I put in for withdrawal Monday and still no sign of money after 4 days so if not today it'll be Monday at least I get paid

When you withdraw it says 2 days before its even processed yet most companies can do it next day in your account. How is this acceptable in 2020?

Won't use anymore. They quick enough to take yet don't like paying out

I'm guessing they have paid for 5 star reviews on here. You don't rate a company 5 star that takes forever to give you money back

I’ve been a user for roughly 3 years now. Odds are pretty good compared to other bookies and they regularly have great offers on horses such as back a winner at 4/1 and receive a free bet upto £20. Id recommend

Opened account Deposited £10 no free bet
Went onto live chat. Got told in bad spelling that I didn't enter the code for sign up. There was no code I saw at all.. nowhere else expects you to enter a code for sign up
I then got told I would have to deposit another £10 and the would add the bonus manually !!

Not a chance. I have emailed them and will see. Is not the money Its the principle. I can easily add another 10 but why should I?

You're really going to lose a new customer because of this?

Good interface, reasonably quick withdrawals and a great rewards system. The odds are not always that competitive which lets it down a bit though. Large range of slots on the casino side too

Signed up several weeks ago, my account has been locked and I can't withdraw my money. nobody has contacted me to verify my account have chased it up twice with live chat and still can not get access to my money. reading through the terms of the website I see they offer no protection of your funds if they go bankrupt!
given that i'm sure most gambling firms are going to be struggling right now its probably not very safe to deposit money with them. going by the amount of reviews saying how hard it is to get money out at the moment perhaps they are in financial trouble..

Twice now I have had problems with withdrawal of money. 1st time I altered my review because the lad on support sorted it out. This time same thing and support just say try again and wait another 3-5 working days, offered no help. I should have learnt from my 1st experience. More fool me.

I honestly do not understand all the bad reviews. I am a 59 year old man with severe disabilities that prevent me from driving or flying, therefore I do not own any photographic ID. I went on the live chat and explained this and a guy called Josh had my withdrawal approved in little less than an hour. I have family that work in the gambling industry, the rules put in place are there to protect both the customer and the bookmaker. If the bookmakers are to be found breaking these rules it involves a hefty fine. Regarding the reviews about bad payouts on the slots, I won the 3rd most I’ve ever won and i only deposited £80. I took no bonus as I hate getting into them within 4 hours I had almost £3000 in withdrawals pending and won almost £800 from one £2 spin. Anyway special thanks for Josh and Syed for the help and the understanding in my situation with ID. Please make sure they are praised for their great customer service as they are the reason I can safely say I am now a SportsNation customer and happy to be.

I've been with Sportnation for about 3 months now. They have a great rewards system which can be converted into free bets. They also run a Happy Hour from 6-7pm which offers good incentives. I do like to bet with them as their odds on Football games in particular are usually more generous than the mainstream bookmakers. I tend to use the site on my desk top as the app can be a bit temperamental. What makes this site feels different is that it doesn't appear to be trying to fleece you out of every penny. Highly recommended.

I’m Surprised to read some of the reviews on here.

I bet on a few different sites and first started betting with SportNation a year and a half ago and Only criticism I could give is the site can run a bit slow on apps which is frustrating if a race or game is about to close.

I’ve had successful withdrawals and highly Rate their Member rewards and bonuses. Sport/racing odds are amongst highest on market and Support email responses are personal and not robotic frustrating generic responses.

If I’m going to risk my money on gambling I’d much rather it go towards a genuine smaller brand like this.

I have been with Sport Nation for over 18mths and found them to be a very good online bookmaker/casino. Great range of markets for sports, and loads of casino games and good fast play on live casino. Odds are favourable too, when compared to others. They have a very good rewards program that looks after loyal customer, and dedicated account managers who give out free bets and casino bonuses. I am also glad they have now got rid of the ability to " cancel withdrawals: which used to go against responsible gambling. They have addressed this now. Never had a problem with receiving my withdrawals, although they could quicken up the withdrawal confirmation process. Recommended to anyone to use this company.

