My username is kontaktas1991 You have closed my account and held my money for over 10 days now even though I was promised that money will be with me no longer than after 3-5 working days (I have screenshots of my conversation with one of your employees through the chat) I have contacted you again today to which I was told 'apologies for any inconvenience your funds will definitely be with you shortly' without the same employee giving me a timescale this time to when my funds will be cleared. I have sent you at least 5 emails with evidence and it seems that the only way this will be resolved is through other legal channels.

DO NOT USE !! If you are fortunate enough to win money with Sportsnation good luck on ever getting your hands on it. They will concoct any number of reasons/excuses to not allow you to withdraw it. Chat session just more fobbing off. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED I can only assume that the 5 star reviews on here are fake.

Seems like something is seriously dodgy here!! Especially looking at the other mostly horrendous reviews! Was playing blackjack having deposited £770 i have got up to £1025 which they are currently ilegally withholding from me as they just randomly logged me out & now wont even let me log in & access my account! Doesn't make sense i mean what is actually going on!! Still waiting on a response even???

Absolutely shocking win £1800 then all of a sudden they want to verify my account and suspend it ,so I can’t withdraw the funds, I’ve sent everything they have asked for then they say they don’t accept this they don’t accept that. I’ve asked for someone to withdraw my funds for me but they won’t do that and I’ve asked for someone to call me and guess what they won’t do that. Worst betting company I’ve ever had to deal with 🙁

Don't normally leave reviews but they are without doubt the worst bookmakers ive ever come across in my life and that takes some doing believe me No point going through why as others have covered it better reading the reviews. Suffice to say ignorant customer lack of service is one of the main reasons I wont be using them ever again Aint worth the aggro running around chasing replies and getting fobbed off SL

Wish wasn't restricted elsewhere as wouldn't go near them in a month of Sundays. I'm always very dubious about places I can't telephone The customer support is truly horrendous. I don't get the 5 star review below. Has he ever tried to contact them and been frustrated beyond belief? Obviously not. It's as if they're saying you know what we'll deliberately ignore emails and turn chat off to see how angry we can get our clientèle Reading through the reviews on here it seems they ignore other people's emails as well as mine What's the point in replying on here. Why no just reply to their or my emails in the first place?? How can you not reply to so many people?? Live chat might as well not exist as always switched off. I'm guessing staffing is low as I always get a reply from the same person Would not want to win a big amount from these as you'd be waiting a long time I fear. If they can't reply to emails you send about events and odds they're hardly going to care about replying about your winnings

Just doing a follow up. This is unquestionably the worst betting site ever, and I wish I wasn't restricted from the others. Limiting exposure on certain games, settling winning bets as void, and using every trick there is to stop people winning. I don't mean the usual bookie tricks either. It is a shame the industry is practically unregulated because SportNation would surely be closed down. You're unlikely to find a worse betting site anywhere. I am done with them anyway.

I'm assuming all the people who have left 5 star reviews haven't tried to contact live chat all day only to see it constantly unavailable? I'm assuming they haven't contacted customer support via email only to be ignored for 5 days and counting. I emailed them Sunday and still waiting for them to reply In fact Id love to hear why they have felt the need to give them a great review in the first place. I guess people care more about free spins or free bets than telling the truth. No doubt another fresh batch of 5 stars reviews will appear soon and all the 1 star ones will be hidden out of sight I emailed them sunday about forthcoming golf as live chat was down. The golf actually started yesterday and I've still had no reply so you've lost a customer. Well done Sportnation. Probably naive expecting a reply within 4 days I did laugh out loud at 5 star review below. Had no problems everything seems to work fine. Yeah sure Oh dear you're going to be in for a shock when you need support which is non existent aren't you?

Bored now of them Tolerated it for a while but too much hassle to get anything done. You have to wait ages to get withdrawals processed. Problems with video feed, problems with odds and if you try and get in touch with them you simply don't get a reply - *that's the unacceptable thing in my eyes the fact they don't care about customer service and live chat is always mysteriously disabled No idea if they are overrun or not interested but it's not good enough. I'm surprised they have any customers left Shouldn't be this much hassle when you're trying to get on bet on. If they cant be bothered then I'll go elsewhere

Best way to deal with these ***** is to starve them of your business. Maybe then they'll actually switch live chat on or reply to emails you send them Don't make me laugh as if anyone real would give them 5 stars. They don't deserve 1 star. They only have Giles who seems to work there!!!!

