Do not trust this betting site. Their live roullete game was not letting you bet on every spin and a lot of people was complaining in the chat about this but no acknowledgement. Then the site goes down completely with no explanation other than an "outage" Then they email with "Let me take this opportunity to let you know that we will be applying a Bonus to your account as a way of apologising and also to thank you for being a loyal SportNation customer." It's a casino bonus whereby you have to make a deposit and it's matched, plus there are wagering requirements. So much for that apology.
Do not trust this betting site.

I believe sportnations online platform is powered by SB Tech. I have looked into the current status of SB Tech and they have been down for 3 days. I don't want to speculate to the claimed reason for what I hope to be a temporary closure but this information can be easily sourced. I hope Sportnation are doing their best to reinstate services. I do feel their lack of communication has let them down. I was able to contact Virgin Bet by telephone even though I don't have an account and they happily spoke to me about the situation.

Same old story, I was initially informed they would be up and running within 2 hours on Saturday. How can a company tell you 2 hours and 3 days later still no change. They are currently avoiding communication which is very alarming. At look least with Virgin bet they have given customers a telephone number to call which gives more confidence they are working on the problem as you can speak to them.

After often hit and miss signing in, the slowness of your sight, poor offers and no general info/tips about sport, no racing best odds given plus maintanance closure for far too long you cannot be considered a safe site... learn from SKYBET. I would like to close my AC. Please ensure you delete all my details according to 'right to erasure' Can you please transfer my balance. immediately to my bank A/C. Do you need any more info? I did not a win above £4 out of the whole lot i spent. I am well aware that if you gamble your at risk of loosing more so than winning it all comes down to luck. But i can honestly say this is the only time i have ever felt cheated by a bookmakers. Also to top it off there site has been down for at least 3 days now since. Which makes you question was i scammed for my money and now they shut down? who knows but please dont be silly like me and waste your money on something so pafetic

Another day passed and still nothing happened. Clearly something not right here, everybody affected needs to get in touch with IBAS to hopefully resolve some action being taken. We’ve give them more than then benefit of the doubt up to now.

Everything fine until 3 days ago when site gone down. No issues at all before then and had email today saying hopefully be bk online by 8am tomz. Virgin also down so i dont think anything serious as its not just sportnation plus with all this coronavirus stuff going on they may be limited by workers who can fix the problem but not sure but think just need to be patient as annoying as it is i also have money in my account but luckily not alot as it went down before i deposit so lucky me 🤔

The current situation isn’t great and withholding money from the clients that keep businesses like these a float is a joke!!! We need to join together and complain to the commission around the same time on the same day as they cannot ignore a multitude of complaints.

I have been waiting for their website to be available after being told it is under maintenence. I was initially told it would be up and running after a few hours. It has now been 36 hours and still it is down. I have NEVER experienced this with another bookmaker in 20 years. This does not give me confidence that the digital platform is as capable as all other bookmakers.

Earlier I made withdrawals several times and they were processed on 1 day. Of course, how much money will appear in my account will change my opinion 😉

SportNation are quite happy to let you deposit money but they don't feel the need to tell their customers anywhere on their homepage or via email that they aren't processing withdrawals within the stated timescale of 1-2 business days. I was told by Giles on Live Chat that my withdrawal wouldn't be processed for ANOTHER WEEK due to staff shortages. I understand that they have staff shortages but why don't they communicate that with people - we all know why!

I can only surmise that most of the reviews on here are not on the level. SportNation is, without a shadow of a doubt, THE WORST BETTING WEBSITE IN HISTORY! It is utterly useless. Takes minutes for them to un-suspend betting, then they restrict your bets on games if there is a chance you might win. Pathetic customer service, and an utterly appalling system that changes odds and markets on a whim. Avoid at all costs.

Tried to open an account with this firm and was told I had to show ID. Sent them my passport and front/back of driving licence but was told this wasn't enough and they wanted a photo of me standing there with a gas bill !!!! Is it a freak show they are running or s bookmaker site
