Bunch of thieving c**ts. Why would you even consider depositing with SportNation when there are many other reputable
Companies out there ? Please if you are reading this trust me I have been gambling for over 15 years, do not deposit a penny with sport nation! They have closed my account, took all my bonus and winnings and not giving me any answers . I have accounts with several online bookmakers and this has never happened to me before with any other company . I repeat one more time do not open an account with sport nation that is my opinion

Opened an account – deposited £100 no problem, got a bonus top up (great). Placed my bets, and logged in and out of account a few times through the day. Football games all finish so try to log on as my bets have won Happy Days. Account has been blocked and need documents from me, no worries fire them across and all has gone quite and account is still blocked.
I am confused what is fraudulent about placing bets on English Football and using a debt card in your own name??? If you are worried about fraudulent accounts request all verification documents before you allow customer to deposit surely….. So a week before Christmas I have no winnings or my £100 I deposited – disgusting. Customer Service response was as helpful as a fork in the eye.
To top it off I took a selfie with me holding the original documents to be sure I had not robbed some poor person like they technically have.
Looks like this whole thing is quite common over the past month or so.
Re-open my account and give me my money back. 1 Star is to high in my opinion

Customer service is as much use as chocolate tea pot
You go on live chat and get fobbed off by a very unhelpful person who isn't really bothered in helping so you email instead and you get a reply a week later from the same person who messed you about on live chat!!!
Do they have a staff of more than 2 people?

In my experience SportNation does not operate on the basis of ethical values. I have experienced unnecessary distress and inconvenience as have many others reviewers. Prior to depositing and to receiving my new customer bonus offer my account was fully verified with all required documentation per a list of requirements. This, in fact, was confirmed by email from the SportNation. Within a week I placed number of bets towards wagering requirements of the new customer offer (deposit 100 get 100 bonus). At some point I was not able to log in and place a bet on the upcoming match. Live chat stated that I need to provide verification documents which in fact were already provided prior depositing and placing the bets. As other reviewers say you have to "chase them yourself". I had to email yourselves to clarify the reasons of my account being inaccessible. The reply was that prior withdrawal I needed to provide pictures of my bank card. However, I did not and was not going to make a withdrawal request per bonus wagering requirements. Moreover, the list of the verification documents does not mention photos of bank card. More importantly, may I also point out to have a courtesy to contact your customers prior make their account inaccessible/restricted as per Gambling Commission guidelines. An email from yourselves notifying of the account restrictions and reasons why would obviate my response to your actions.

As it stands at present, unnotified account restriction has materially affected my ability to complete wagering requirements. My wagering has benefited SportNation benefite from my lost bets the amount of £300 and the remaining account balance of £135.

My further actions will depend on the SportNation ability to rectify this matter.

So I verify my account deposited £60 was playing a casino game it logged me out. So go to log back in no chance. Thay have blocked my account looked in my email thay have closed my account no reason why. Don’t join absolutely awful

I have been using sportnation for a while now, and find them to be among the best bookies I know.
The odds are always competitive, and the promotions and rewards are excellent. To be given reward points every time you bet is a good idea, and I am really keen on the 'pick a pony' promotion which has built up my points total considerably!

Really surprised at all the negative reviews! I deposited £250 when I set up my account, didn't get the £125 bonus straight away but a live chat sorted that out in just a few minutes.

Ended up winning quite a bit with my qualifying/wagering bets so decided to quit (for now) while I was ahead and withdrew over £500. Got a message saying that the withdrawal would be "reviewed" within a couple of working days, which made me nervous when I read all the reviews, but the money was in my account within a few hours. On a Saturday as well!

Obviously I can't vouch for other people's experiences but mine has been fine so far.

Note I did lose the 125 bonus by withdrawing but that was clearly stated when I went to do it, and you get the option to change your mind.

A good online bookmaker. The interface and website are both easy to navigate. Odds tend to be fair, if not slightly skinny on occasions. There’s a good range of casino games as well. All round, a good place to bet.

Appaling woeful non existent dreadful abysmal customer service who just ignore you no matter how many times you email them.

