My account was susspended while i had bets running to varify my account they wanted photo id then a bank statement showing transactions and photo of my bank card front and back …..i tjink not fraud fraud fraud came to mind so i couldnt cash my bets out or cash them if i won who in todays world would put there details on line what a bloody con after my bets were done not during con con con stay clear

THE UK'S MOST TRUSTED .BET Site is what is on their home page. But what does that even mean???? They actually brag about the trustpilot review on their site but you can't even trust them for basic things like replying to emails yet somehow 42% rated it excellent and 38% great??  Really??

Customer service is utter carp . Live chat can't be bothered to open until 12 and then rarely,
works. if you email them good luck if you think you will ever get a reply. They seem not to give a damn about clients.. I lost interest when I kept being ignored. Talk about treating your customer base with utter contempt. The very people who keep you in business. They don't even have a phone number I could call them on to rant at them

Everything is done on the cheap it seems to me and they make it as difficult as they can for you to get in touch with them. Not for me anymore. No more money from me lads. You can't treat your customers so horrifically bad and expect to keep them. Plenty more bookies out there who stream live horse racing and actually treat customers well.

I have requested a withdrawal which they state is normally refunded within 2 working days which has now passed.

Previous withdrawals have been same or next day… so I contacted the customer service now a third time without a response.

They cancelled my bets without notice as they don't want me to win I don't see them cancelling my losing bets ! This company is dishonest I wouldn't trust them.
Also I sent them my documents to get my account verified one which was my bank statement I got email back saying my bank statement is not accepted. This company is a joke !!

Good site and concept but terrible customer service. they need to get customer service staff you can call asap. I have closed my account after making withdrawals before money had reached my account, nave on my part but they are very slow responding on email. Have been a member of Sport Nation for 2 years. Have taken my deposits on regular basis with no problems, can’t actually remember making a withdrawal, but if I did it was very minimal.
I made a deposit of £25 on 27/720 . Had 2 winning horse bets and had built my account up to £105.
Was then given a notification that I had to provide photo ID ,proof of adress and bank statements dating back 30days to continue using site,these would take 24 hours to verify. It being a Saturday afternoon and the time I enjoy having a bet most of all ,due to the ITV racing coverage I was annoyed.
Have sent sport nation over 20 forms of proof of ID , photos and bank statements and still will they will not unfreeze my account, that is not true, they will allow me to deposit or place bets but I am not allowed to make withdrawals. No customer service available at all to try and rectify situation. Poor ,very poor.

I have used Sportnation for the last few months and have enjoyed the experience, they do the proper verification checks when you create an account, the website rarely suffers any glitches, they have a live chat function and it's generally quite quick and easy to withdraw money. This was true up until the start of the week just gone(22ndJune).
I deposited through PayPal and gambled with it, then placed a withdrawal request, my usual behaviour. Whilst this one was being processed, I played with the remainder of money in my account then placed another withdrawal request, again, standard behaviour for anyone gambling and certainly for me. By Wednesday both requests had been cancelled and the money returned to my playing account…I put this down to a mistake, played a little more then tried to withdraw the full amount. By Friday(27thJune) this request had also been cancelled and I recieved an email that said there was a suspicion of fraud/money laundering and if I tried to withdraw again before the issue was resolved my account could be suspended. This email was recieved at 12.12pm on the Friday, I made numerous attempts to contact them(mistake on my part is I've signed up to a company that provides no telephone service) through responding to the email and making numerous requests through their website because their live chat(advertised as available until 10pm 7 days a week) was unavailable. I am yet to receive a response.
Anyone who has used gambling websites will know and accept that when you set up an account they are happy for you to deposit into your playing account but you will most likely need to verify yourself to withdraw those funds for the first time, even if you use the same payment method. However, to find that there is a question of fraud regarding my balance, so I can't withdraw it but I can still access all gambling options available to me and potentially lose it is very disconcerting. Disappointed in the service and I have written this review in the hope I will get a response. The next steps will be to contact the Gambling Commission.

UPDATE: within 30minutes of me writing this review I recieved an email from their team saying "After looking in to the account, I can see you have a balance of £540.50, Would you like me to have this requested by the team so that it clears back in to your account." Hopefully this translates to they are willing to process the withdrawal.

You can watch live horse racing from Mauritius and leipzig but no chance of being able to watch it from Newcastle or Newmarket. What's that all about??

Dont offer best odds guaranteed, you have to use 'loyalty points' to get this feature (even though its standard practice across every other bookie). Avoid.

Customer (lack of) service is a total disgrace. They should stop advertising email support and their claim of a 48 hour reply time should be investigated by Trading standards it is so bad. This lot they are owned by the same group that own redzonesports and look at their reviews on here if you want to read bad reviews. I wondered why they were so bad now it all makes perfect sense. They're the same layouts as well if you look.