Eventually managed to get my money back after 8 days waiting no thanks to them The worst customer services the world ever saw. Live chat down 99% of the time has to be on purpose and if you email the company you will do well to get a reply from 1 out of every 10 emails you send and then only a few words in reply. I don't know whether they only have 2 staff members or what but quite frankly I'm past caring now All the people leaving 5 stars obviously never had to contact customer service or waited over a week before you get your money. Makes a mockery of review site tbh

I don't normally leave negative reviews but after the issues I've had so far though it's important to state the facts so other customers can make an independent decision based on truths and save themselves time and frustration. I was a member of sportnation since it's inception and enjoyed using the site as other reviews have discussed they did offer decent promotions and customer service. I was also part of their VIP program for a number of years which was fantastic I had an account manager, offered industry leading promotions and went to an event or two one of them being a redzonesports event where I met the team behind the site and a old NFL star. It became clear that redzone and sportnation are american brands and the UK market is a springboard to eventually launch or sell the brands in the USA. I eventually fell out of favour with sportnation as my account ended up in profit (a big no no for VIPs) and my stake limits were reduced to <10%. Then recently (in the last few months) my accounts were locked stating i needed to provide bank statement, new id and all that jazz. As I bet a fair amount still and have other VIP status i noticed this was becoming the new normal because new AML and source of wealth regulation. And this is where the problem lies, I've sent the required information off multiple times and get no reply. I try live chat but there are no agents available and no one replies to messages sent over a month ago (it's bad) and yes you could say it's because of covid-19 but not to reply to messages is boarding on madness. To add to the situation they have been brought out an american company guess the dream did come true, esportsinsidercom/2020/08/esports-entertainment-group-acquires-argyll-entertainment so maybe a change or shake up of management has caused the problems I've talked of and that other people are having. Bank statements and KYC can easily make up a profile of customers that they might not like or deem risky (since bookmakers are in the risk management business these days). Myself and other people having this problem are having their messages sent straight to junk mail (maybe?) So avoid the company for now at least until they sort out the issues they have. To add most of the 5 star reviews are paid for or fake they have in the past offered me free spins and bets for reviews. Most of the decent big four bookies have one star on trustpilot when it comes to money, betting and emotions people leave bad reviews when they lose just seems odd they have four stars. Make up your own mind. So given my past experience and recent they get 2 star and this might change if they contact me and sort stuff out.

You are seriously getting reviews removed because it tells the truth how bad you are??? That was 4 hours ago you reported it yet you can't reply to the customer below?? Just like the guy below it took 3-4 days to get an abrupt reply each time but now I'm waiting for reply from email from a week ago and live chat is disabled so can't contact you??? What kind of way is this to run a company. What's going on??? It is absolutely atrocious. If I don't hear from you soon You can deal with the UKGC and IBAS I'll never use you ever again after this. Shocking experience you can't treat customers this way

