Not even a star, to start there was problems depositing then i deposited using paypal, tried to withdraw and they cancelled my withdrawal saying my paypal has been declining the withdrawal now theyve susupended my account as its under review and theres £720 pounds in there from winning bets all a scam if you ask me can anyone help how will i get my money back

Discovered this recently and am enjoying it a lot. The site is easy to navigate and runs smoothly. I had to contact customer service on the live chat once and it was quick and smooth. The issues was solved in no time. Deposits and withdrawal are also quick and smooth. The part I like best is the reward system because it actually feels like you get something decent back. It works like a point system and points can be traded in for free bets etc. They quickly add up. Also I'm a sucker for the little extras and here the free weekly pick a pony game is great (and you can actually win) and so is the Sunday offer where you get free spins! Its all just for fun but I like this site a lot.

They don't honor their promotions. Also their customer service is awful, don't expect a reply to your emails! Use a different bookie would be my advice!

-website logs you out every few minutes and keeps having a nagging screen for reality check. Also website looks like something from 2003

-live chat have no authority and can't do anything except fob you off and say they,ll escalate it to the revelant dept but nothing ever happens. Smh

-you send an email and they just ignore it. I sent 5 emails to ask why I was limited and nobody had the common decency to tell me why. Smh

-no phone number to contact them

Customer service is woeful. Live chat only replies once every 5 minutes so takes forever to chat and you need to send 10 emails just to get 1 reply and that will be one sentence long and totally unhelpful and not resolve the problem
No idea why its so bad but I've had enough of trying to deal with it and judging from other replies it's not just me. Maybe they are understaffed who knows but it comes across as ignorant and unacceptable

Don't even try to withdraw your money, they will instantly restrict your account and then cancel the withdrawal request without even letting you know, don't even bother giving you an explanation and are very rude. Avoid this bookie, scum

They have been shockingly bad and I would recommend nobody signs up to an account with them. Asked for documents, which I sent. No reply for 3 days until I messaged on live chat. I told them to close my account which wasn't done. Had to go on live chat again…account closed and advisor closed chat with no message to say what was happening with my remaining balance. Really quite rude too. There are plenty of far better bookmakers out there so don't waste your time with this lot.

My only negative comments would be that customer service is practically non existent. No phone number to call and emails are often not answered or take days for response and chat only available from 10am . If you have an urgent issue then you have no way of getting it resolved quickly . Also , the site constantly logs you out after about 10 mins and often when you try to play place a bet and by the time you log back in you are too late to place it . Site is very flakey .

Shocking, closed my account and refused to tell me why other than it was a 'business decision'. Don't even have an App. Rubbish offers and odds are usually poor too. Would not recommend to anyone.

So i tried to withdraw my money and they said I need to turn it over (BET IT!!) before I’m allowed to withdraw it. Literally stealing money.

Absolutely disgraceful the way I've been treated. I've sent in all documentation requested by this company. ID. Bank statements. Proof of funds. Also filled out due diligence form they provided. Everything got approved. Then few days later out of the blue I cannot log into my account and says access denied. I've been going into live chat everyday for past 3 days. However they give no explanation or help me in anyways all they say is nothing they can do and wait for an email. Over £22500 is in my account which I cannot access at the moment. This is a lot of money so i dnt know what this company is playing at. Is this what happens when you have a winning account and your bets come in. Absolute joke of a company. I advice people to stay away. They can fob me off all they want ill be taking this further to ibas and even dispute this in court if they want to play that game.

been using sportnation for some time now and never really had a problem until i get a very small bet up and as per usual after 30 minutes they log you out and then after the bet has won i try login again and get access denied? why because i won a miserly £23.75 you then lock me out my account? pretty embarrassing if you ask me

A few days ago I could not log in "access is denied" message jump on live chat told "account is under review" the account has previously been verified, live chat tell me no more. No emails to tell me account is being reviewed twice more been on live chat told the same thing I already know, a disgrace of a firm AVOID

They claim it will take 48hrs to verify your account once you have sent the relevant documents. I have now been waiting for over 5 days. The account also randomly logs you out.

Awful!! Stay well away. I have over £100 worth of free bets and closed my account during the busiest football period! Been on going, there’s a lack of communication and no response. Take 3/4 days for one reply. Going around in circles! I many more betting sites available ! Please avoid don’t get sucked in by their free bets

Couldn't watch the horse I bet on. Went on live chat and the fella didn't have a clue what to do    I told them what the problem was no response.   No response and no response

I only ended up spending £20 so no big deal but wish I'd read the reviews 1st.  I've bet with some bad companies but this lot take the biscuit. They can't even do the simple things right. It is just cringe. How can they have customers when they are so inept.

No answer from customer service on 8 different e mails over a period of 2 weeks . Also chat line doesn’t work I got no answer either for fourty minutes on line. No phone number to call and they haven’t called me back after Iv asked to speak to a manager or anyone ? Just no customer service at all . I have two issues one is a bet I put on a week ago the other is the non payment of rewards . Stay clear from this firm
