Awful customer service. I don’t have the energy to tell the full story but basically they scammed all 7 people at a live blackjack table out of an easy win. The scanner showed 4,8,8 but it was 4,8,Q on the table. Then they just canceled the round and no one won, the worst thing was I had a BJ so I would have beat the 20 or the bust, but support just said that the rules of a canceled game. seems convenient since all seven of us would have won off her bust.

I havent been able to log into my stake account for 3 years. I have tried to reach out, but the help to recover my 2fa cant be made. I am insanely dissapointed, because i have the gmail, the username and the password, but because i deactivated the 2fa and got logged out in the same moment. I started playing on stake in October, I’ve had some decent success here and there, no max wins, nothing really to jump to the stars for. I don’t mind playing there, fast withdrawals. Only thing is, my faverites games react differently than other games. I like gates of Olympus, and I haven’t even been offered a 500 multiplier, other sites usually offers that even if I miss at least 1 or 2 times a month, or amazing link zues, I hit major at least once a mo th but on stake, not even a wiff, actually nothing really great after 15000$ in spending. Once in awhile 7 , 8,or900$ will pop up but no real major wins. Forget max wins, it seems everything is done right, but the actual winning seems so hard unless you’re betting 1000$ buy ins or more. Things I’d hit on other sites semi regulate I have t hit any of that here.
