I’ve been a dedicated player on Stake and reached Diamond 2 VIP status, yet my cashback benefits have been severely lacking. Despite my substantial losses, my cashback rewards have been minimal and inconsistent. While I enjoy the user experience on Stake, it’s disheartening to see lower-tier players receiving better benefits. I’d rather go to other lower-end casinos and get better rewards. Stake needs to address this oversight and provide fair rewards to loyal players. Until then, my experience remains disappointing.

I deposited into my account. My payment was successfully done and deducted. After some time in the stake account my transaction was shown as Declined. Don’t know why. I tried to contact them on live chat, also sent them multiple emails. They don’t reply. This is a pathetic site. They are looting people’s money. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS. IN ONE WORD THIS IS A SCAM SITE. Forget about withdrawal they won’t even give you deposit.

on 24th May there was a match between SRH and RR where RR hit a 6 in the first 4 overs but I didn’t get the promotion code .I have mailed the stake team, stake India support team and the stake sports team but even after that I have got no reply from them.Is this what your customer service is?That you don’t care what problem the customer is facing just completely ignoring the mails sent by them.Please look into it as soon as possible and get everything fixed.

Overall stake is very awesome it can make you rich in just few clicks but recently i lost 1500$ by misinformation spread by a indian stake creator,it was during ipl promotions he uploaded a reel on Instagram that if the team hits a four in the first four overs you will win but he didn’t tell the amount and thats how i lost 1500$. Most people face problems converting fiat commission to cryptocurrency for withdrawal. I don’t understand why Stake doesn’t allow users to do this conversion; I used to work for BC Games, and they had a function for this. With Stake, I always receive the answer to contact the Partners department, but there’s no helpful email response. Stake is very unprofessional, I placed a sports bet for the timberwolves to win and I didn’t have any problems. Turns out 5 minutes later my account gets suspended for “multiple accounts” I’ve never once used any other account. I don’t feel comfortable putting my ID on any website in general. So after I found out their demanding KYC I asked for my withdrawl at least then they can close my account. What I was pretty much told was that if I don’t submit my ID, Proof of Adress, Bank statements, then they’d pretty much just STEAL my money. It’s sad because this is a multi millionaire company and they’re refusing to pay me $415 I just want my money back man it’s sad they treat their customers like this. Don’t ever play stale I don’t recommend it.

Stake is truly the best casino ever when it comes to deposits and withdrawals they’re almost instant. I would give them a 5/5 for this aspect.However, when it comes to promotions, they are really lacking. On May 20th, I received a promotional email asking me to wager $1000 within 2 days to receive a $50 bonus. After completing the task, they denied my bonus citing issues with the marketing team. This is really unfair. After losing my deposit due to wagering requirements, they still didn’t credit my bonus.

The withdrawal is good but deposits made gets stuck and there is not even a single reply on any email! Not any kind of customer support available, this I don’t recommend it.If you win 2-3 matches then there is 100% chance that you will loose all of your money in next all the matches!
