I did a withdrawal on the 16th November 2023 I still have not received my withdrawals up to this day. They lack communication why must I nag them for answers? I am not happy with this side.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO i had deposited 20 dollars and took the bonus where you receive 150 spins and i wagered the bonus after my free spins were done i completed the wager requirements and my balance was $300 but as soon as the wagering was completed my balance went from $300 to $15 and they wont give me an explanation of why they took my funds that should have been my money because the wagering was completed like they gave me less money tven what i originally deposited then before this happened i got free spins no deposit from the wheel of fortune you can spin everyday and i won $589 in total but max cash out is $80 so when i cashed out the $589 they took all of it except $80 which is fine but now that 80 is my money right so i decided to play some more with my $80 i won $600 cashed out and again they took all the money except for $80 why did they do that i shouldnt of had to wager the same thing twice but i did so u cannot win either way with this casino they are a scam and a joke

This site is a f-ing joke. Nothing works I spent a hour on there wasn't able to get a game to load or anything. Stay away I think this site might be a scam.

Stay away from this group full of empty promises don't pay out, credits disappear, free spins are a hoax it glitches and customer support is quick to answer on deposits but suck when they have to respond to problems with game pay outs and technical issues

Spin247 does not want to payout winnings!!! I requested a withdrawal and they wanted my documents for verification that I had previously sent them but I sent them all again multiple times and they still don’t process my withdrawal it just stays in pending. When I contact support all they do is apologize and tell me it will be processed soon. It’s been weeks and still in pending. They won’t pay me out. Don’t trust this casino!!!

This is a scam.Funding account, money leaves bank account but not funded online.When tried BTC transaction, it went thru still bank deposits gone.Whatever was withdrawn does not even come. There's always stories 2 days 1 day 3 days this approval that nonsense.They just a scam good luck.

On August 4, 2021, I ordered a payment of EUR 100, which was reduced to 80 because it was the win from the bonus, so they explained to me in the chat they said that up to 2 days the payment will be on my account, although it did not happen, I am waiting 10 days for a transfer from spin247 but I already doubt that such a contact with them in the chat is a failure joey f their only consultant always answers the same that my question cannot be answered by a site with a license on which they do not pay funds to their account is a joke
