Have been with them for over a year.. Never had any problems with withdrawing funds. Easy site to navigate with a good points based incentive program, so you can guarantee getting a free bet every now and again win or lose. Most other sites you have to lose with lots of t&c's attached before you get a free bet or win with a 5/1+ donkey.

Honestly, after reading some of these reviews I thought I was in for some real trouble trying to get my withdrawals paid out. HOW WRONG WAS I! I withdrew my money via PayPal and it too one day to process. But arrived immediately in my PayPal once processed! No issues at all. My new favourite site!

Joined up sent in driving license and bank statement , was declined as statement needed stamping ????? i have accounts with literally everyone and never been asked to do this one before, taking a selfie holding id done tht a few times quick easy to do but having to go into town to get a statement stamped thats all different level off awkwardness, so didnt bother closed account, seems odd a little company like this are making it hard for people giving them ago.

Just came here to see if anyone else had had a similar experience with regards to stamped bank statement requests when opening an account.

I've just had it too like the person a couple of reviews below me.

So before I can place a bet I've to go to my bank and ask them to stamp a statement? Seems bizarre.

I've not been told about paying £70 for a lawyer to stamp my ID yet.

I'll just not bother. Their loss. I've lost almost £1000 at Bet365 casino this month and wanted to try a different site. It won't be this one.

Useless twunts. Been withholding money for nearly 1 month as their team ducked up my account and my balance went into negatives. Told me they have e-mailed me several times, have not recieved a single e-mail from them. Everytime I contact their support i'm told it will be put to a manager, nothing ever comes from it. They don't even have a contact number. Bunch of incompetent twunts. Wouldnt touch them with with a shovel covered in excrement.

I play in this casino long time , and always was ok , sometimes i win also lost , now it is not passible nothing win , i am minus 1.500 f and bonus like 3 f , 20 f sometimes 50f , I think it is maybe new manager or something but is very bad , probably i close my account .

Before I could deposit they have told me that I need to send in a bank statement STAMPED BY THE BANK.
I told them that I use an online bank called Starling which doesn't have a branch.
They say I need to get my ID stamped by a solicitor!!! wtaf
I ask them if they'll pay for this as it usually costs about £70 from past experience when applying for a house.
They said no.
So I need to pay £70 before I even have a bet on the site hahahahaahahaha

Why is it… that I can have a bet with Hills, Bet365, Coral/Lads, Paddy Power all of the big ones, and never have any hassle there but the second I want to try my luck at a smaller less well known site like this one or virgin bet they act like the fu***ng CIA and make you jump through so many hoops just to have a bet?

I have had a betting account with them for over a year .net deposit -1865 £ . Lost a lot on football bets . Then won recently 350£ no bonus bet or anything straight clean bets and there withholding my winnings .Apparently I need to re verify my account which I've already did previously as i have had my account over a year. Stalling for no apparent reason. I can still cancel my withdrawal and bet with it thou.

Signed up as a new customer for Liverpool v Man City game. Placed a £250 bet on liverpool to win. I received 3 × £50 bets, placed them then my account was closed with nearly £700 in the account. No idea what has happened to the free bets I have placed! Went onto live chat to be told my account has been frozen and will receive an email tomorrow. Absolutely disgraceful! Avoid at all costs!!
