No transparency in how or even when bonuses are given out. When asking for some clarity about anything support comes up with a template text about how that information can’t be shared with players. I also was taken advantage of by a known scam artist name Dru Mundorf who was first know as CodeCompilerAZ on stake – util he was banned while livestreaming and it was for using a fake docu to attempt KYC compliance.Since then, he made a new accounts named CodeCompilerTV – the fact that he shows this on his socials, live streamed it, and is very clearly cheating the system they refuse to do anything about it. Stake ScamsI honestly liked Stake alot, played for over 2 years. Over a million wagered. Diamond Rank.During a live Casino game of Blackjack, Table minimum 100, a player sat at the table and bet well below the minimum, 50 I think it was. Multiple hands in a row, affecting the outcome of everyone else’s hands including the dealers. I took photos and noted the game ID’s where I submitted them to the support and they simply dismissed the situation by saying “The provider thoroughly investigated this case, and they have regrettably informed us that they did not discover any irregularities in this round.” which is TOTAL BS because its so simple. the game minimum was 100 and a player was betting less. BOT OR REAL. I emailed the support and they basically told me to f myself because they didn’t see any errors. I just really wanted 1000 dollars back.

I asked my friend for a good online casino and he told me about Stake. I created account and deposited 100$ started playing. You need to do something about your Stake.uk division. Customer service does not reply to emails, and I have been waiting on my withdrawal for over 2 weeks, and emailed customer service. They give a cut and paste response, and any follow up emails I send are ignored. I’m not sure if the US site is better, but for the UK site stay away for your own good. Literally any other casino/bookmaker is better than stake.uk
