WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) I’ve wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the “free bets” weren’t always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and it’s almost as if they could’ve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I don’t feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH don’t care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter! They are absolute robbing C*nts who should not be operating and anybody who says “oh this person is only sayin this because their a sore loser need to think again because that’s not the case at all. I’m not one to write reviews but I’ve done it to warn people who are thinking of even opening an account with them to think again! This company have literally made me ill at times with the absolute shambolic corruption, they think there clever but it’s so damn obvious they conning people and that’s what there here for! Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give £5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.

Closed my account, reason being is that was ‘a security issue’, customer services do not get any more information to give you than that. There was no security issue, they just wanted to close my account & keep my money. They can do it to whoever they want, whenever they want & claim ‘security issue’. Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and won’t pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my £120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. When I spoke to them they had told me they will be retaining my winnings and my account is closed and there is no where further to go, end of basically. Do not use!

I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn’t forced to make a withdrawal. I won’t use bet365 again. These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. Unpleasant people to deal with generally.There is no shortage of book makers so within a few hours Ive withdrawn my business. Avoid this place or play at your own risk. Terrible place.

What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. AVOID! I’ve been betting with these a week, had a few winners, made a few withdrawals, account gets locked and asked to verify. I send my documents in as asked. All this time though my account is locked so I can’t use it, over a day later nothing still. Asked to withdraw my funds as I had done nothing wrong, ghat request got ignored. I have money in my account but can’t access it. I have some shocking reviews, the fact you have to buy or earn best price on horses is a joke. It was ok ish untill I started .among withdrawals, oh and I was told its with the safer gambling team aswell so if you like a bet on your day off do use these because if you place more than 1 bet it’s makes you look like your not in control and they review your account to make sure you can afford it. I will be withdrawing funds and closing account as soon as I have access again, when ever that will be.

Used the app for a short while then changed over to sky bet mainly for the reason of fed up of waiting 2-3 days for withdrawals to go into my bank. Come back to place bets this weekend put money in my account and on my bets then was restricted from using my money in account and accessing my bets and now have trapped money in my account that I can’t access because it says I need 3 forms of id to verify my account which has already been done. Don’t use this app much better off using mainstream betting apps.

When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

Well, here is my story.I went in for some gambling and saw an campaign that would give up to 200kr back if u payed today and lost.well i thought, thats what im gonna do.. allthough i though iam only gonna use 100 kr.. But i said nah, its okay.. atleast i get all the 200 back and can play for 400 all together.. BUT – when i finally lost the money, the cashback was not available.. All of a sudden, its gone, allthought everything seems fine.. Then i contacted the support, and they could see that something was wrong.The answer was: Well we need to contact our boss to get the payment accepted.2 days after i havent heard from them, i decided to contact them. and guess what?nothing had happend, the same happend. we need contact our boss and sorry we forgot about your ticket and so on…well im on day 4, and guess what.. I had the exectly same answer again today..Im guessing im never gonna se my money.Conclusion: Do not trust MR. Update update update, found my passport still waiting on my account to be unlocked!!!!!! Opened my account verified using a. Crystal clear photo of my passport,I have lost my passport so I only have a photo in my phone, I have used this on many sites as photo id, all going well deposit small amounts, won 2 amount of couple of hundred euro, until Friday I signed up for 150 spins for 10 euro won a nice bit from that got to about 4 thousand still hadn’t completed the wagering requirements, long story short I ended up with 2000 euro real with drawable money, tried to withdraw this is when the problem starts, I was asked too verify sent bank statement and passport photo, no this isn’t good enough now they want a photo of me holding the Id which is impossible as I have lost it, asked for deadlock letter still waiting M, I wouldn’t waste your money on these scam artists, as soon as you win big its any excuses not to pay out

Then last week I couldn't log into my account. after couple of days I got this reply

"I regret to inform you that we have decided to close your account. As part of our sign-up and log in process Risk Management checks are carried out against our customers device numbers.

Illegally run bookmaker. I tried to open an account and was rejected despite never having had a bet with any of the businesses in the group. I made a subject access request and found out that they had purchased data about accounts I hold with other bookmakers which is in violation of GDPR regulations

Opened and verified an account placed bets won some lost some. One day suddenly limited to £1 bets.
This after I had lost 20% of my total bet amount. Apparently they ban losers, now no way I can ever get that lost money back.

Tried to register with them, they required a bank statement and driving license. A bit pushy but alright they're not the only bookie that requires that and I can see why they would, so I submit the documents and two days later I get an email saying they have been rejected because they don't accept the high resolution colour scanned documents and want photos instead? What the hell?

Looking through the other reviews I can see I dodged a bullet anyway, I'll take my money to other more trustworthy sites.

Stressful experience. Provided all ID documents as required. They then blocked my account and had to answer questions about my experience with gambling. They then unlocked my account and after winning a few times with Sportpesa, and made a few withdrawals and deposits, I decided to deposit some more money and play this morning. They suspended my account whilst playing an online casino game. Checked my emails and they sent me one asking for source of wealth information requiring bank Statements and wage slips. They should clearly have information on their systems that I won a large amount of money from them very recently and have clearly deposited less money than what I have actually won with them. To me they are clearly trying to make excuses and as hard as possible to not pay out my recent pending withdrawals and haven't a clue what they are doing. So the request is unnecessary. This is the second time they have blocked my account in my opinion for no reason and certainly wont be using them again. Appalling customer service and clearly dont want my custom.
Complaint to Gambling Commission pending.

I have been using SportPesa fine and they were one of my favourite bookies. Then, corona virus hit and the UK (and world!) went into lock down. I am at my girlfriend's and we don't live together, but have my laptop with me. I signed into SportPesa and my account was closed due to logging in from different IP addresses.

I understand that, but the decision was made without any chance of explanation from myself, my account was fully closed. This is more like a dictatorship and very sad as I thought SportPesa were ok.

My advice: avoid this company, even though the world is in a pandemic, there was no understanding or flexibility. Disgraceful from them, use other bookies who are much more understanding!

I joined Sportspesa in November 2019, sent all my documents and got verified before I placed a bet. I’ve won and lost and i received all winnings within 48 hours.
I would recommend to all gamblers who are thinking of joining this site is to read this first.
They always block your account, wanting more and more details, why get verified in the first place.
They want my wage slips, bank statements of all transactions. This could be a big headache for punters who have winnings in there account, lucky for me I didn’t.
The cash out is poor, no live scores on bets and the casino provider is like watching you tube on magnetic balls.
I closed my account today date 28/04/20.
