The website is very well written. Unlike your major competitor whose offering seems to be getting worse. But your spreads are often a point or two larger. Not so happy with that.

Allowed me to deposit way over my deposit limit. Claimed the”technical issue” was unique to my account, even if that’s true (which i doubt) it is still a very serious breach. Will be forwarding correspondence to relevant bodies

Placed a two bets, they both won and now they are being investigated. It’s has been 2 months, nearly 3 since the bets settled and my funds are being held. I have called messaged and emailed to be told they can not tell me anything, only that it is under investigation. They are rude and do not provide the help needed. I am fuming with the way they are handling my case.

Picked a 14 horse, horse race in Ireland for an example, Spreadex were competitive on only four of the runners when compared to multiple other bookmakers on Oddschecker.com. I do use them but only on the very odd occasion, because 90% of the time the majority of their odds on Horse Racing are smaller than every other bookmaker, would use them much more if they were comparative to other companies.

I’ve read some negative reviews on here and I don’t find how people can feel like this. It’s a positive betting experience. I receive free bets on a regular basis, I also receive instant withdrawals when I ask for them. Probbably the best online bookie I have dealt with. Tbh, in the UK, I had never heard of spreadex but I decided to try my luck with them and have discovered that they offer better odds than any of the other betting apps I previously used and they have gifted me with several generous free bets throughout my time from using them ?. 10/10 from me.

Lying Dishonest Thieves.Placed a bet on a horse at Cheltenham and should have received a free £20 bet.This didn’t appear and when I contacted them I was told that I wasn’t eligible for offers.A very convenient way of avoiding paying out what they owed.Absolute disgrace.

Awful company who lie!!Haven’t placed a bet with them since October, today I placed a bet at Cheltenham and was due a free bet, contacted them to be told my bet would not be honoured as my account was not eligible. Why was I not informed of this prior to placing the bet? They just lied in order to not pay out! Disgusting behaviour

Terrible company!!! I will describe my story in detail. On 30.12.2022 I made a deposit of about £2000. All this time I played and on 17.01.2023 I requested my first withdrawal of £2000. After which they sent me to hell. First they suspended my account, then for withdrawal they asked for a photo of the bank card I deposited with (17.01.2023), I sent them a photo of my bank card the same day, then they asked for a selfie photo with my passport (20.01.2023), I sent them a photo 22.01.2023 and now all this time they are checking my documents. I wait 2 months and every time they say to me “Your account is still under review and we will be in touch as soon as possible”, 2 months of waiting!!! This has never happened to me before!!! These guys don’t want to withdraw my winnings and deliberately don’t check my documents, they are scammers, I think they want to take all my winnings (£5000). Never play here!!!

Not a user friendly interface by any stretch of the imagination. There are promotions to get people used to play on Spreadex, and while the fixed odds one is simple enough, I simply couldn’t use the 2x free £5 horse racing winning favourites spread bets: Either I was doing something wrong or it was glitched to not give the free bet tick box. Users want a platform they feel confident using and this didn’t inspire confidence. Anyway, since you can lose much more than your stake on spread betting maybe this was a blessing in disguise – warding me off the spread betting side of the site. In future it’s probably wiser to stick to a more user friendly interface like Ladbrokes and fixed odds, where you know what you’re getting into.

spreadex maybe a small player in bookmakers/gambling but their site is one off the easiest to use.an example if you put multiple bets on the football or like it puts them at the top off the ongoing games,simple but nice.one does not have to look for your bets.Spreadex reqards regular players with bonus monies which do not use the addage “you must win 10 times to actually get real cash.This site is available by message or by phone calls,all in all a good bookie

Probably the best customer service I’ve received from any business I’ve dealt with, let alone gaming site. If you have an issue, you can call up and speak to someone in England who actually knows what they’re talking about, and isn’t reading from a script.I’ve been using SpreadEx for a decade. When I’ve won, payouts are quick (virtually instant these days, for smaller amounts), when I’ve lost I’ve often got free bets or other compensation. Also been to a couple of free events on them, I’m a medium size punter, including my first and only visit to the new Tottenham stadium. Sadly we lost, but the box, food and drink were fantastic.If this review seems a bit gushing, it’s because the ‘support’ offered by other gaming sites is so unbelievably bad (I wish I could post a recent transcript with one but it’s in stupid graphics), SpreadEx are such a pleasant difference.

Can I just say this is a company who CARES for their customers. The best betting experience Iv EVER encountered and the customer service advisors are the best of the best. If you’re looking for an honest no hassle bookmaker then trust me people SPREADEX is the best out there. I think people get scared when they think Spreadex is all about either winning thousands or loosing thousands but it’s not, FAR from it. It has football coupons just like ANY bookmaker, the bonuses are incredible and the staff are magnificent indeed. When you join you most certainly won’t be disappointed.

I opened a new account. Prior to the application i contacted customer services. Quickly connected-Conditions clearly explained and to back this up the difference between spread betting and fixed odds is very clear on the website-I stick to fixed odds horse racing.ID verification easy if you stick to fixed odds. Spread betting carries higher risks and it was explained should I wish to try this I would need to provide further detailed financial information. A very good joining experience. I would give 5 stars but for the one criticism, of which i was fully aware beforehand, no best odds guaranteed. Especially since a very rare winner I backed at 14-1 went out to an SP of 20-1-Spread betting is for those fleeter of mind than me so I am happy with the fixed odds interface. Easy and quick to navigate. Overall refreshingly efficient.
