Not the worst out there and the withdrawals are quick but the customer service is really not very good, have to chase up free bets and getting ignored when you send emails isnt much fun

plus pick a pony contest. 4 weeks running there has been a void race in the list which means no one can get 7/7 whats the point if you cant win it all?

Avoid.

They restricted my account to £1 max bet after my first bet. There was nothing wrong with the bet I placed but what likely happened is a sister site of theirs shared my information where I am also ridiculously limited to max bet £1 for no good reason either and they just copied and applied the same limits.

However this clearly infringes on data privacy they are using my information from a completely different bookmaker to make judgements on me.

Avoid, after a year using it and not winning or winning very little, I won over £200 and requested to withdraw which I have withdrawn before a few time, this time they asking for all documentation and not even responding to my emails.

The slot won’t load for most of the morning, then it does, after 19 spins I’ve won £5.35, then it says error, goes back to Home Screen, nil winnings and 20 free spins showing again. Slot won’t load up again, then it kicks me out and when I log back in, I’ve got no winnings and no free spins. Flaky website but went on live chat and they credited my lost winnings so all good in the end.

Company think it is ethical to profit from schizophrenia when it is proved that money was spent when consumer was sectioned.

Don't understand how any company's business model can accept this – it's unethical and immoral.

Health Documents have been provided showing serious ilnness at time of spend and opening of account.

Company's response is to push power of attorney, patients father to continue ethical battle with a a 3rd party dispute provider who can't do anything.

I do all my betting on my phone. I have sky and paddy power accounts as well as sport nation. I would do more on sport nation but the app is harder to navigate and get into. However, their odds on racing and footy are comparable and occasionally you have better value for money deals. There’s nowt wrong with you but not as much right as the other 2 sites I use.

I like the ability to earn points to get free bets or cash, and there is a different offer to complete every day.

Pick a pony is a fun free game, and there’s hundreds of games in the casino.
It would be 5/5 stars but the website is a just a bit slower than others and I’d like a few more enhanced specials.
Otherwise it’s great to have a cash back bookie and the customer service is definitely better than most.

Sport Nation does very well in offering various incentives to sport betting, which is nice as some offers are different to other company's! To improve my experience on a personal level, I would like to see Sport Nation offer B.O.G on their Horse Racing links,( like most other sports betting firms do), without having to go through saving rewards points to get this incentive. This for me and am sure for many more customers would enable Sport nation to get more business for sure as I would use them far more often.

An update on my review is that in my last live chat they promised to send me the transcripts from the previous chats but no surprise they didn't send them. As for the earlier reviewer singing the praises of customer service man Josh, well if you are a real reviewer I am sorry to say that Josh promised to sort out my issue and I never heard from him again. Three months on and they still won't let me withdraw my winnings as it's "under review". Good to see that the previous reviewer has raised a dispute with IBAS as I will now be doing the same thing and I encourage others to do likewise as its a relatively simple process. The number of disputes raised against an operator have to be logged with the Gambling Commission so hopefully someone at the GC will take notice. I would normally attend GC presentations regularly but covid has put a stop to that for now. I would like to ask them face to face how licensed operators are getting away with this sort of thing.

The management need to look at sorting out customer service pretty damn quick. They don't seem to care much about people getting annoyed about it.

It's pretty obvious they only have 1 or 2 people working at this and also the other site they own redzonesports. What are the odds of getting the same person when going on live chat or email every time? Seems 1 person doing the job of 10. Guessing they're overworked badly

More customer service people need hiring that's obvious. Until that's sorted it just looks amateurish

There are a lot of complaints on here about SportNation customer service and I can see why. I had an issue where some free spins were credited but were not available when I came to use them. I went onto Live Chat and to cut a long story short I was told that the issue would be reported to the technical team and that they'd be back in touch. Needless to say nobody bothered.
Back onto Live Chat. We went through the same routine and once again I was told that someone would contact me. No one did.
This happened 4 times, with me getting more and more frustrated, not so much at losing the free spins but at the fact that a customer was being shown total contempt as far as I was concerned.
Then my luck changed. I went back onto Live Chat and this time I was fortunate enough to speak to Josh.
Instead of fobbing me off like the others, he tried to solve my problem and when he couldn't he contacted the technical guys there and then. When they didn't get back to him he told me his working hours for the following day so I could contact him personally on Live Chat to get an update.
Here was a guy taking ownership of my problem, not somebody hoping I'd go away.
Josh went on to email me when my free spins were available and after 3 months it was finally resolved.
I'd suspended all betting on SportNation whilst this was going on and single-handedly one person has restored my faith in this company
So whilst the rest of the team deserve no stars, Josh deserves FIVE…and a big thank you from me!

i have just received sum off money and this was my deposit ,thet have still not returned my 840 pounds which i won off my bet ,this his not the end off the matter and i will be seeking too get there betting license suspended ,i will pursue this company and expose them for what they are ,and just a footnote they said on there website there was a delay in settling bets ,be very aware i will keep people updated has stated on website off sport nation,SELF EXCLUSION ,IF YOU SELF EXCLUDE ,YOU SHALL HAVE ANY WITHDRAW-ABLE REAL MONEY FUNDS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT RETURNED ,the email i received off sports nation said your claim has been submitted successfully , they have returned my deposit and said my winnings has not been returned ,im talking over 800pounds ,this his becoming a serious matter has i have registered with gamstop,which stops me from opening any online accounts ,and self excluded form sportnation , and they are withholding money from a person who has self excluded , has it stated in there reply too me my balance will be returned too me ,they have returned my deposit and not my winnings which his over 800 pounds ,the gambling commission have stated that the company must close your account and return any money in your account too you immediately ,this his becoming a serious issue