Won, tried to withdraw and taking a long time so I checked status and it said cancelled. I didnt cancel it. They waited 2 days then cancelled it and didnt inform me. Have no idea why they cancelled it, plus I had already provided proof address and ID

Withdrawals very slow, or non existant! First withdrawal had to chase and chase and eventually got. Still waiting for another 2 withdrawals from 8 days ago, even though their terms and conditions state 3-5 working days, speak to the live chat members just constantly get the message still being processed…
Also strange the withdrawal i got paid for was after my 2 withdrawals I’m still waiting for.
I send email’s to there contact staff get no reply.

Shocking slow withdrawals, no communication. Im seriously concerned after readong the other reviews.

I requested two withdrawals Friday 26th, they advertise 2 working day withdrawal, by Friday 1st of May not heard a thing from them about anything, withdrawals still showing as reverisble and had not been processed.

I got in touch with live chat they claimed not enough proof of identity, i emailed them as I spoke, Karl on live chat (always seems to be karl on live chat) says theyd not been received although email is usually instantaneous. However he would email me once received, day later no email.

My wins were on slot machines, so the machine should be safe in a seperate account as per gambling commission rules.

However as the id i supplied (payment card, driving licence and bank statements) are all find with other sites and they have done nothing, also bearing in mind other reviewed I did tell them I would wait till Wednesday before contacting the gambling commission, however I am now complaining to them today as I have serious concerns.

GC advised me to request a copy of their complaints procedure and ADR (alternative dispute resolver) which I have done.

Pity I liked the site and would of been a regular player.

Was a little skeptical about the bad reviews, but after joining 100% you should avoid this site. They quote their trust pilot on site and I absolutely believe that the excellent/good reviews are frauds after my experience.

1) Deposited £100 to play casino and played at 40/50p stacks, biggest win was about £2.60 in over 200 spins. I’ve never experienced this kind of low return (should be 95-98%)

2) Deposited again £50 this time, to play some sports bets after a few good bets I did win a big one (£410) in some esports. It’s been over two weeks and they won’t let me withdraw. They have ‘accepted’ all my documents but have still frozen my withdrawal and won’t respond to emails. Last response I had was that they are checking the outcome of the game I bet on.

Unbelievable. And expect the commission to soon intervene if they doing this regularly. I have wrote to them as well, I suggest you do if you have an experience like this.

Be very careful. These people have no money and work hand to mouth. They ripped me off yesterday by fiddling prices. Gave me 10/11 on a 6/4 shot. I did my enquiry, the horse was never 10/11. I rang the track.
I asked for an explanation and nothing as always what people do. I shut my account with immediate effect. Dont put more than £20-50 in. They will go bust probably soon.

I want to make it crystal clear, this account was shut because this firm are dodgy

Withdrawal is one of the slowest I have had to deal with on a betting site! 4 days now I have had the chance to reverse my withdrawal, asked why it hadn't been released (which every other time has been in 48 hrs to be fair) and they said upload I'd and prof of address and it should sort the issue! I've done this twice before!! Anyway uploaded docs straight away and received a response quickly saying account verified, and now still waiting for release of 2x withdrawals…. this is such a shame because if it wasn't for this I would have rated this site 5 stars, the odds are pretty good, the customer service is really good, site lay out really good.. just withdrawal is an issue in my opinion!

I am very impressed with the service they provide. To new customers I recommend you send in the necessary documentation of passport or driver's license along with a utility bill and from there on, you will enjoy the offers they give. Sportnation is on the up. Good honest and fair betting site

1. They bribe customers to leave reviews for free spins, hence you get an artificially inflated rating.
2. Out of all the sites I've experience these are among the worst for RTP%. It borders on scamming whenever I play here.
3. If you do get lucky enough to hit a bonus and not be constantly teased by their very unrandom slots then expect very low winnings to come your way.
4. After spending £100's I've rarely experienced going above my balance. And wouldn't you know it, after every win every game goes dead.This is not random. Whoever is meant to be checking up on these games are asleep on the job.
Avoid this site, there are plenty of others where you can actually win now and again and you don't feel cheated.

