i joined this web betting site as it looked ok, once i joined i placed a bet which won, i was then colllecting my winnings when i was taken out of the site as i had to speak to them regarding verify my account , and had to mess around getting payslips, downloading bank statements and a picture of my driving license , i have been emailing them since yesterday 1/10/2020, today is the 2/10/2020 and i still have not had account verified , they have my money and when i spoke on the chat line , they just said its been busy and a back log , get your fingers out and stop playing with peoples money and emotions , i am proper stressed as the money won was120 pound and i cant even withdraw the funds, makes me sick , once i have the winnings this site will be forgtton about at an instant , very poor ,

CS don't seem to know what to do and are vvery frustrating to deal with. Not sure if they're not trained properly or just really busy but not a great experience trying to get answers from them. I don't get why they don't open until 12. Lots of sports start before then why can't they go better hours

Emailing them is even worse as you don't get a reply at all that way. I would have thought keeping customers happy was the key thing in this industry.

If they sorted out the CS I would be more than happy to give higher than a 2. I'm very suspicious about the sudden influx of 5 star reviews here as well

More good than bad, good promotions where the terms are clear, more socially responsible than most bookmakers, generally decent prices. Bad points not always easy to navigate markets, staking restrictions seem a bit random on different markets and you can be limited without explanation. Customer Service could be better.

One of the poorest betting sites I've been on. Site is so slow and kept logging me out while I was on Roulette. Cost me winnings so I complained. I went on live chat and Josh kept saying he'd contact me back but he never did. I had to keep chasing them and all Josh said was to wait as he couldn't do anything. I emailed them and they never responded. Poor customer service. I warn you stay away.

Shockingly poor.

Signed up. They asked for copious amounts of KYC due to it being a requirement of UKGC…….erm I LIVE IN EUROPE!

Then asked for a date of submission selfie (Pic of me holding something with todays date on…..JOG ON!)

Pxss take, amateurish and chat agents are beyond useless.

Sportnation have continually above average odds and promotions that are considerably better than their competitors. Reward points also a good idea to reward bettors. I'm impressed, not given full 5 star as I have occasional problems with the website although maybe this is on my end.

Still getting fed load of rubbish blocked me from chat been days nows my deposit was obviously a donation. Terribly corrupt. Have offers but don't pay out when you qualify anyway. Claim all sorts of nonsense about their terms, deliberately misinterpret them, and act without regard for legality. Don't waste your time. Stay away.

Never had a problem with them, fast withdrawals decent offers from time to time. Odds are a bit worse than other bookies and the minimum deposit/withdrawal is higher than others. Other than that good bookie.

Hi all,
I left a scathing review earleir regarding Sportnation. I was totally wrong. I had a bet on tiger woods vs justin rose in the US Open. The info that I had did not register that Woods made a double bogey at the last therefore making the bet nil and void. Sportnation cancelled the bet and rightly so. Sorry sportnation. Although the customer service was a bit slow. I was at fault, NOT Sportnation. First time in over 20years I was wrong but a stopped clock is wrong twice a day. I was very ignorant to a few of their staff also which they did not deserve and were more than gratious in the whole. Sorry again folks.

Thats me on chat again trying to get my cash .blocked me yet again .kept me on hold .then said sorry about wait .then …wait for it they blocked me .sent emails no reply .I put 100 pound in to win not for a donation. Very poor customer service. Blocked me from receiving promotions because I had an account with their sister site, which at the time wasnt contravening their t&cs. Said their sister site was for an American audience. Asked for my promos back on the UK sportnation, as I'm from the UK, and they won't do it. American redzone sports I don't think even exists anymore – haven't had an email for years. Pathetic excuse for stopping promos and would not consider swapping me back to the UK site. Joke of a company

Wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. They banned me immediately, before I'd even deposited any money let alone placed any bets. Live chat agent mysteriously disappeared after being no help whatsoever on two separate occasions, and the person who eventually replied to my email asking what had happened was entirely useless – the explanation was essentially just 'because I said so', which has never been any help to anyone. Terrible customer service all round. I'm relieved I hadn't been able to deposit anything by the time my account got locked as I'm not convinced I'd be getting it back, especially so now I've seen all the other bad reviews here – none of which surprise me. Don't risk your money with them, bet literally anywhere else.

Good points payouts are quick and they seem to take a decent bet. Although I'm not naive enough to think if I win I'll be limited

Bad points. Live chat is unavailable alot and email never gets replied to but of a shambles . also no B.O.G unless you buy it from the store and only live stream from ATR not the other tracks

Been on chat for 3 days solid now they have now blocked me .gave me code to type put in every time you put in it changes .my so called bonus has reached its target .oh by the way its 100 pound .a time.they owe me a fortune now they have blocked me i have spoke to about everyone and they are patronising. My experience with Sport Nation has been good so far. I can appreciate why there will be loads of 1 star reviews – these will no doubt be mainly in frustration at opening an account with the matched promo > get a winner > try to withdraw the funds, only to find it is bonus funds you need to play through wagering requirements. It is all there in the T &C's, although I can see why it could be missed, people get excited at the offer. The wagering requirements are far too high in my opinion, where the likelihood is that by the time you have wagered through, there is no money left – which is of course the purpose. Lower wagering requirements would have led to a 5 star review. I have received a few offers from them since opening the account which has kept me coming back.

Put 100 pound bet on sportingnation gave me 100 bonus .impending my 100 pound cash and I won i tried to withdraw my cash it did not let me withdraw my winnings .After numerous chats I kept getting same answer you neef points .I was putting substantial bets on all winning .thing is my first 100 pound was a winner I want to withdraw my cash.please everyone keep away from this site I have warned use .they have blocked my bets from first day i won won not let me go back. Wish there’s an option for zero star. Pls stay away from them. After submitting all necessary documents they then ask for P60 or Payslip they call it affordability check. Then when you request for the account to be closed and return your funds then they start acting up. They are the worst ever I’ve come in contact with and won’t touch them with my enemy’s fund again ever . Pls people stay away

How can one company have so many people complaining about live chat and it not be resolved. What's the point in saying contact live chat between 12 and 10pm in the replies if it's not working?? And this isn't a one off either. It's down a lot of the time. If you email them they say 48 hours but rarely is and sometimes no reply at all. How can this be acceptable in 2020? How hard is it to reply to emails and have live chat working????

Don't know if can through the hassle of depositing for football especially reading below how they cancelled some guys bet. Winning is hard enough with stressing if they've accepted the bet. Not a well run company it seems

I've created a Trustpilot account just to write this review and reiterate what everyone else is saying: avoid this company.

I placed three different bets on the same horse. As the odds increased I thought I'd bet more and more.

I placed two bets for £50 and one bet for £100. I checked back later that day after the horse won only to find that they cancelled and totally removed the £100 bet from my account. I keep log of all the bets that I make and add them to a spreadsheet as soon as place them so I know this bet was 100% placed, yet according to them there's no reference to it. Shocking.