I've been a member of Sportnation for a few years now and had various issues with them over the years. Everything they do is painfully predictable. The only thing preventing this from being a one star review is that the offers (if you have the patience to jump through enough hoops to eventually claim them) are actually quite good. So my current issue is this: I've taken a break from gambling for about a year or so, but was enticed by an offer from Sportnation about 6 weeks ago saying "that a £100 free bet was waiting for me in my account". Great! The email came with a disclaimer that the bet expired next sunday (which was about 10-12 days from when I received the email), but I thought that's plenty of time even if I run into all the standard issues I have with these guys. So, I thought I'd try my luck with a free £100 bet. I go to login with my details and get told there's a login error and I need to contact customer service. I go to their "contact us" page and fine that the live chat link just isn't there, it's been removed (despite being inside their live chat opening hours) This, as I remember from before, is a common thing with these guys, but fortunately they have an "email us" option, which I took up immediately so as not to risk my free bet expiring. I then check back daily on the site as I know that live chat will be quicker than email support. Eventually, their live chat button magically appears on the site a couple of days later. I speak with an agent who is somewhat helpful, and tells me that I need to provide a bank statement with the last 30 days of payments, and my account should be unlocked within 48 hrs. This is something I have provided when I first opened my account a couple of years ago, but I wasn't in the mood to argue and did as they asked straight away. I then go a week and a half without hearing anything/my account remaining locked. I contact their live chat numerous times during this week or so to chase them up, as I know that the plan is gonna be to give my account access one day after the free bet expires. I speak to the one helpful agent I've spoken to all week the day before the bet is due to expire and he assured me that even if we go past the expiry date, Sportnation will honour the free bet. A few days later I FINALLY receive a reply, simply stating that they've blocked my account with no explanation given. Obviously unhappy about this, I speak with their live chat again and explained the situation. The live chat agent apologised, admitted there was a mistake and unlocked my account for me. I log in whilst still on the chat and am then greeted with a message saying that in order to do ANYTHING on the site at all, I now need to provide ID. Again, this is something I did a few years ago. My identity has not changed in the last couple of years as far as I'm aware. At this point it became a matter of principle for me. I spoke with my live chat agent, explained that it took them ages to verify my documents before, and if I send them to the live chat agent will he be able to verify them for me immediately and credit me with the free bet I was promised? He told me this wasn't possible, but if I send it to their support email address it should be done within 48hrs (can you see where this is going?). Anyway, I sent the ID necessary whilst still speaking to the guy, and he informed me that he could see they had arrived and now I just had to wait. This was almost two and a half weeks ago. Since then I've checked their site almost every single day to see if their live chat is available during their live chat opening hours (it hasn't been at all), and have also sent another email to their support team last week which also hasn't been replied to either. In the past I have had issues with their customer support fundamentally misunderstanding their promotional offers, huge delays in crediting me with my winnings or other free bets and just being generally difficult to get hold of, but when their attempts at trying to not credit me a free bet they offered are just so blatently transparent, it annoys me. I'm writing this in the hope that it warns others of Sportnation's trickery, and also in the feintest hope that they may finally respond to me here (or anywhere, I don't care) and credit me with the free bet they promised.

WOW what a coincidence 10 new 5 star reviews all at the same time and the bad ones disappeared. Must really think people are dumb Here's my genuine review and I unlike the blatant ones below haven't been paid in free bets or spins to leave my review Awful company hence why have to offer incentives for reviewers If you bet on a horse racing event there is no live stream of race. You don't get best odds guaranteed and limits very poor. In this technological age the fact not able to watch is poor but even worse is no b.o.g as standard Customer care is woeful live chat and email both seem to be operated by the same person and if you email you will do well to get a reply within a week usually though they'll ignore it. I'm sure they only have 1 person doing both jobs As for the great promotions the reviewers underneath this review are going on about, what are they??? Free bets don't exist and all you get are reward points and even for a €1 free bet you have to get 1100 points that'd not a great promotion. If you want best odds guaranteed that costs you the fortune 50,000 points Oh and did I mention 72 hours before your withdrawal is processed??? So this is real review unlike the 5***** ones below which obviously aren't Nothing good about sportnation

I'm guessing the 2 review below mine are paid for cos not my experience at all. No incentives no free bets no ability to watch what you put your hard earned cash on which narked me.... Went on live chat with a problem and didnt get resolved to my satisfaction in fact was useless so sent an email instead The same person on live chat replied to the email. What are the odds of that. Do they only have 1 member of staff?

Quite possibly the worst so called bookie I've ever dealt with. Don't even warrant 1 star Got asked for ID which is standard But nothing was ever enough for them and they wanted to see all my statements and tax returns and proof of earnings, they even wanted to see my statement before I started my 1st bet with them. Talk about intrusive .it was easier to get my mortgage When I finally sent them that they restricted me anyway so what's the point in asking for them. I also found their custom service to be cumbersome ignorant and rude. I also swear they only have 1 person doing all the replies or live chat in the entire operations Restricted on horse racing but not on the casino or virtual cartoon stuff. What a surprise that wasn't. Also beware if u bet with then on UK and Irish racing you don't get best odds and you can't watch the race you have put your money on. Its very old fashioned and cheap run They are owned by the same firm who has redzonesports. If you check them on here you'll see how they treat customers Avoid like covid is my view

Can only deposit a minimum of €25 and if you do you can't get best odds guaranteed for free and you can't watch or even listen to the racing in this country Yet Other firms €10 minimum deposit get best odds guaranteed as standard and can watch live racing.

a company that sees themselves more MI5 than a bookmaker..If you are happy to provide 3 months bank statements showing a full 30 days history on it before you can have a bet then this is the bookie for you..if not i would advise you seek a better more professional outfit..Which shouldnt be hard.
