This is a scam casino.They put my account in withdrawal only mode but I can’t withdraw money.I contacted them and they tried to make things difficult for me, asking me for bills and passports, etc… even though they only needed an id card for authentication.

Its not possible to complete KYC verification.. First of all they asked me to send my id, proof of address and proof of funds if i want to withdraw my money. I send ALL those documents… And now then say to me to send selfie with ID in my hand, three copies of proof of address with proof of payment and also my bank statement with payslips. (I needed to ask my work to get those documents :D) So i send them all those things again and now they just ignore me.. KYC IS RIGGED!!!!

Odds are low, they rig their games even harder, especially when they give you bonuses. They may have a nice bonus program but you’ll never win on it. On June 19th, 2024, Stake.com suspended my account containing $2000 and locked my withdrawal. Despite Sending all verification Documents, they requested several documents to verify my source of income. I provided utility bills, credit card bills, a selfie with my passport, a selfie with a paper displaying my username and the date, my salary slip, and bank statements—15 documents in total. everything according to their demands, but now, 20 days later, I still haven’t received a response.
