Registered last week (Thursday) for the 1st time, put £90 on, lost plenty and then won net £170ish, logged out. Then went on yesterday (Saturday) afternoon to play only to find the account has been ‘closed’ and to contact customer support. Emailed them (Stake) with no reply as yet. Simply not good enough. I know it is not large sums of money being put in but I do not play to win big but to enjoy passing time. To have the account ‘closed’ with no explanation or justification and have no access to the £170ish is not good….
