Had nothing but aggravation from this place. Should have known when I signed up it was going to be bad. Didn't get the sign up bonus because I hadn't put the code in { even though there was no code}

Rather than be helpful and create goodwill and just add it on the unhelpful guy on chat told me I would have to deposit again to get the deposit bonus added. He acted like it was his money he was giving away. I should have released then it was a two bit outfit and walked away

Since then its been one thing after another chasing them up for this and that and not a phone number in sight to call them on

live chat is no good and like people have said you just get blanked when asking questions. If you think chat is bad though then don't waste your time on email for Christ sake.You wait forever and have to send tons of emails only to get a one line hopeless abrupt reply which solves nothing at all and leaves you back on square one.

Oddschecker have a lot to answer for. They promote these books you've never heard of on the site, they take the affiliate kick backs but if you email them or tweet them they just flat out ignore you

They blocked my account without notice and with a positive current balance but an overall losing balance. They asked for documents which I supplied immediately and then I heard nothing more. For nearly two months I have been unable to withdraw my balance as my account is "under review". I cannot even view my betting history which is possibly in breach of GC regulations (Remote Technical Standards) so I will be checking this with the GC. The first online chat promised the money would be in my account within 4/5 days, the second promised to email me a response and didn't. All I can do now is put a review on every review site and contact the GC. I see from other reviews that I am not alone here, I just wish I had read them first.

have now registered with gam stop and self excluded ,they state they will notify all bookmakers online to close accounts ,also emailed sportnation asking for a 5 year closure ,and should receive my outstanding balance immediately ,has stated by the gambling commission ,credit too paddy power who have contacted me by email too say my account his closed and any outstanding balance returned immediately so the gam stop had notified all bookies requesting self exclusion ,sportnation have still not replied has off 1100 with any thing regarding my account ,the gambling commission will be made aware off the situation ,and if i dont hear anything regarding this would expect the commission too take serious action ,i will keep everyone up too date

I always thought I was too smart to get scammed by a bookie but I'm afraid greed got the better of me this time.

Oddschecker was advertising a start-up bonus from Sport Nation which offered 12/1 from a maximum £5 stake on Manchester United to beat Liverpool. I signed up, deposited the minimum £10 and entered the promo code.

When I tried to place a bet on the fixture I received a message on the betslip to tell me the line was closed. Contacting Sport Nation through live chat proved a fruitless affair. I made contact with the operative but once I had explained my issue he simply stopped communicating with me. I note from some of the comments below that this is a tactic this sportsbook uses regularly.

Then I tried to withdraw my funds, only to find that there was a minimum of £20 applied. Unwilling to part with more money that I would probably never see again, I decided to try and play it out at the casino and see whether I could build up my bank to £20.

No luck there, but at least they didn't get any more than a tenner out of me.

I can forgive honest inefficiency but this is a deliberate, calculated, out-and-out scam. I feel embarrassed that I fell for it, but was reassured by the fact that Oddschecker was promoting them.

Bad mistake. Avoid!

i am waiting too withdraw money ive had to provide id now when i want to withdraw ,ive provide d bank statement a copy off my driving licence the old paper one i dont have photo id ,ive been in touch with gambling commision who state money cannot be withheld when a person requests to withdraw by asking for additional info ,they allowed me to place a bet if it lost do you think they would have asked suspect they are in breach off there license any way i want my money ,i have contacted ibas ,gambling commission ,has i suspect they are in breach off there licence ,they cannot withold money by asking for additional information ,any way they have chance too rectify the situation certainly picked on the wrong person here ,and just another thing they stated there had been a delay on settling bets on the website ,do not bet with these ive had other accounts and never had this too deal with ,would certainly not open a account at the moment and be very careful putting money in ,will update on here developments ,

An awful company. I deposited £100, they gave me £100 bonus. Great! After about 5 bets they suspended my account. I lost all options of cashing out my bets when they started winning and they subsequently lost to my knowledge. (I could not check as they blocked 100% access to see anything) I then had close to 3 weeks of no communication. Finally they requested documents which i provided in full inlcuding a ridiculous request for a "Selfie with my ID". Next day they tell me my account is cosed and they quoted T+C that accused me of being a criminal. No explanation, no reason. I suspect this is because my orignal couple of bets won and i built up a bit of a bonus profit they wanted to keep. They closed my account and then only refunded me £46 of my original £100!!! I never withdrew a penny from them as it would have forfeit my bonus which i also subsequently lost. Taking my complaint to IBAS – i can see 100s of other similar stories. Do not give them a penny! Stay away from their honey trap of a welcome offer – it is a total scam and you WILL lose money.

Bad terrible experience with these people!!
Just a week into opening an account with them,been depositing and playing as normal.

All of a sudden

they requested Documents to verify my account.

So far it has been 4 solid days my account has not been verified,reasons unknown.

I have requested a refund of my money in my account balance and closure of account still nothing done.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE…
Never set a foot in that website as it will end in tears.