Made some bets on the site, won some money nothing spectacular. Was limited so I could win next to nothing and even stopped referring to traders.

Requested withdrawals 2 days ago and all still pending. Very slow, in comparision to other bookmakers. Asked on live chat a couple of times asked why still pending and don't really get an answer.

Casino had a good selection of slots, customer service response time is very quick too.
I didn’t take any of the bonus offers at all knowing how hard it is to meet all term and conditions at online casinos.
Had a little delay in a refund but it’s been resolved, hence the 4star.

I thought I’d leave a review as Sportnation has a 4.1 star trust pilot score which they refer to on their website- to reassure you when you sign up.

This is not reflective of my experience. I signed up and managed to win over £3,000 with my cash.

I later find my account is locked pending documents- they asked for: a selfie with my ID and a note showing the date, my ID on its own, my card, and my utility bill.

I have been gambling for a few years and have never had this.

I sent it all off and have since been told my photo of my ID on its own has not arrived – I have sent this twice. And have the email confirmation to prove it.

I strongly think that Sport Nation do not currently have the money to pay me and are waiting for a windfall.

Similarly having read thIs months reviews their site needed ‘maintenance’ leaving people waiting for their money For a few weeks ago.

If my money isn’t sent soon I’ll raise this with the GC.

I will keep everyone updated on my progress.

My son who has an unfortunate gambling addiction stole my card to fund his gambling account. I asked my bank what they could do and they said as the gambling account was not in my name they would be able to process a chargeback on the payment, but they said it would take a few weeks. They advised to contact the merchant as they could refund it if i would show them the account was not in my name. I emailed them and i explained to them and told them that due to COVID-19 i was out of work currently and that money was to pay bills. I provided proof that i was the card holder, and my card was used without my consent, however they did not care. Please avoid this company at all costs, as they dont care about anything except filling there pockets, in a time where a lot of people are helping eachother they could clearly see i did not make these transactions but they are greedy to keep the money.

Absolute rubbish, tried to place a £5 EW on 5 horses and would only let me place 0.74 EW? I’ll keep it short if u want to bet on horses don’t even try this site ( it also takes around 5 attempts to even place a bet even on football I’m withdrawing then deleting after I’ve put all my money on this 1 horse.

Finally closed a/c after 8 days and got my money back minus £24 bonuses which are not worth having with there wagering restrictions.
After 6 days of non informative closure, numerous derogative complaints on various SportNation wrong doings (About 20) low and behold after 6 days closure … you get three super reviews 5 star.
I consider these are ficticious from one source or another and untrue.
You are a poor site compared to Skybet.
I only used you as a second compare site and you hardly ever bettered the odds of other sites.

I have given negative feedback in connection with the lack of payment and site failure. I promised to change it if I receive money … I received a letter .. the site is working but I can't change my opinion … I withdrawed 137f..received 127f..I talked to live chat, they promised to explain, no answers, I wrote emails … No answers. . it's only 10f but it could have been more … nobody wants to be cheated..I don't recommend putting money there

SportNation is a great emerging bookmaker, been with for a year and the site went down the once in that time and I was given a bonus on my deposit for my troubles! Out of the blue! Really do look after customers. Recommended.

The worst site ever, you play live roulette and it rejects your bets whilst in play. They offered me a 10 pound bonus as there website wasn’t working, won 104 pound but would only let you have 20 pound. The site is always breaking down. My advice is don’t bet with these, there’s plenty of others to go at. Stay away and don’t waste your money with this rubbish

Systems back on. Until the system crash I have always found the Sportnation to be very good with a good range of markets on events compared to some big names in the industry. Good rewards as well, hopefully withdrawals won't take too long.

Made a deposit but forgot to enter my deposit bonus code. I remembered about the bonus a few hours later and asked if they could add it to my account. As i had lost the original deposit, they would no longer add the bonus to my account. But if i hadn't of gambled it away they would have credited to my account. Other sites would have given it to me as a goodwill gesture.
