempt to obtain an update I’m either ignored or receive an email saying ‘sorry we’re very busy’. It’s amazing how this is acceptable in this type of business but not so in virtually every other main stream company.I write this review without the usual type of reviews seen for online casinos.

Exceptional customer service. This isn’t something I’ve found with a lot of casinos, but their process of verification was top notch, very specific in what they require, and very quick responses. Took me ages to verify my account everything kept coming back unsuitable then eventually they accepted it. I enjoyed playing was easy to withdraw etc. Then after 3 months they sent me an email asking for more documents. They wanted to see bank accounts statements and proof of my employment. I found this all very intrusive especially when your account has already been verified. I’ve closed my account now no way am I showing them anything else.

It was good at the beginning. Fast withdrawal and quick customer service but the account reviewing take ages to finish. Verification is done long time ago everything went smooth but when I tried to make a £3k withdrawal. I was asked to do an account reviewing. My withdrawal request has been pending for 2 weeks now. I’ve provided all the documents they required and answered all of their questions. Whenever you send them an email and check for updates, they will reply but saying “we are working on it and your patience is appreciated”. I’m really frustrated with this.
