Odds are great and I like the cash back idea which is their USP. Website could do with an upgrade as it's a bit cluttered and clunky sometimes for me (panels will sometimes disappear for a second or so when using Safari on a Mac). Other users have highlighted that they sometimes need to chase for free bets etc, I've never had this issue.

Really Good service, only gave 4 out 5, as when I get an email of a free bet offer or similar promotion, I have to chase through on live chat nearly every time, but does get sorted straight away

Good offers and reasonable odds. I have managed to get some fairly high odds bets on occasionally unlike some other sites who don't seem to accept them. The website is a little busy for my taste and could do with simplifying a little. One annoying thing on the casino section is you get a warning that your are 'betting real money' after the first spin and it stops your auto spins, which you need to start again, this should be removed.

This company is totally disgusting they use some sort of algorithm when you win it blocks you from making large odds bets, I have been using this company for over a year and finally seen a pattern anytime I try placing a bet with huge odds it will say the odds have change, now usually you can accept these odds but they disable this even though you would have accept all odds available, I tried contacting customer service but hear the same excuses like clear your Cache & cookies this is BS..any time you win a large sum of money your account is part block to prevent you from winning..this company needs to be reported ASAP

An easy to use site that also gives rewards points that can be turned into free bets or cash.
Like many other betting sites they have wagering requirements on bonuses or free spins but these are usually reasonable (3x) and their minimum odds requirement on free bet qualification is lower than most others.

One thing I know about gambling is following the right part and for sure you will make your daily winnings. Total scam. They've stolen £1,489 of my money. Suspension of account. No means to communicate and they ignore emails. They froze my funds a month ago. I've sent all documents and they've ignored me. Not sure what I can do next. Do not use this fraudulent company

It didn't work and now the Contact us part disappear- after I click on it I got an error message – Sorry.. Huge disappointment. Stay away people..

The SportNation is site is bright and colourful and there is plenty of offers but it can be tricky to navigate so making the site easier to navigate would be something I would encourage, also unless you're planning on being a high roller gambler the cashback's are of very little use. The high wagering on any wins from the casino compared to other games sites mean you're unlikely to win much from extra spins.

I have repeatedly tried and failed to resolve this situation. I’m either ignored or told it’s not their issue.

Only the 10th of May I made 3x £50 deposits and a £100 one. One of the £50 deposits displayed an error, thinking it was rejected I added another £50.

Only £200 in total reached the account. All deposits had been claimed and £50 is in the ether somewhere. The bank doesn’t have it and Sportsnation are denying it’s with them.

I’ve sent in bank statements but ignored.

Awful experience and I want it resolving today. Gone on too long.

Sport nation offers competitive odds, especially on football. They have some great promotions and an excellent loyalty point system which can be exchanged for cash.

I have been frustrated a few times over the minimum withdrawal amount of £20 – which seem high compared to other leading betting sites, also on more than one occasion a free spins promotion hasn't worked and when I contacted the support I was told it is a system error and try later (I received this response several days and eventually gave up on redeeming the promo).

All in all I continue to use sportnation so would recommend them.

SportNation is generally a decent sports betting website. Their promotions are usually worth a close look as they can make the event you might bet on a bit more interesting. The website is fairly good but can feel a little cluttered on the main sports page, sometimes it's unclear where one tile ends and another begins. I'd like to see the font size for the account details at the top of the page, enlarged to the same size as the other title fonts on the page, why does it have to be so small SportNation?
As a new member, you will not get Best Odds Guaranteed for horse racing by default but if you are prepared to earn 10k reward points, you can add that feature to your account. Try out the Pick A Pony promotion to get a few thousand reward points more quickly.

It's an attractive enough website but I'd welcome an App being made available. On a mobile phone the options are quite small and not easy to select certain headings. The offers are good and I like the bright colours. Navigation could be made easier though

sportnation is betting app that is reasonably easy to navigate.

It does have an issue with sometimes free spins and offers being not available, or missing.

Generally, if you contact support they sort it out, but this could do with addressing.

I had all high hopes for this site. I won £1000 and withdrew it and then 15 hours later they put my account under review and state I will not get my winnings until the review is over. When I signed up for the site it said I was already verified and now they state I am not and are holding my funds

offer live streaming on horse racing and withdrawals are really fast but let down by customer service
just get rid of live chat they are no use and have no authority to credit free bets or sort anything out, all they do is say they will pass it on to the relevant dept
then you have to wait about 10 days for a reply and then its only a line long and doesnt sort the problem so you have to reply back and its a never ending circle. no idea if they dont care or dont have enough staff but lets them down big time