It took more than the normal protocol for me to get my money withdrawn from them. First they kept using delay tactics with me in ensuring my money is not given to me by requesting all sort of documents. Later, they requested an exorbitant withdrawal fee which I paid reluctantly. It was when they requested for a document which I had provided earlier, I figured something might be wrong. I reported my situation to Mrs Joanne a renowned recovery specialist Joannedawn56 via email and I got my money back after a long charge-back process.

Seems to me that so many of the good reviews below appear fake! I have had a really bad experience with this company as they do not pay on the odds offered. The site is full of faults, and will crash frequently. It will also change you to fractional whenever you logout and log back in to confuse you. When you wish to dispute anything they are rude, difficult to deal with and have no interest in helping you, more interest in instantly closing your account than helping you. I dealt with a guy called josh who seems to be the complaints guy, really poor. If you do want to gamble with a trustworthy company with good customer service Sport nation is not a good place to start! Avoid at all costs.

Please be really aware of this company ! If you win after placing the bet they change the odds! on bigger stakes, when you ask to investigate go very quiet. These guys are scammers, please be very careful and avoid at all costs. Would strongly advise using one of the more trusted names in the industry

Beware – they remove your rewards and bonuses the moment you start accumulating anything worthwhile.

I have been a customer for 2 months and finally went to use my points as a free bet only to receive an email to say my bonuses have been turned off due to a “business decision”.

They try to hook you in with incentives but fail to adhere to them. The site is ok but the company are a bunch of crooks. Also took me 2 weeks to withdraw money from my account.

The seven(7) reviews below all saying how superb sportnation is have had to be offered free spins on slots to leave a review. I know this because they offered them me as well( but I declined )so you can ignore the nonsense they have written, it just shows how desperate they are for people to believe they are great. You will notice all the reviews are short and shows they are new customers. They won't be leaving five stars when they've tried to get in touch with them

I have been with them a year but don't bet with them anymore as it's impossible to get any straight answers about sporting events and odds. If you go on live chat you get someone who won't help you and just spends that long not replying that you eventually log off because you don't get a response from them

Email is even worse. It took me seven (7) emails and when I got a reply it was one sentence long and didn't solve my issue. In fact the event I emailed them about was over by the time they eventually replied. It is so amateurish that I laughed when I saw the people below saying how great it is. Customer Service is just truly embarrassing and they should be ashamed

They also refuse to go best odds on horses unless you buy the points from the store that shows how mean they are

You can find some half decent odds but you'll get limited to peanuts if you take them so why offer them??

I use several online bookies and Sport Nation is in my current top 3. The reasons? I use a desktop and find the website clean, functional and responsive. You place a bet, the bet is accepted quickly. Some sites leave you hanging at this stage. I like their reward points scheme too, it does what it says. They have improved the casino section too, it is now very attractive. As a member you receive casino offers regularly, which can be lucrative and don't have ridiculous wagering conditions. Recommended!

Closed account after so called technical issues. Deposited funds but unable to use for over 24 hours..this on top of a very glitchy site not easy to use…plus the usual welcome bonus where until you have placed the bonus amount x100 times the funds are not yours..and live chat support very poor.

Without question THE WORST COMPANY I've ever had to deal with. I registered an account and began to play through the wagering requirements to unlock the advertised bonus as stated in their terms and conditions. I placed bets within their required wagering terms over 7 separate bets, to complete the wagering requirements you would have to place 34 bets at the maximum bet value to get it done in 30 days which is more than one bet a day. I went to log in one day and a message popped up saying that the account was under review for fraud. I was asked to provide drivers license front and back, utility bill, passport and take a picture of me in the photo with both sides of my bank card showing. After doing all this they told me they were closing my account, gave no reason other than citing terms and conditions which I had not breached in anyway. They then stated it would take 3-5 days to send me my money back which I am still waiting for nearly two weeks later. I had contacted one agent who said the payment had been processed then when I contacted again when they money hadn't arrived after the stated time I was told it hadn't been processed at all. There is no phone number to call to speak to someone direct and the people on live chat treat you like you're being impatient or have done something wrong when you ask for your money back. I would under no circumstances treat anyone like this let alone someone that was a customer of my business. An absolutely pathetic excuse for customer service and a complete waste of time and energy on my part. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

It is too difficult to check your bets, when you put a football coupon on you don’t get a live score on your bet, you have to write down your bet and then open another site to check the scores. If you had a live score against your bet it would be easier to check your live scores against your bet. This would also help you make cashing out easier.

Same company owns redzonesports and if you contact them you'll get the same people replying to you. That must be why you have to wait a month for a reply

The casino games are rigged they dont pay anything near the % they say and I play the same games on other sites well rigged.
And to top it off I only opened account yesterday deposited 3 times £200 kept getting booted out of game it kept restarting.
To top it off they logged me out of account and said contact customer services.
In which I did they said the system did it and I can log back in.
So I went to withdraw my money which was only £100 as I made a £100 and guess what they decide to ask for id proof of address.
And other documents.
