Better than the rest. I’ve tried online casinos in the past but the rewards , customer service, gameplay, connection, chat, originals.. it just puts stake for me in a different category , no shadiness trying to deposit, or withdraw just simple . I deposited money to stake.com and received a bonus. My username is takaG. The moment I increased the money to 9500 dollars by making sports bets, they blocked my account and did not make any explanation. My account has been blocked since February 1, 2023. When I wrote to support, they asked me to send an e-mail to resolutions..stake.com, it is outside their jurisdiction. It says it is. I sent e-mails on February 1st and February 17th, but there is no response. I write to support, they stall me by saying that I have to wait again. There is not even an answer to my e-mail for 40 days. They stole my money. It is definitely an unreliable site!!

This casino has to be the worst.First of all they provide evolution gaming live games , wich are well reputated to be the most rigged and manipulated in online casino.Stake does also not respect the responsible gambling policy.I warned evolution gaming about suicidal thought , wich they transferred to stake. I have used Stake here and there quite a few times, didn’t have any major complaints. I decided to get back to stake and continue gambling, had a minor issue of depositing funds, decided to ask support for help. Aleksander ended up being my support, and that was the first time I felt like I was talking to a robot (on stake). Instead of replying to my questions he was simply replying with random copy paste texts. After asking point blank questions he would randomly continue same things. Later on, I explained that I had Amex and had hard time transferring funds, if he could suggest a way for me to deposite fiat directly or any website i could use via AMEX. Dude instantly thought AMEX = AMERICA and he ended up being more of a robot, ignored any of my questions and simply replied back with me having to provide proof of residence for him to help me. Any further question was ignored and communicated to me that I had to provide proof of residence. I felt like trash, went to support for help and dude provided ZERO support and ignored my questions unless i would ask same exact thing 4-5 times in a row. HORRIBLE BEYOND HORRIBLE customer support specifically this “Aleksander” fellow.

I enjoy the website but I do believe that the loser of the website do not receive fair compensation for their loses. I also find it weird how sometimes stake.us receives bonuses that stake.com user do not receive. These bonuses are also sent out at different times on different days but it should be the same for each platform. There are very little restrictions on the website and it may sometimes be easy to fall in the “rabbit hole” and chase loses. Easier said than done do not chase your loses, you will lose more. Other than some slight issues with the bonus management and the edgy side of the platform that is not forthcoming and clear, I do enjoy the games and providers on their platform. Thanks p.s. I have always bad experience with stake. In my last session I only lose on blackjack, i hadn’t a single win, it’s not normal. Slots never pays. I dont beleive their tale about fairness, i didn’t meet with that.

Great site but haven’t taken a win in over a year. Nothing seems to payout once you reach plat 3 and 4. VIP host is great, but still I’m in real deep and the bonuses and spins just arent what they used to be. I literally need a few max wins just to get even. Stake is an absolute scam. Unless you use their online casino, their “stake originals” are absolutely cheating you and they don’t even hide it. The small amounts will constantly be blackjack and the second you bet anything over $80 they will never stop having 20s and blackjacks it’s so obviously rigged it’s not even a joke. I’ve seen plenty of times I get a 19 and then they pull some bull sh with a 6 and 7 2s in a row. Do not use this site for your moneys sake. Go to a real casino if you are wanting to gamble. Stake has the worst client service of all. The app crashed twice while having a blackjack bet in play, wasn’t even able to see my card and as soon as I reloaded the page, bets were gone and I had no clue what the outcome was.
