I love all the games and it’s kinda fun. I have an issue to report though sometime in crash ;whenever I bet the page struck and then I need to refresh it but as the bet going on I lost. I made deposit on 14th and I didn’t receive the payment in stake account.and i contacted live support they said wait 7 business days it will auto refund in your account than after 7 days I contacted again and they said 7 working days is still not over and as per stake 7 business days ended on 25th March and I contacted live support today morning and they said mail the bank statement and payment screenshot they replied. We will forwarded this to over incharge. And wen will notify you once they check the documents and till night I haven’t received the reply and I sent them mail again that still not received payment or reply.And now the fun beginsThey said onec over in charge give us update that refund was initiated than you will receive the payment in next 7-14 bussines day from today.It’s to much time to just process one transaction very bad experience

Won 19k last night then stake immediately took 10 back. You need to do something about your Stake.uk division. Customer service ignore your emails and I have been waiting on my withdrawal for nearly two weeks, any follow up emails I send are ignored. I’m not sure if the US site is better, but for the UK site stay away for your own good. There is noPossible way to get in contact with stake UK so I guess they can just withhold money.

Only good thing about stake is instant withdrawal otherwise the bonus from stake both weekly n monthly has gotten so bad this year also with no transparency, the vip tiers were changed when they got more customers when i would have had a host by vip3 now and you always feel if u needed help, customer service is never on your side. I just found out about the high roller telegram group today and I qualified for both last month and this month bonus yet I can only recieve some because some codes were expired by a week in the same month yet cant claim even if not fully redeemed?