Edit I had to laugh when I saw the reviews below saying how great they are. Obv not tried to get in touch with customer support. They'll be soon changing the 5* rating when they try to email you and constantly get blanked and ignored

Ps how odd those saying how superb customer service are have gone out their way to name specific people LOL you must think we're stupid

Multiple Emails get ignored and live chat rarely works or if you manage to talk to someone you won't get your query resolved just fobbed off about relevant dept will be in touch only to never hear from again

Ps looking at all the reviews on here it seems I'm not alone being ignored..I can't help but think the reply saying they'll chase it up shows how bad they are if they're chasing so many replies up on here i can only imagine how many get ignored. Tip of the iceberg

Well I don’t know of any site that gives free betting tips, but I know or tipster on instagram that give hundred percent assured odds on payment afterwinning basis. I found him on Instagram he is by name EDDY_TIPS on Instagram, I have worked with him for over 7months now during this covid_19 hard times , for sure he have really redeemed me . I have made over x2 of my 6years salary with this man that over millions of dollar with his fixed tip ,I know maybe a lot here know of this man and also said good things about him but that won’t stop me to thank him and recommend more sincere once to him .

The site was doing so well… you get cash back rewards pretty quickly when you bet on anything but had technical issues on roulette. I was told I’d be contacted within a few days… I wasn’t. It happened again where bets were rejected from a tech issue, again I wasn’t contacted. I raised the issue, after a few days of emails back and forth I was told itd be sorted within 7 working days. It’s now been weeks… not using them anymore.

My account got blocked with my funds in it about £500 not winnings my personal deposit. I was asked to verify myself of which i gave copies of my passport and credit card statement they then asked to see my private bank statements and said that i could not bet until i showed these and it could take 2 weeks to do this i asked the operator to close my account and refund my money he quickly put full block on my account and they have not refunded my money i keep going on their chat only way to contact them and they ignore me KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES i am contacting ibas and a solicitor how can they hold my money and ignore my request.

Josh was extremely helpful with my verification, I have seen a few bad reviews, YES they could be quicker at responding but I won £1800 off of a free bet and they paid me it when I supplied what they were asking for. Josh was excellent thanks again mate.

The worse betting company I’ve ever come across the layout is good and the cash back reward is a good idea but the customer service is horrific you get better service at primark after non stop emails over the last week and live chat I’ve finally been paid out and yet my account is still not verified stay well clear an eye opener for sure how can a company perform this way and still stay open

Avoid at all costs. Very poorly run, been waiting 11 days and they still haven't processed my withdrawls. They have yet to respond to any e-mails and the staff on the chat line are unhelpful. I have had to use Resolver to try and get hold of my money

Please avoid this site, after waiting 14days, for my withdrawal and my account to be reopened as its been under review, tonight i recieve a email stating my account is permanently closed, thats fine no problem i don't wish to use this site EVER AGAIN anyway, but then to be told my funds of £830 have been fortified well what can i say, a complete and utter scam, they believe there was fraudulent activity on the account, well maybe because i had winning bets and tried to withdraw rather than loose! Second review.. please everyone advoid! This company is actually witholding £830 of my money, cancelled my first 2 withdrawals with the excuse paypal has declined them! I contacted paypal my account is fully verified and i can accept withdrawals, so i try again to find out my account has been suspended and pending review, even though it was fully verified! Its day 7 with no withdrawal and day no access to my account, same old message 'we will chase this up' this is fraud, can we all stick together to get our withdrawals back we need to all complain rightfully about our experience its not a normal betting site this would never ever happen! Their customer service is as bad as other have said. In fact its probably worse

They just can't be ar$ed to reply to emails.  All the "let us chase it up for you" is simply smoke and mirrors so they look like they care
Live chat are just clueless and are frankly embarrassing to deal with. You ask them questions and you either get ignored or your question is not resolved. They're obviously not upto the job.   I've never seen anything so amateurish in my life

I think Sportnation is one of the better betting sites out there. The website is very clear and user friendly, not too busy and over the top. They offer many many sports and the betting is very straightforward. On top of that, a betting site nowadays have to stand out between all the others with promos and loyalty programs. Sportnation does this very well with fun and rewarding promo offers and free games like ‘pick your pony’. Furthermore, they reward your betting with reward points which can be exchanged for cash, free bets and some other stuff. It’s unique and I really like it.
