Good sign up bonuses on the sports but the casino is the worse I’ve played on, no line pays and no bonus rounds it’s like they’re switched them off

Initially pretty impressed with the setup, but turns out if you do well and make a few quid on sports they either restrict you to minuscule stakes making placing a trade almost pointless, or totally ban you. The best bit, they give you no reason, instead just quoting their terms and conditions which essentially say they can restrict or ban whenever they want without having to give a reason. ‘It’s a trading decision’ is their go to.Their support is decent enough until you start doing well, so I’m sure the positive reviews are warranted from losing/break even accounts.But, if you’re serious about winning be prepared for it to be short lived with these guys, and then for short, rude, totally non helpful customer service.Absolute disgrace, and a prime example of why monopolies are illegal. Fingers crossed their merger with Sporting Index will get overturned allowing punters an actual chance to beat the traders they employ to set the prices.I broke no gambling rules, didn’t cheat, just outperformed their traders for a few weeks and they didn’t like it. I also didn’t even win that much money – about £2k over 2-3 months after roughly breaking even for a year so before that – but apparently that’s all it takes for these clowns to throw a paddy.Tried to setup a new account through Sporting Index and my account got almost immediately deleted without any communication from them. I hope this helps someone

Absolute joke of a company. They restrict my account purely because I have been winning regularly. I then opened a sporting index account to try and bet with the only other registered sports spread betting company in the UK only to learn that Spreadex indeed own sporting index. Which effectively means they have created a monopoly. I was banned from sporting index after placing roughly 5 bets.Whenever I speak to customer service they are rude and never give me a reason for my restrictions. They allow other customers to bet what they like when they are losing but as soon as you start winning you are restricted/banned. That to me is promoting unreasonable gambling

Negotiating and actually placing bets is straightforward and relatively uncomplicated, although updating spread markets, e.g. season’s points spreads for individual sides is very slow – should be possible within a few hours rather than 1 day plus after each round of games.

Never in my life had so much trouble, Took me 2 days to eventually to get to put bet on after phoning ,then went live chat eventually we got going ,,Then tried to deposit, phone this number ,,It’s a scam them free bets you don’t get 50 quid you get ,5pound on this ,,5 pound on that,1,pound in free reel spins ,,All I wanted was bet on cricket, Don’t be fooled into thinking your getting 50 buff in free bets

If anyone uses this site they deserve to be cheated and stole from had a bet woth them in january cashed out said succesful cash out they didnt pay me i made an issue about it so they closed my account and refused to give me my money that was legally mine aboid at all costs

Site is missing those classics from Blueprint Gaming, such as Goonies, Ted etc. As least with these slots you get a much better game in terms of regular bonuses. I enjoy the Big Time Games but getting a bonus on those slots can take some doing due to the high volatility.Immortal Romance is another popular well known online classic that’s missing from the site.

They allowed me to create an account (using my correct postcode and address, no VPN), deposit funds, place bets and then suddenly deleted my account because I was in the “wrong location”.They were happy to take my money and wouldn’t have even let me withdraw had I tried to. They cut me off when I still had £30 free bets. And shock horror they won’t refund my initial deposit even though I could have never won any money from them. Stay well away this site is a total scam.

Have had nothing but good experience with these guys. Slots etc feel fair. Get occasional decent free bets, any comms have been nice and clear, I am a losing customer but have never had a problem being paid out including a 4.2k win.

Awful excuse for customer services. I was in a life chat expressing concerns on my spread betting. Received a blunt reply and the advisor then left with no warning. I then rejoined with another advisor who was also no help. I do have the image to prove it.

I have been with Spreadex a few years now and have to say I have never had any problems with them. I don’t remember ever having to contact them to resolve a problem as their site is very User Friendly

SCAMMERS Scammers of a company do not use. I mistakenly made a bet. The money was not in my account to make. Good reputal gambling sites would ask you to add funds. This site does not. They know this is easily done on a mobile site and are profiting from it. DO NOT USE !!!

Competitive prices on football markets, and recently improved combination options to combine events between two separate games. I would like the combinational aspect to improve further still, with build-a-bet multiples across events being introduced as an option. No minimum deposit, essentially (£1 I think it may be) which is non-restrictive and attractive to me. Once in a while you get a free bet which is much appreciated and a reason why I continue to use Spreadex Sports.

My best online betting experience, by far. Allows you to deposit small amounts so you’re not governed by minimum deposit restrictions. Often rewards losses with the recompense of bonus funds. Withdrawals are extremely quick, which is a very important factor in selecting which casino to give my custom to. A casino which appreciates it’s customer is the ultimate value by my definition, and Spreadex certainly seems to do so.

Love the site but I bet on tennis so it’s very annoying that they have very limited tennis events only based only on ATP and WTA , no itf or utr tennis events which are much more interesting and play daily. The women events are very few especially because of this.