1-The limits are truly pathetic. I went on live chat to ask why I was limited after 4 bets.. I'm glad to be honest after reading redzone reviews I wouldn't fancy getting paid and looking at the reviews here as well. Nah I'm glad I'm done with them

2- They have no number to call. You send them multiple emails and they say they'll get back in 48 hours but never do. You go on live chat which bizarrely doesnt open until 12 that's when it bothers to work and they are beyond useless. Inept abrupt and clueless. It seems looking at redzone review the same people work on live chat for them as well. No wonder they never reply. They're working 2 jobs. The same guy who gets mentioned on the other site review was the guy who answered me! Its always giles I get through to. Do they only have one person working both jobs? Customer service is pitiful

3-They take 3 + days at least before they even think about processing your withdrawal which is unacceptable. Sitting in your account pending for 72 hours before they start the process to get it you back! Apparently you have to be a vip to get faster withdrawals. Unacceptable in this day and age. They told me that 3-5 days is normal. No its not. Not at all. Its not 1997. No other betting company keeps money that long. BV and Sky do same day into your bank . They say that once it leaves their account it goes straight into your bank instantly. Another untruth

3-so called promos are pathetic. They choose 5 of the hardest football games imaginable if your team scores in first 5 minutes they pay it as a winner and £2 free bet on something else

4- You can't even watch English or Irish racing when you place a bet. You can however watch French, South African and American. Obviously refuse to pay for rights for over here. Tight sods its 2020 and I can't watch a race I've bet on. I didn't know and had to go listen to commentary on bet365 site. Absolutely scandalous

5-They don't do BOG on racing. If you want that you have to purchase it using 5000 points from the reward shop. To get 5000 points you need to bet a fair bit. Every other company virtually does b.o.g as standard but they charge you for the privilege. You couldn't make it up.

6- How the f are they rated great on trustpilot? Very dubious rating if you ask me. No doubt this review will get buried under a fresh batch of 5 star reviews. If a company has to offer incentives to leave reviews that's never good sign. I remember betbright doing the same. If you go past the few pages on here you'll find tons of 5* reviews from people saying amazing great wonderful top class why would they do that unless they are being rewarded?

An absolute farcical company who will do anything they can to take your money. Fortunately I am too smart for all the endless KYC process they hide behind telling you they are protecting customers??
Today wanted to change my address only for them to request 30 days of bank statements seeing every deposit and withdrawal. This company regularly flaunt the KYC rules to prevent the more savvy player and whats more any funds you have with them arent protected, if they go bust tomorrow all your account balance goes too. Look elsewhere if you want a bet and dont fall for them

What an absolute shambles of a company , no sign of saturdays withdrawal on Tuesday so chased up on live chat , was told it was pending and required an obscene amount of verification , eventually told that it was processed but still no sign so followed up again tonight to be told they now require more banking information than I present to my accountant each year , are you seriously going to tell me that uploads of my passport , driving licence with current address on , picture of me holding the passport and time and date verified are not sufficient to process a £2600 payout , I’ve genuinely had better experiences with “Nigerian Princes” that are at least humorous whilst trying to scam you

I closed my account almost a week ago. I was e mailed stating the £70 in the account is being put into my bank.
Still not received. All e mails ignored. No live chat available. Any good reviews have to be fake. Don’t bother joining, there’s plenty of good sites out there. Even when you win and withdraw funds, it takes days on end to receive. Def avoid this site

Have been with sportsnation for a considerable time now (maybe 2 years) and they have been accepting my bets without any issues UNTIL I had a reasonable win then they require identification, proof of address, bank statements, it's been a shambolic experience dealing with their customer services and still 3 days on they havent released my funds. Be warned get a good win and they give me the feeling they don't want to pay out.

Even by the lofty standards of bookmakers, this lot takes some beating. It is a remarkable website, and I don't mean that in a good way.

The only reason it has a good review score is because it pays people in spins or some other such nonsense. It offers terrible odds and changes them constantly so it takes a minute or more to place an in-play bet. It puts games in play only to take them out whenever they feel like it.

It also takes forever to put a game back in play after a goal compared to other online bookies. Restrictions meant I had to scrape the bottom of the barrel to find bookies, and these ones were right at the foot of the pit.

The only reason it makes money is because it probably only houses players restricted from other sites. It offers terrible value and uses all manner of tricks to prevent winning. I know bookmakers are all about earning money, but the practices of Sportnation are disgraceful.

Signed up. Sent in ID, Utility Bill (dated one month ago), sent in bank statement dated two months ago and card pics. Told the bank statement needs to be in last 30 days? I explained under KYC regs they only need one POA. After going on chat they verified me and confirmed on chat and via email.

Next day email asking for KYC. I sent them the email they had sent stating I was verified and explained this was also confirmed on chat. They replied saying I was verified in ERROR! (Bill shxt) and they want a bank statement dated in the last 90 days! WHICH THEY ALREADY HAVE!
