I’m a Platinum III customer. Without warning and for no apparent reason they blocked my account saying that I needed to do KYC.I supplied them with documents but they kept on rejecting my documents and kept changing the requirements. When I would fulfill their requirements they would make new additional ones:For example, they would say: upload your passport, then take a selfie with your passport, then add a piece of paper with username and date and they said specifically to type it, then they said typing is not accepted you have to write your usename, and so on, it just never ends…This has gone on for days, no matter what I do I get rejected, they have really wasted my time.I have since given up trying to please them and have found another casino, which is a pity because I trust them and deposited big amounts and was always able to withdraw. They are a big site and it pains me that I can no longer use their services

I’ve had overall a good experience playing on stake. The service is typically good and response’s are returned in a timely manner. I lost $1300 from a fake stake account 2 weeks ago. Quite disappointed about that, It was a replica of the original stake channel on telegram. Still wondering if there’s a way for any reimbursement or substitute for the fraudulent experience.

I don’t know where to start with this horrible casino. If I could write a negative star review I would. This is not an I lost money so I’m mad review, this is a gambling should be fun and this horrible place has taken any bit of that away. You will only win when they want you to.
