I started using spreadex around 6 months ago and I left them a great review, but all that changes when you are a regular customer, when you first join they throw free bets at you, but when you are settled and spending quite a lot with them the free bets stop, I have asked the question why only t9 be rudely told " you are due nothing " great customer service, my last bet was placed with spreadex

I recently started using Spreadex again after years of Sporting Index. I won a little, I lost a little, then I won a reasonable lump and chose to withdraw the winnings........ no such luck. Apparently the home address I opened the account under 8 years ago, which I moved out of 5 years ago, doesn't match with the address of my bank (It won't do, I don't live there anymore) means they're refusing to pay out at the minute. It takes 5 seconds to deposit money, but the minute you win not as interested, currently 5 days after my withdrawal request and not budging. They asked for photo of my card, but said they can't quite makeout one of the numbers. They claimed they'd emailed me to let me know of the issue, completely untrue. "It must of gone to spam sir" well the rest of the offers you bombard me with every week never do, so why should this. Flat out refuse to send me a copy of there complaints process, " A manager will ring you to discuss". I dont want to discuss anything. I want my Money and a documented copy of your complaints procedure....... currently behaving like a back street bookie. Avoid at all costs

I've told my friends bet spreadex you won't regret it best firm I've ever dealt with fixed odds or casino and they know I don't do spread betting and that's fine they are also GENEROUS with bonus bets again fixed odds and casino. I noticed one punter condemning them over BPG in this case you have a choice when betting minutes before the off you have two choices you can take the price shown or take starting price yes everyone would like the best price however they are most generous in other areas plus the chat line is the best out there to me spreadex are simply the best.

Great casino ! Recently joined deposited won and withdrew no problem was in my account within an hour ! Helpful customer service won £15 k last night it hasn’t been paid yet probably as a large payout but they have all my documents it’s showing it’s being paid to my card so I’m sure it’ll be paid today once they open best casino I’ve joined even sent me £100 bonus to play with after joining !thank you Spreadex I look forward to playing regularly and winning more money hopefully !

IMO , spreadex is one of the best bookies in uk market. Very easy lay out and design of website. Easy to find things and trades. Easy to manoeuvre in between which is what you need when the odds are changing very quick. I am an occasional/recreational user but out of many other bookies spreadex stands out. And a very responsive customer help line. I am usually the nagging type and can't believe I have all praise for them LoL They really are good.

As usual a visit into the Spreadex site fulfills the enjoyment of a hopefully successful betting excursion .Either way of “investing” can be considered using the comprehensive and clearly laid out on screen information and prompts. Coupled with the direct discussion possibilities; this adds to the whole betting experience and ; I suppose helps the user to hopefully enjoy and conclude with a positive financial result.

The companys doing ok but i lost money on the time it took to put a price on Freds goal minutes in the nottingham forest game,waiting and waiting for his goal minutes to come up and when they did it was too late he scored as i was putting the bet on,it took far to long

Also these gaming companies employ psychologists to help programme games so you are more likely to reload money on to them . That’s why the third bonus symbol misses by 1 so much .gets you thinking it will hit next time . All to get you more addicted . These people are as bad as drug dealers selling you your next fix then telling you your spending too much . Corruption at its finest they all rip you off just the same . Beware that this company DON'T do best odds Guaranteed. I bet a horse half an hour before the off and it was 15-8.. won at 7-2 and was paid out at 15-8..almost HALF the starting price ..good thing it wasnt bet at 10-1 and won at 20-1 . Wont be using this site again after xmas

Never receive a free bet anymore!When I first joined I had a phone call from a nice bloke called Clive giving me a free bet...3 months further on and certainly not winning and I haven't had anything to acknowledge my loyalty!!I like Spreadex and their fast payouts but I really don't feel like a valued customer anymore.Skybet,Corals,Boylesports are the bookies to use if you want loyalty rewards.

Opened account today after reading reviews wanted to get my account verified before a start to bet..when chatting to online chat operator Tom.he tells some times when you frist make a withdrawal they need a pic of my bank card told him that's not right he then say to hide the middle numbers..now what is the point here a register my card to deposit yous have they details and yous some times want a picture of my card to prove what?? My driving licence and recent letter is all the proof I have ever needed to verify account
