I have lost or had my debit card stolen so need to remove it from betting sites. SKY, Virgin and 888 all paid me my winnings to my new card no problem whatsoever, however this is the reply I got from Sports Nation :-Thank you for your message.In order for us to remove the cards from your account, we first need to verify the account.In order to verify the account, we require the following 2 documents: · Utility Bill or Bank Statement dated within the last 3 months, or any other official Government documentation with all 4 corners showing (mobile phone bills not valid). Please note we do not accept screenshots· Proof of ID – (Passport or Driving License, front and back).As well as this we also require the last 4 digits of each card you wish to remove and the reason that you wish to remove the card from the account.You will need to get a letter from the bank or go to the banks chat facility, if they have one, and get confirmation, the card you would like to remove has been lost / stolen and replaced.Once we have all of the above information, we will pass the details over to the payments team to process the card removal.Im not brilliant on the computer and have no idea how to do these things. How do I get proof from chat page with the bank without doing a screenshot?? My advice save yourself the stress and look at other sites (not this one or bet365)ps they accepted money off my new card for a bet (which I lost) but wont pay me the money I won on another bet to my card. Terrible experience. Opened an account, made a deposit, placed a bet. They then restricted my stakes to 1p, which is below their minimum stake. They claim it’s a business decision and it’s irreversible. I have a balance of £3.00, can’t place a bet & can’t withdraw. They refuse to explain themselves. Absolutely ridiculous…..scam?

I dont even know where to start, user name bpryerfirstly open the account about 3 years ago and 9 months ago i got a message saying please check your account you have money in there i ignored and thought this was a scam anyway they sent again and i clicked on it there was £2,300 in there a withdrawal never went through 2 years ago because needed to send in verification anyway. i played on the account and had some bets. i placed a bet £250 at 7/1 golden state to win the nba. i then went to withdraw my money i changed address and no longer had the account i sent them every document they required and with a huge fight they payed out 6 months later !!! they closed my account but i said there is a bet outstanding they said when it settles the money will be sent to you. now the bets won they are refusing to pay me saying my they are not paying because section 4.2 and 6.10. ive done nothing wrong and demand to be paid this bet was places 9 months ago. What should i do How can they do this. !!!!

I can’t recommend this company. I registered and was limited to tiny stakes before I had even put a bet on. I haven’t had this before with any other companies. However, the company wouldn’t explain why and i was left to close my account with just my time wasted.

No problems with this site so far, pretty standard like most betting sites ,could perhaps offer a few more incentives to customers like some of the bigger sites do .But all in all not the best of the best but certainly there are plenty of worse betting sites than Sportnation.

I politely asked where I could find my free bet after taking part in their promotion. Within an hr they’d stake restricted my free bet so it couldn’t be used and had sent my an email to say I am no longer able to use their promotions.Clunky website, awful odds and bad promotions. Avoid.

For “business decision” I’ve been excluded from promotions. This means, they are happy for me to lose money to them but won’t allow me to profit. This is not fair play. Their customer services are ok but as a company they’re not interested in equitable play.

Very long withdrawal times. It says all withdrawals should be processed in 24 hours in their complaints procedure. Went to the chat and was told up to 48 hours and excluding bank holidays and weekends. If you want your winnings in less than 3/4 days don’t use this company.

Seems like any other betting website to me. They offer everything that a normal gambling company should.Unlike previous reviews, I have not had any issue with stake restriction or withdrawing my funds. I suppose only time will tell if this happens to me or not.So far, so good.

Please avoid at all costs. I have never played on a worst online casino site for the roulette. The game will constantly throw the same loosing 4 or 5 numbers. It’s nothing short of a disgrace. I have raised it with them but they are not interesting. Ripping customers off and laughing at them whilst doing it with their casino. Only thing you can do is close your account. Until the Gambling Commission is giving a major overhaul casinos like this will continue to exist

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. 1 star is still far to many, absolute thieves, if in the rare chance you do win anything, be sure when you play again it will take everything and some straight back off you and then will be an age until you remotely have a chance of winning again any time soon, last £100 I have put on, just spins through, even if you call their customer care, you are told a script of how they are “fair and honest” which is really not the case, if it gave you a game and let you have a little and took a little and you decided to gamble it and lose, then fair enough, but when your not even given a game and you just watch your money spin through….that is not fair and the script they give you just shows they are not honest, even if its their fault i.e a technical problem, I had spent £60..spun through, game kept crashing. I was told there was an error on the site, so I should of got my money back, but was offered £3 bonus to use on the faulty site ?. I work in the industry and can say in 10 years in the business, I have never seen a company where customers just lose and aren’t given a game as much as you do with this site. Disgraceful…should be shut down, I hope the gambling commission check the reviews, not a single good one and shows they should be investigated.

WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) I’ve wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the “free bets” weren’t always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and it’s almost as if they could’ve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I don’t feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH don’t care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter! They are absolute robbing C*nts who should not be operating and anybody who says “oh this person is only sayin this because their a sore loser need to think again because that’s not the case at all. I’m not one to write reviews but I’ve done it to warn people who are thinking of even opening an account with them to think again! This company have literally made me ill at times with the absolute shambolic corruption, they think there clever but it’s so damn obvious they conning people and that’s what there here for! Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give £5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.
