Seems this site is really going down hill, used to get a £20 cash bonus every 2/3 months. Last one was in June, not had anything since but they are enjoying money I deposit every single month and expect some sort of loyalty and was happy with getting the £20 casino bonus every 2/3 months but nothing now for over 4 months, if nothing changes won’t be continuing to use this site, as I have found better

Rigged games! Stay away.Deposit 125 + 125 bonus. Played live casino and went up to 350. THAN went to a game i know well: bigger bass bonanza. Down to 100 in 3 hours of play. Stakes mainly 0.12/0.24/0.36 followed by max 20 spins at 0.60/0.72. Than back to low stake. Mansion Bet don’t deserve your business. After waiting 2 weeks for a withdrawal to be made, I was asked for bank statement, passport, driver’s license, gas bill – i.e. ALL of these – and was later told that despite thereafter having a verified account that I was not entitled to any bonuses or promotions, with no recourse to reverse that discriminatory decision. One withdrawal and Mansion Bet goes into meltdown and denies you what they advertise to new customers. Awful company, terrible flaky website with an unreliable and irritating Live Chat function & unhelpful Customer Service jobsworths. They deserve to go bust. Loads of other decent sites, so don’t waste your time with Mansion Bet,who only honour their promotions when you’re constantly losing money. One withdrawal, and you’re in their bad books.Put them in yours first before wasting your time with them.

In the first week of getting my account I did alright everything was looking good unit last week which was roughly my third week I got an email saying I had to have a lower deposit limit with no explanation. I said no I would like to keep it how it is and they then they restricted my account pending ‘vericication’ even though I sent my documents when it was opened and was able to play and withdraw initially. They have now just decided to close my account then told me the decision can’t be reversed and they will not be giving me any form of explanation. They are a strange bunch of characters. I’m starting to think its because I won a wee bit of money? They also only let you deposit £1000 a month max which is rubbish.

Quick to take your money, ever so slow to pay out when and IF the time comes. Yet ANOTHER company that is happy to take your money, but when you wish to withdraw, suddenly you need a ton of ID. liquidity on is very poor, large gaps in prices even up to the off. only look to facilitate their market makers. if you put in an arb from betfair it wont get taken which is quite bizarre to be honest. place markets dont even bother.

Spread ex is a very good betting site. There is a large selection of fixed odds, they settle bets as fast as they can, they send withdrawals daily… any time I have ever called then for.suppprt it has rang once and been answered straight away. Shame there isn’t a casino to have a bash on and when they release it I can definitely see them being 5 stars !. All round solid firm who do things correctly

Other players, please read this review before you sign in to anywhere else. I have more than 15 years of experience from different gambling sites and i can assure everybody mansionbet has the best odds for sportsbetting. If you find ”good” odd from market leaders, you will get better odd from mansionbet. Also they have huge selection of available markets for every game. My personal favorites are over/under bets and most places they have only 3 or 4 markets available. Mansionbet has many markets for over/under bets. And…. This is just my experince but i dont understand why they have so bad reputation about withdrawals. I have made more than 10 withdrawals and ALL OFF THEM has been processed within 24 hours. If you are looking good site to do sportbets with good odds and high limits, you have found your site. This is my personal favorite and i regret i didnt join here earlier. This company is a disgrace i opened an account and won moved money over to the fixed odds and won £11k last night on football tried to withdraw last night and this morning I can’t bet on my account and I’ve been told my account has flagged up and fraud team are looking into this. Unfortunately my recent experience of the Tote is similar to many people below – opened an account made a small deposit won a reasonable sum on the placepot then decided to use a a little profit on the gaming tables 20 minutes later account suspended – no explanation – then an email from safer gambling team stating that I will have to produce all manner of documentation, pay slips, bank statements etc etc – I am in profit! The Tote are completely incompetent and their staff just read from a script – agree with earlier comment they used to be known as the Nanny Goat now just the Nanny State. They will just hide behind the safer gambling legislation but that is nonsense they should not be asking for so much personal information – I have told them they are risking contravention of the GDPR but they don’t seem to care.

Avoid at all costs. I accumulated over £1800 and cashed out £1000 on my first go with them on the slots. My bank was credited with £150! After finally getting a reply through email (no phone number to contact them) I was told I had breached my bonus rights, after a little digging I definitely haven’t! They are still refusing to pay out and I’m going through all the right paths to have it resolved. If you want good customer service, which isn’t backed by lies I’d avoid this company at all costs. How they think they can get away with this is beyond me!!……I haven’t heard off of them in over a week since I threatened them with IBAS, which is highly frustrating as you need to lodge a complaint and go through the casino process before IBAS will look at your case! Avoid at all costs.

Signed up due to the great offer for the Fury fight, did all the right things to qualify for the bet and it won. Under ‘offers’ i checked and all the green ticks were there so it was complete. I waited for my bonus and nothing came. Useless over whatsapp, only read my messages and not reply. Livechat and email said my account details were not recognised as apparently I signed up thru a different website…but yet the account is there when they took my money. Absolute shambles. Do not be fooled by them. Take your money to the other better betting sites.

“Nanny” was only meant to be rhyming slang, but the Tote has really taken its nickname to heart. Refused to lift £500 a month deposit limit, despite me giving them 3 months’ bank statements showing £15,000 in my current account, my passport and driving license, and answering all their nosy questions. Complete waste of time.I only wanted to use Tote to get 10% higher returns on pool bets, but I shouldn’t have bothered. The website is so slow and clunky, I struggled to get bets on in time even when they did allow me to deposit.Had to close my account and request a refund of my credit. I cannot recommend this bookie at all. They charge a commission on deposits and they charge a fee on withdrawals! A few bookies will charge one or the other but I have never known one to do both. Their sports betting page takes ages to load, if ever. It is as if they want you to lose patience and go to the Casino instead. The free bet offer includes an obscure clause saying that if you have had a free bet with one of their affiliates in the past then you are ineligible! As if a regular punter is going to know what bookie is affiliated with what! What a miserable and wretched way to catch punters out.Luckily I only deposited twenty pounds. I don’t normally leave reviews but I made an exceptionThey did an offer. Bet £100 or more on virtual sports and get £20 free bet. I did so and bet on virtual greyhounds and speedway.I got told I didn’t qualify for the free bet as they are casino (?) games and not virtual sports. Customer service made no attempt to help and refused to answer questions just telling me to read t & c next time. They couldn’t care less. Run a mile from this site huge headache all round. Terrible slow dysfunctional website. They choose when you can play at Mr Play buffering the website so you cant place a bet the majority of the time, strangely the deposit function works amazingly fast. The slots have the lowest win percentage i have ever experienced at a casino apparently £20 is a big win after you spend hundreds. No chances to claim your losses back at all. Outright fraudsters.
