This is the most rigged app on the planet and it didn’t take me long to find that out. If you don’t believe me just go to the chat on that site and start looking at peoples win/loss ratio. Usually around 25% or less. It’s ridiculous and I’ll preach that for the rest of my life

Their customer service is really great. If you got a issue, just talk with them and if you got full details, they will definitely fix the issue. It is the best for me because I have seen other websites with terrible customer services. I’m getting really frustrated and sadened that they keep replying to my reviews with more lies in hopes of luring more people.Anyone who reads reviews before joining this site please read the one star (honest) reviews. There is a clear pattern in there. Even if you execute millions to billions of spins, your RTP won’t come close to the RTP they are advertising. Some of my friends play since stake came out and their total RTP doesn’t even exceed 92%. The house edge is so much bigger than on any other casino and they lie about it big time. You should never expect to make money gambling, but if you want a good time with little money, don’t go to Stake, the increased house edge will eat you.A curacao license is NOT a valid one in 90% of the world because they don’t actualy regulate, you just gotta pay for the license. I hope that one day this all comes to light and they’ll have to pay back every user that they scammed. Until then, please play elsewhere, it will save you a lot of headaches.

Dear All, Very careful with Stake.com or Stake.bet or any stake, initially they dont ask KYC but after you deposit and played, if you win any amount automatically account will be suspended and start asking to verify all Levels of KYC, whatever relevant document you upload, they simply say looks suspicious and upload another document which is not with you… they are holding bank roll very smartly and that deposit never come back… mainly for indian customers….they will ask pay slips & bank statement only if you are employee or unemployed, when you submit somehow they will tell looks suspicious. Stake.com cheating 1000s of indian players like this on daily basis…. Like this many victims in my city itself, we all are going to put a complaint with a Cyber Crime Department.

Stake randomly disabled my account and withholding my funds. They say I breach ToS but won’t provide any clarification or let me know how I can withdraw my funds. This is the same company that says and writes in articles that they never hold withdrawals (regardless of whether verification is completed). This is a shady company doing illegal practices. They claim I break ToS without proof yet they are the ones blatantly doing it. STAY AWAY!

I, too, had bad experiences with Milos. Unfortunately, this person is not open to criticism and even blocked me in the customer service chat. I was told to send an email to customer service if I had an issue. I did, but never received a response. You get ignored and receive no reply. That’s why I’m leaving this negative review and making it public. In various forums, people mention that your employee Milos doesn’t really know how to handle customers and quickly becomes rude. I’ve had similar experiences with him and don’t understand why his behavior has no consequences. Several people in the forums sent me messages saying complaints about Milos had been submitted, but nothing happens. Please finally address this issue!

Please click on my profile and read my first review on Stake.Ignore the 3.9 star rating, they post 5 star reviews on new accounts every day themselves. It’s obvious as they all write in the same way and highlight one specific feature from Stake.If you post a negative review they instantly flag it and if u don’t give sensitive information, Trustpilot removes it.Their real rating would be about 2 stars if only the real reviews were counted. Pretty dangerous that Trustpilot doesn’t take any action. Trustpilot isn’t trustworthy anyway as it’s way to easy to get 1 star reviews removed.Don’t play here. They have the lowest RTP of all casinos and are not transparant about this. I spin with only 30-70 cents per spin and on a nearly 200k wager they took 18k from me. All of my friends that play or have played on Stake have an average RTP of 90%.On over 5 million spins combined the best win of one of us was a base hit on the dog mansion with a 2200X multi. Well, i am writing this is stake for the issue u i have faced. i used to do gambling on stake more than a year before but never fell into a situation like this. Verification cancellation and impossibility to withdrawal cash.After replenishment of money and some won bets stake blocked my account and asked for the verification. First two steps are easily done (ID verification). Next two steps are impossible to verify. Consultants have sent me a list of proves I can introduce to finish the verification, but I can not complete it for 3 months. Everytime I submit verified documents such as (payments from THREE different banks for 6/12 months, university’s certificate, document from the job and other proves about money income) they decline my submitions. I do not know what to do in this situation. Probably workers of the stake deliberately do not want to give back good amount of money. They just do not want to go on compromise. Dear administration, contact me so I can provide all needed requirements. After successful ID verification is it that hard to accept my further official documents?

İ lost in 30 days around 16.000 dolars. My monthly bonus has been 150 dolar. First of all when İ calculate on the site what is not guaranteed for weekly bonus İ should get around 350 dolar and that was true. When my deposit amounts was lower then that week but İ deposited around 12k in a week and other 3 weeks around 4k. İ should get around 1500 dolar monthly bonus but what İ got is 150 Dolar like a joke that is 1% from what İ lost in that month.

I for one am shocked this pathetic site has this high of a rating. They are forthcoming about the stats of your wins and losses almost to twist the knife cause it blatantly shows you how badly you’re being drained. Mine are cringe worthy to say the least. But if every spin is “random” and your originals are so “proverbly fair” how come my balance updates to the end result when I’ve not played one spin on a bonus round? I took videos, you enter the bonus at $.60 and hit the start button and boof your balance goes up to $2.00 and low and behold you won $1.40 in the feature. Stake has blocked me from playing poker because my playstyle doesn’t suit them. I played super aggressive. I don’t know that there are any poker platforms that interfere with the style of playing poker. I’ve been contacting support for almost 3 weeks and the answer has always been the same that the playstyle doesn’t fit. I know they have no reason to stop me from playing. I have been with stake for a year or so, i never have to worry about getting scammed on bets or not paid out. I do wish at times the support could help you more when you make a bet in error. They wont even help over a 1$ bet(even if the event has not started yet). The VIP program is great and you do not see this on other sites. Although they state they are not responsible for the 3rd party stats(which you would never know unless you fall victim), they should not be allowing companies to continuedly put up false information time and time again. I also wish they had random prizes for smaller bettors, most drops, bonuses etc you have to gamble 10k + a week. Other then the reasons stated this is the best gambling site i have come across.-Shebot
