Wouldn’t bother with these. Like all bookmakers you always end up having difficulty with one. Joined a few weeks ago instant verification passed decided to have a go on Friday to see whether it was good judging by positive reviews. Deposited £10 and fortunately managed to win £90 on a slot and ended up requesting a withdrawal of £120. After around five hours I messaged the team who explained they needed a picture of my card which is not a problem. I sent this in to then receive a response asking for a bank statement which I refused to do. Now apparently I have tampered with the picture like I am Banksy and the card is in someone else’s name?. Why would I deposit money of someone else’s card and then withdraw funds to the suggested card what would be a financial gain for me. Account now with Fraud apparently so likelihood is I will not receive the winnings. Overall terrible experience I wouldn’t bother with these like most when you win as a new player they put every barrier in place to try and find a loophole not to pay out, shameful.

Poor customer service. They offered me a signup bonus, then 2 minutes before I placed a bet emailed me saying I would not be eligible. Then said there was nothing they could do. There was nothing on my actual account that says I would not be getting the bonus. A bit scammy.

Spreadex is a unique tool for spread betting. I have been active for more than 1 year and I am quite happy with deposits /withdrawals and promotions.What needs to be improved :Specific Spread options are not available on all events (such as corners in football, or points in basketball)

I was sceptical at first especially when attempting to withdraw after a win & the slow balling on the back of a win off a free bet. I was pleasantly surprised after less than 30 minutes of withdrawing the funds in my account. The platform is easy to use and navigate plus the odds aren’t the worst…. I do prefer another betting platform but will keep my account for potential future use.

Spreadex is my go to firm for spread betting the site is easy to use with a wealth of options efficient customer service if there are any issues (which is rare) and they even offer occasional free bets

Obviously an excellent company to deal with but one glaring anomaly with your fixed odds rugby handicaps..why not quote the three way cap with tie? 10/11 each side of it.. 5/6 with no draw is a huge margin to take for most rugby handicap punters.. good idea or not?

My bet was very easy to locate and i thought the Spread wes a very fair reflection of what i had in mind so i was probably on the website for less than 2 minutes. Your confirmation emails are also very welcome as it confirms everything.Brian

Explanations of spreads are spot on.Warnings if you are away to place a bet with potential large losses More markets than you can shake a stick at.Would be 5 star but hey they are bookies. 😄

Football markets not good. All I’m asking for is win and over 2.5 goal markets. Sure u can do it via bet builder but u can’t do accumulaters which is a major bummer. The accumulater bonus very good tho and gives a hood boost on trebles or higher

The first trick this company pulls is that when you sign up for the ‘Bet £10 get £50 bonuses’ you instead find that it’s ‘bet £25 to get £40 bonuses’.I bet on a football match and won the bet. The company put ‘suspended’ on the bet slip for three hours and then claimed I had never made the bet. Customer service was instantly rude and accused me of being a fraudster despite me having screenshots and the screen clearly showing my funds were not in the ‘available’ slot.Do not make the same mistake I did. They will not give you back your money once they have it. They will not honour bets if you win.

Surprised how good my experience has been so far. You can actually easily use Spreadex sports website on desktop and your phone, something that is very hard to find. Everything works very well. Odds are very good compared to other markets. Spread betting is a very unique and fun way to bet too. Cheers!

They’re con artists. My bet won, sofa score confirmed it but they settled the bet as a loss claiming 1 more goal was supposedly scored after the match had ended and they refused to pay the bet out. I don’t recommend betting with them

Was looking for a new customer offer and saw Spreadex bet £10 and receive £40 in new bets advertised. Joined and 1 minute after my account was made received an email titled ‘update on offer eligibility’ advising I am not able to take advantage of any offers’ without explaining why, they just provided contact details should I wish to discuss further.I called up in disbelief having already bet £10 and was told this could be for reasons from having old accounts with them, the IP address already having an account etc and when I advised this wasn’t the case he reverted to ‘well it’s our offer to withdraw.Blatant false advertising and I look forward to pursuing a claim against you. Big mistake

Been using Spreadex for a couple of years now. Competitively priced sports spreads, a good variety of events and markets and fast payouts. Only gripe is their fixed odds aren’t as competitive as other online bookies and they don’t offer best odds guaranteed on horse racing.

Good sign up bonuses on the sports but the casino is the worse I’ve played on, no line pays and no bonus rounds it’s like they’re switched them off

Initially pretty impressed with the setup, but turns out if you do well and make a few quid on sports they either restrict you to minuscule stakes making placing a trade almost pointless, or totally ban you. The best bit, they give you no reason, instead just quoting their terms and conditions which essentially say they can restrict or ban whenever they want without having to give a reason. ‘It’s a trading decision’ is their go to.Their support is decent enough until you start doing well, so I’m sure the positive reviews are warranted from losing/break even accounts.But, if you’re serious about winning be prepared for it to be short lived with these guys, and then for short, rude, totally non helpful customer service.Absolute disgrace, and a prime example of why monopolies are illegal. Fingers crossed their merger with Sporting Index will get overturned allowing punters an actual chance to beat the traders they employ to set the prices.I broke no gambling rules, didn’t cheat, just outperformed their traders for a few weeks and they didn’t like it. I also didn’t even win that much money – about £2k over 2-3 months after roughly breaking even for a year so before that – but apparently that’s all it takes for these clowns to throw a paddy.Tried to setup a new account through Sporting Index and my account got almost immediately deleted without any communication from them. I hope this helps someone

Absolute joke of a company. They restrict my account purely because I have been winning regularly. I then opened a sporting index account to try and bet with the only other registered sports spread betting company in the UK only to learn that Spreadex indeed own sporting index. Which effectively means they have created a monopoly. I was banned from sporting index after placing roughly 5 bets.Whenever I speak to customer service they are rude and never give me a reason for my restrictions. They allow other customers to bet what they like when they are losing but as soon as you start winning you are restricted/banned. That to me is promoting unreasonable gambling
